Guest Reviews
- Emel (1/5): Bad - Nothing likeable about it. This was our last hotel in Japan and the lowest point of our entire stay. We received an email from booking.com saying that the property would send us the entry code nearer the time. Turned up at the property in the evening with no code. Called the emergency number and the person who answered doesn't speak any English and asks you to message them, but all responses come back in Japanese. It turns out that the code for the padlock was actually on that same email saying that it would be sent to us later, but hidden in the long Japanese section below it.
Even after finding the code it took us some time to work out how to enter the building.
The building itself it directly opposite the railway and on a main road with no sound insulation on the windows. There was non-stop traffic noise throughout the night. There were two mattresses on the floor, 3rd bed not even made for us. The bedding was dark brown, shiny, 100% synthetic, sweat inducing material that no one would wish to sleep on. We had to use our own towels and t-shirts to cover up the pillows to minimise skin contact.
They don't seem to cater for foreign visitors. How difficult would it be to write a couple of sentences in English to give the visitors their room number and the entry code? So please save yourself this horrible experience and book elsewhere!
- Roel (6/5): Nice stay but would recommend for 2 persons - It is located in a nice neigbourhood. Shower, toilet are good size and also washing machine available. Easy pick-up of the keys. If you want to stay with 4 persons it will be very cramped, all floor space will be full with matresses and not much space for luggage or suitcase. I would not recommend this. For 2 persons it is perfect size. The airco cools the space down but doesn't work super well (it was very warm outside when we were there, maybe it works better at lower outside temps). Could use some decoration on the wall.
- Ah (9/5): Superb - Too far from central Tokyo
- Icemandxb (6/5): Pleasant - For accommodation in Japan it's a good amount of space for the money. The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10 am. These are very restrictive hours.
The other issue is no place to leave your luggage. This is one way a proper hotel is better.
- Aaron (9/5): Superb -
