• Dylan (5/5): Perfect location. Basic items like toilet paper shampoo and soap would it have completely changed my stay here. Also mak - Location was the best thing about the property and good size studio, When I arrived the first thing I noticed was there was no toilet paper. No shampoo or air conditioner, no hand soap. Which I assume would normally be provided. That didn’t bother me so much but did bother me. Was the towels weren’t neatly folded in a cupboard or hanging nicely on a rack? They were just thrown in the bathtub. It wasn’t until I saw the bed which wasn’t made nor nearly folded. It was just all over the place led me to believe that the place had probably not been clean properly or at all between the the last guests and myself. I ended up having to wash the bedding myself as it was evident it hasn’t been washed from the smell. I didn’t spend much time in the hotel so I didn’t think it was much of an issue but other people it might be. I was just happy to be in the middle of the city which again was the best part about this place.
• Sylwia (8/5): Centrally Located and Clean - The apartment is very well located, right in the city center, which makes it easy to reach most places either on foot or by public transport. The apartment was perfectly clean and very well maintained. The check-in process was very simple, clearly explained by the host in advance through a message. The owner was also very communicative, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. The Wi-Fi password can only be accessed through the website. If you are traveling from outside Switzerland and do not use mobile data due to high costs, keep in mind that accessing the website to get the password can be tricky. You may not be able to open the website without internet access first, so you might need to find another place with Wi-Fi to retrieve the password. A simple solution like leaving a card with the password in the apartment would have been sufficient and much more convenient for guests. The internet connection itself was very weak - almost at the limit of usability. The only real advantage was that it existed at all, but it made even basic online activities practically impossible. The mattress is extremely soft. If you prefer firm mattresses, this is definitely something to consider before booking. In the bathroom there was only a very small hotel-style soap bar provided. The standard I have encountered so far usually included at least a small amount of shampoo and shower gel, enough to freshen up after traveling. Unfortunately, this was missing here.

• TAMARA (10/5): Wonderful stay, fantastic location, clean and comfortable - The location was fantastic -- close to everything and easily walkable or by short tram/bus ride from the stop one block away. Nice little studio with most necessary amenities. Availability of a washer and dryer was great. Wifi was easy to get connected to and worked well. Clean and comfortable as a base for both my meetings at the University and our adventure days in town and around Eastern Switzerland. A few issues mentioned by other reviewers and one that hadn't been. Slow drain in bathroom sink (not a lever issue) and no drain cover made for unpleasant toothbrushing. Sink needs a thorough drain cleaning. Kitchen had tableware for two but lacked basic cooking utensils (no frying pan, and no non-metal stirrer or spatula) which made scrambling eggs for breakfast a challenge. (I purchased a cheap wooden stirrer and made do with the large stockpot.) The refrigerator was not turned on and it took us awhile to realize it after putting in our groceries. Maybe have a check-in and check-out list posted in the kitchen to help? But the biggest issue we experienced was the scent diffuser. My daughter and I are both very scent-averse and although it smelled nice, we quickly developed terrible headaches. I didn't want the decorative bottle to get broken on the balcony with low overnight temps, so I stuck it in a cabinet, which meant we couldn't use the cabinet. I would suggest either using a lighter, less perfumey scent diffuser or (preferably) none at all. We did not request any assistance with these issues as they were small and we were too busy enjoying our time there! Given other reviewers' good reports of responsiveness and the generally excellent maintenance, I have no doubt Dimi would have quickly addressed any concerns if we had brought them up.

Аппартаменты для тех, кто равнодушен к уютной обстановке и кому не нужно будет готовить на кухне. Слишком мягкая кровать, неудобная. Есть на фотографии диван , но он не раскладывается. Без предоплаты невозможна была связь с хозяином, а уже после предоплаты мы узнали о том, что нам со взрослым сыном придется спать в одной кровати. Любезно предоставленная дополнительная простынь была ни к чему уже. На диване спать не получилось. Из посуды только большая кастрюля, сковорода, тарелки и столовые приборы. Нет ни лопатки для сковороды, ни половника. Набор посуды для кратковременного проживания. Микроволновой печи тоже нет. В ванной только кусочек мыла и разовый гель для душа один пакетик человеку на две ночи. По улице действительно часто едут машины скорой помощи с сиренами, это и пугает и спать мешает. Интерьер не уютный.

• Emma (7/5): Great to visit and for short-term stays - The location is excellent: minutes away from major attractions and close to bus/tramway stops. 15-minute walk from Zurich HB. Kitchen is equipped with the essentials for cooking most meals. It's brand new pots and pans! Really fun to use! The heating was just fine and easy to adjust if needed. The host was super reactive and helpful. The washers and dryers in the basement are a big plus! You can buy laundry detergent at Migros for about 3CHF. The bed and pillows are extremely soft. The apartment was tidy but slightly dirty. It could use a deep clean. Nothing that kept us from feeling "at home" but it was dirtier that other rentals. For the lowest priced apartment we found on Booking in Zurich, it meets our expectations. I'd totally book again.

• Denise (10/5): The BEST place to stay in Zurich! - We were so happy staying here! Clean, comfortable, cute and quiet. So much better than a hotel. All kitchen essentials are provided, Nespresso coffee maker (can buy pods at Spar), fridge, can cook if you want. Everything you need is easily found nearby. It’s just a few streets outside the city center- has a quiet neighborhood feel and super convenient- tram runs on street outside. Spar grocery store around the corner, also large Coop grocery stores found every few streets. Good wi-fi. Restaurants near by, Va Piano down the hill into the center. Easy tram and train access that is easy to figure out using SBB Mobile app. We were there for Taylor Swift concert, used public transport. Owner is responsive to questions. We highly recommend! No assigned parking spot but you can figure it out between using garage near by and on street parking at night in blue/white zones. Issues mentioned by other reviewers- the drain stopper in the bathroom sink is opened/closed by a lever under the sink. To make certain you can charge your devices, have a Swiss adapter with you or easily found in Coop. Wished we could have stayed longer! Would absolutely return again! Nothing- everything was great!!
