Lon (6/5): Pleasant stay which is conveniently located to Little Beach. - The property is well located to Little beach, which was great for the kids. It was also a nice walk to Shoal Bay and the RSL. The property was on the 3rd storey and hauling the food and luggage up and down the stairs was not fun. The queen bed in the 2nd bedroom is very uncomfortable and would be better with a mattress topper. The air conditioner works well in the lounge room / kitchen area however the bedrooms at the other end of the premises were quite warm.
Libby (8/5): Great week with grandsons from out west who rarely get to beach - Close to everything , kids loved pool and tennis cry Stairs never again could have been cleaner
Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - Nice and clean! Great spot and had all the appliances etc that we needed Only negative was the balcony, there was no way to fit everyone around the big table. They def need to get a smaller table for outside

Judith (8/5): Overall a great holiday. - Close to beach plus had a pool. For us there were toys and games for children in the unit which was great. Very suitable for a family. Nice walks and situated about mid way between Nelson bay and shoal bay Some holidayers were older people who did struggle with two flights of stairs carrying luggage etc.
