Kopf in den Sand - Problem ausgesessen? - Wir konnten den Aufenthalt nicht antreten, weshalb sich meine Bewertung auf die Kommunikation mit der Ansprechperson bezieht. Da diese für mich aber extrem wichtig ist, möchte ich meine Erfahrung teilen. Das Problem war nicht, dass wir technisch nicht mehr kostenfrei stornieren konnten. Natürlich muss man dann damit rechnen, dass man auf den Kosten sitzt. Für mich ist aber der Umgang mit Kunden in einer solchen Situation sehr entscheidend. Wir hatten nämlich vor dem Antritt unter der angegebenen Nummer angerufen und darum gebeten, dass sie die Wohnung bitte zumindest für den Folgetag zur Vermietung anbieten möge. Wir sind so verblieben, dass sie es wenigstens versuchen würde. Wie versprochen haben wir dann direkt eine Stornierungsanfrage bei Booking.com gestellt. Noch vor Antritt des Aufenthalts. Nach Ablauf der gebuchten Tage bekamen wir trotzdem eine Nachricht „Wir hoffen, Sie hatten einen komfortablen Aufenthalt“. Ich kontaktiere die Dame erneut. Im Chat war es immer die gleiche Person. Auf einmal erinnerte sie sich weder an unseren Anruf noch wollte sie von Booking.com informiert worden sein 🙄 es folgten nervige Versuche, die Verantwortung auf andere abzuwälzen. Den Rest erspare ich den Lesern. Es war einfach nur nervig. Meine Zeit ist mir dafür zu kostbar. Jetzt haben wir eben Leergeld bezahlt. Aber ich würde die Unterkunft aufgrund der Kommunikation überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen. Wahrscheinlich ist das super so lange alles läuft. Aber wenn etwas nicht läuft, dann wird es eben ausgesessen. In meinem Fall zu Ungunsten des Kunden. Mir ist Kundenservice enorm wichtig und ich glaube, dass es sehr viel aussagt. Daher bewerte ich zum ersten Mal eine Unterkunft so schlecht. Bisher hatte ich immer Glück.

The place is neat and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was quick to respond and made everything really easy. Perfect spot for exploring the city.

• AMANI (5/5): Fint område i nærheten av alt ...kunne ha vært bedre med det lille ekstra. - Beliggenheten var perfekt. Poshy og vakkert området. Rett ved siden av botanisk hagen og noen minutter til Zurich lake med å gå. Likte at sofasengen var klar da vi omkom veldig seint for check inn. Verten er lett tilgjengelig på sms og svarer på alt du lurer på. Vakker liten leilighet som passer for 4 og veldig stille området. Det som vi virkelig ikke likte var at det finnes ingen toiletries som shower gel, shampoo eller onklig soap for å dusje da vi omkom så seint etter en lang reisedag under 35 grader. Med 2 barn og alle bagasjen .... det var det som ødelagte opplevelse. Særlig for det det kostet. På kjøkkenet ikke forvente å finne amenities som the or coffee, eller noen krydder for å lage mat hjemme (bare salt og pepper)ellers nada...INGENTING... du får absolutt ingen litt ekstra som kunne ha gjort en stor forskjell for en fin opplevelse. Husk å ta med deg disse... med mindre at Verten tenker på at disse lille ekstra gjør virkelig en STOR forskjell. Husk også... ingen AC heller i leiligheten. Så om du reiser i August ...tenk på det. Vert satt 2 foan men det føltes fortsatt veldig varmt I leiligheten. Når vi åpnet vinduer ble det flere mygg som kom inn. De dagene vi overnattet der var veldige varme over 35 grader.

• Ching-Chi (10/5): Nice flat for staying at Zurich - The flat is really nice, offering a comfortable stay. It is conveniently located with easy access to the city center by public transport. A supermarket is within walking distance, which adds to the overall convenience. The rooms are large and quiet, making the flat suitable for both short and extended stays. We were satisfied with our experience here. There were a few minor issues, for example, some wall sockets were not functional. However, these did not significantly impact the overall quality of our stay.
• Rosa (6/5): Pleasant - This is a a decent apartment but if you go like me for vacation , This is no a good place to stay , it is far from old town and tourist place , and there is a restaurant who has live music so don’t even think go to bed early

• Milan (9/5): Good accommodation - Location, cleanliness, comfort Since I arrived in the city early, I had a request for an "earlier" check in. It is a general rule, but check-in only from 3 pm is a disaster, and check-out is at 10 am. I travel a lot, but I have never seen anything like this anywhere. That is only that left a bad impression.

• Galabova (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is wonderful - beautiful, clean, bright, with an excellent location in the city, on a quiet street, next to a river. It has everything you need to feel at home. Even the smallest details have been thought of. The host is very kind and correct. We will be happy to visit it again.
