• Christina (8/5): - The apartment was beautiful modern and clean and provided everything we needed. The host was very helpful as well. We were worried about the area and the graffiti on the walls scared us a little bit.

• Manastirean (9/5): We had a very good and comfortable stay so we could enjoy the beauty of Rome. - The apartment is in a neighborhood, very close to the central station. A few steps away is a supermarket where you can buy everything you need. It takes 30 min. by foot to reach the Colosseum. The location is maybe more suitable for younger couples if you want a vivid evening atmosphere after leaving the city center. It is full of young people that fill the terraces in the evening. Although there is no street noise in the apartment, as it does not face the street side. We were less lucky with the neighbors above us, they got loud after 21:00, as if they would move out and move their furniture around the apartment, but mostly after 23:00 it got quiet.
• Claire (9/5): Lovely apartment, location great and very welcoming stay - Furnished to a high standard, modern, well equipped clean apartment, beds were comfortable. Great location which is close to city centre and there are a couple of mini markets close by as well as good nightlife and some really nice restaurants round the corner. Nothing.
• Monika (10/5): - Die Wohnung sehr komfortabel, 2 separate Zimmer mit eigenem Bad ist wirklich selten. Schöne Ausstattung der Wohnung und alle notwendigen Sachen für längere Aufenthalt. In der Nähe Bushaltestellen, Termini Bhf, am Abend Restaurants. Alle Fenster Richtung Innenhof. Einige Straßen der Gegend nicht sauber.

I have been there with my colleague, and both of us had our private spaces, with bathrooms. Daniela was super kind and informative, there is a professional house manual, all gives the impression that she really cares. The apartment had everything you need, and even more. Nice little, not expensive restaurants just around the corner. We spent little time in the apartment, but I think that a small armchair in each room would make a difference.

• Kathleen (9/5): A delightful, quiet and quaint apartment - Beautifully renovated, with a very comfortable bed. Great night life with bars and restaurants. Quiet area and snacks. Would benefit from a small couch in the kitchen area or a comfy chair! A bit of a walk from Termini station, away from the centre of Rome.
• Kevin Vinod (9/5): Great place to stay in Rome - Great location with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Good communication with the host with easy instructions to check in. Good facilities are provided in the apartment and the apartment is clean. No elevator to get to the apartment floor. The key for the main door gets a little stuck.

(10/5): L'alloggio perfetto per un soggiorno a Roma - La casa è nuova e ben più spaziosa di quanto ci si aspetti a prima vista, la posizione è perfetta, vicina a Termini e molto ben collegata, la proprietaria è sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità. Casa Volsci è l'alloggio perfetto per chi voglia stare a Roma per qualche giorno nell'autonomia di un appartamento. Da tenere in conto solo che è un secondo piano senza ascensore, non ha altri svantaggi

Great location with excellent local restaurants, bars etc and handy for transport connections. Host Daniela was very attentive and helpful before and during stay. Two floors of stairs without a lift may be a challenge for some visitors.
• Richard (9/5): This was a good choice and met our needs well. The hosts are very friendly and responded quickly to messages. Recommende - Good-sized rooms and 2 bathrooms made the stay very convenient. There were welcome food and drink provided which was appreciated. The location is good, with local cafes and restaurants and easy access to the centre of the city. There isn’t a lot of natural light but that was less of a problem at Christmas time. The only social space is the kitchen and some more comfortable chairs would improve the experience.

• Minoru (10/5): Great ! - This is one of the best BnBs we’ve ever stayed. Everything is neatly organized. Fully air-conditioned. We enjoyed staying very much. Shops, Bars, and restaurants are plenty around. We walked to Termini and other Metro station easily. Strongly recommend this place.

The location was very much accessible by public transport and not more than couple of kilometers to the main attractions. The facility was very spacious and clean, the utilities provided were extremely thoughtful to the minutest detail. Daniela was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Would love to stay here longer whenever we visit again. Not applicable. Everything was taken care of very thoughtfully.

• Daggett (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing value, very responsive owner, the place is huge compared to other places we stayed. In a more Lowkey neighborhood which is nice to avoid the tourist prices, but also a brief walk to all the attractions. Favorite place we stayed on our 4 country Europe trip.
