• Knut D (9/5): Centrally placed apartment the lives up to its name - The apartment is just half a block away from the main bar and restaurant street in Sofia, Vitosha Boulevard - an pedestrian's only street that stretches up to the St Nedeila Cathedral and the Serdika Metro Station. Still, there is little or no noise to be heard inside the apartment which is on 4th floor. The area to the other side is more quiet and has a more stylish feel to it. In Sofia there is a 24 hour convenient store in every street, but here you are really close to everything. Sofia is also very walkable, so getting to the Aleksandr Nevskij cathedral area is easy too - and also trams, trolley busses, and metro is very affordable and easy to use. The bed rooms are huge. The apartment has all you need, high quality appliances, it is very spacious, and the temperature inside can easily be regulated - Sofia can be both cold and warm. The stairway up to the apartment could need a little renovation, but do not get put off by this - once you are inside the apartment it is all good. Also, the apartment is not so shiny that you need to watch your every step, but clean and cozy.

• Anthony (9/5): Great stay and host! - The location and facilities were absolutely great! I stayed before in nearby rentals, but this one definitely exceeded the expectations! The only issue was that it wasn't no announced ahead of the time of booking that the flat was on the 4th floor without elevator. It might be difficult to climb the stairs for persons with health issues.

• Anne (9/5): Cool modern spacious flat in central location - Location was very central but quiet. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Tourist attractions also very accessible. Lots of steps to 4th level! Entrance hall and stairwell was not very well kept and had rubbish littered outside one door.

I’d say it’s a perfect place to stay. Everything was properly equipped. The building was a bit old and had no lift, so we had to climb the stairs to the 4th floor.

It needs more thorough cleaning, hope the staff will take it into account.
