The apartment was lovely and spacious, and the views were absolutely incredible — they truly exceeded our expectations. Check-in was easy, the beds were comfy, and we loved hearing the ocean all night. We’ll definitely be back! Some minor noise due to nearby renovations during the day, but it did not affect our stay.

Close to key beaches, beautiful view, apartment was lovely and well kept with everything we needed. Keyless entry made it very simple. No lift so a few small flights of stairs, which was not an issue for us, but not suitable for people requiring easy accessibility.

• Walsh (10/5): “The most important thing is to enjoy your life—to be happy—it's all that matters.” The water was completely connect - The view to the beach was an amazing experience and beautiful , the sound of the waves was like a music therapy to the mind and body. We watched the waves splashing over the rocks,people walking along the boardwalk, accessible to the beach. We watched sun rising shining on the shore and sunset including watching the ships travelling through daylight and night time. My family loved it and being grateful for it. N/A

• Michelle (10/5): Absolutely loved our stay & would definitely recommend. - Superb views, excellent location with easy walk to beaches & shops, restaurants etc, easy check in, front door code instead of keys made life easy for family of 4 no sharing keys, excellent communication, quality fittings & finish of entire apartment, everything you could need for an enjoyable stay, very clean, beautiful home away from home , even a jug of water in the fridge ready to go! Car parking - garage is available however probably best for small car only due to access limitations. We parked on the street & always managed to get a spot. There is no lift so stairs could be tricky for those with age or mobility related issues getting luggage up yo the high floor. Despite this the view & everything else makes it worthwhile.

• Jasmin (9/5): Such a beautiful apartment! We would definitely come back! - Such a beautiful apartment with everything you need. The view is exceptional and we could go to different beaches or restaurants and cafes by foot even with a toddler. The parking situation with two cars was tricky as there is only one single garage and there is not much street parking close by. No lift to get to the 5th floor, but the view made it worth it. I liked that we could unlock the door with a door code and didn’t need a code. However we weren’t able to lock the door from the inside which made it a bit tricky with a toddler who loves to open doors.
• Peter (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very clean and modern. It was a great size, 3 rooms, the kitchen layout was really good and the view was exceptional. Keyless entry is great. There are no lifts in this building so everything is carried up and down stairs. Older folk may struggle on the top level.

Suitcases & 5 flights of stairs were a challenge. A couple of extra bin bags & toilet paper would have been helpful. Not a huge deal though.
• Alison (9/5): Stylish oceanfront apartment with amazing views. - We loved this stylish, beautifully appointed oceanfront apartment, with absolutely stunning views. Sunset drinks on the balcony was a highlight. The living area and master bedroom were quite spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was superb, only a short walk down the path to Kings Beach or along the boardwalk to Happy Valley. There was minimal storage and no hanging space in the other bedrooms. The double bed was rather too soft. We managed the stairs perfectly well, but it would be a struggle for someone elderly or physically impaired without a lift.

• Kelly (9/5): The best view from the BEST apartment! Stunning! - The view at this property is spectacular. The ocean views is almost like being on a cruise ship! The apartment is beautifully appointed with lovely kitchen facilities, comfy beds and fluffy towels. We loved it and will definitely be back. The single car park is quite narrow - we drive a Tesla, but bigger cars would be difficult. There is no guest parking (nor street parking out front on Warne Tce). There are also signs telling tenants and guests not to charge electric vehicles at the property (there weren’t power points anyway). There were a LOT of stairs. We knew there was no lift but it’s worth noting it’s about 4-5 flights from the car park. (Top floor view is worth it though!)

The location is fantastic with easy access to the beach and the view is amazing. Everything needed for a fuss free stay was provided so we could just unpack and relax. Even the handbook provided by the owner was exceptional. There’s nothing we didn’t like about the property.

• Marie (10/5): Stunning location - The location was absolutely exceptional. The view is simply magnificent. The place was beautifully furnished with nice sized bedrooms. It was walking distance to lots of places to eat. The pool is very small. And there's no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs.

The apartment is decorated to a high standard with a high end finishes. We liked having no key and using a pin code to enter. Hosts left us a treat. Thank you.
• Anonymous (10/5): perfect location to the beach in an amaz to spend days - - the location was amazing and we loved having the passage way through the grass to get to the beach. - the air conditioning throughout the living area and the rooms were perfect. - the view was gorgeous! - having a code for the door was a lifesaver with 6 friends. this meant we didn’t have to worry about someone having to hold a physical key so that was a big plus. - the pool was the perfect temperature. - the tennis court added so much fun to our stay. - comfy beds. - place was beautifully renovated and had such a fresh clean vibe. - the kitchen had the perfect amount of plates, cups, mugs and utensils/cookware etc. we were able to make many meals. - friendly responsive hosts :) - the only things I would suggest would be if we had an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom that would’ve been perfect! - the couch was extremely comfy but with 6 friends it could only comfortably fit 4 or maybe 5 of us. an extra little couch would’ve been amazing! - the twin room didn’t have any cupboard space but regardless these didn’t hinder our stay negatively at all :)

Well located for walking to shops, beaches, restaurants, etc. Kitchen well equipped. Parking spot somewhat difficult to access in our large vehicle- needed to remove roof racks. Bedrooms quite small - space would be inadequate to store clothes/luggage and to hang laundry on airer if you were utilising all rooms for guests. Probably not a problem for a short stay, but we stayed 2 weeks and had lots of stuff ( as well as accumulated lots of Christmas shopping!) Would also have liked availability of some clean sheets over this length of stay :)

Lovely renovated property, very well appointed with all the things you might need to make your stay a great one. Excellent hosts who were very accomodating and responsive. Nothing! It was wonderful
• Elise (10/5): Amazing view in the most calming and beautiful apartment- close to everything! - The view was INCREDIBLE! The most picture-perfect spot that made climbing the flights of stairs all worth it! The apartment has been renovated meticulously, its a really beautiful and quality job- down to the quality and comfort of the couch and the main king bed (so comfy!) and the decor and design- it was a stunning place to return to after a hectic beach day! Side note... I also really appreciated and loved that this place had floorboards instead of tiles, like every other place in Qld- it felt so much more homey and cosy than tiled floors do! All of the furnishings were comfortable and high quality, including the amazing rainwater showers, outdoor furniture and washer/dryer. The apartment is close walking distance to everything- although we were glad we had a car to get groceries, as the local area is quite hilly. But we could easily walk with our 3 year old down to the beach, park, cafes, shops. Some great options for beaches nearby, and the hosts even provide beach towels which is so handy :) Directions and welcome info given by Trish (the host) was so helpful- the carpark was open and ready for us and she was really responsive. Only tiny gripes- no fans in the bathrooms, and a few things could have been a tad better for the price we paid. There were only 2 coffee mugs available, and only one bin liner provided for a 4 night stay- having to buy a whole roll of bin bags ourselves felt silly when we only needed 3 or 4 for our stay. Providing these little extras would go a long way!

Host left Chardonnay and Tim tams which was a nice welcome. Parking was too low for us, nothing can be done about this just something to keep in mind and check when travelling with kids and a big car with a lot to unload. There was however a 10 minute unloading bay which was helpful!
