• Shu (10/5): Great location - The apartment was generally clean and comfortable. It's within easy walking distance from both a train and metro station, and the hint from owner about which stations to use was very helpful. Although an additional hint about which exit to take from the metro station would have been nice too! It's located on a quiet street just off the main road, which means it's quiet at night but there's lots of restaurants nearby. The shower is connected to a wash room which doesn't have a door. There's no where to put a dry towel or change of clothes in the shower area, which makes changing in privacy a bit difficult. A privacy curtain over the entry to the washroom would have helped. My 63 year old mother also slipped several times trying to get out of the bath. There was no handrail or non-slip bath mat.
• Wai (9/5): Very nice, comfort and clean. Short distance walk to train station. A lot of restaurant a long the - Only available at Lawson or Family Mart. Sukiya closed Quite a number of tourists. Cleanliness on the street is not up to Japan's standard.
• Lawrence (8/5): The college of bacon. - It was spacious. The bathing facilities where excellent. It wasn't the original place I booked, because it was part of a residential building we couldn't make loud noise after 8pm, even though the baby was crying next door.

• Norizan (9/5): Superb - Everything is very comfy. Good for family stay. Pls add in the checking-in instruction to use the top key slot. I kept using the key slot at the bottom one and cant open the door since it was a wrong insert :)

• Nik (10/5): Great - Great apartment with a nice little balcony where you can sit and admire the city skylines. It's a cozy apartment in a relatively quiet location. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the city.

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Its a perfect place for one or 2 people, it was the most esential you need, the are its calm, yoou can find many stores near by, the place was super clean!

• Ann (3/5): Poor - No breafast, which is not unusual. The place is small. The neighborhood is a backstreet, we saw some drug dealing and drunk people laying around. Not far from the underground, it is possible to walk from Shinjuku, so it is very central. The place is very basic. There is a washing machine, micro, air-condition - but no descriptions in English how to use things. There is just 2 cups, 2 bowls, two spoons and 2 pairs of chopsticks. For one night, if there is not anything else around, it is acceptabel, although not very enjoyable. But I would not recommend this place for more than that. The price was also high if I compare with other and much better places that we stayed in for our two weeks in Japan.
• Gustavo (10/5): Great place! - Exceptional value for money apartment at the heart of Shinjuku. Clean, well-equipped, and close to everything. I’d definitely recommend for a couple or solo travelers. Go for it!
