• Radko (7/5): Ubytovanie hodnotím ako dobré, je na dobrom mieste s množstvom reštauracií a na skok od colossea! - Pri príchode nás čakala Katrerine, ktorá nám všetko poukazovala a odovzdala klúče. Pred príchodom s nami komunikovala cely čas cez WhatsApp a naviedla nas priamo k ubytovaniu. Ubytovanie je na skvelom mieste, v okolí množstvo reštauracií, obchodov, možnosť dať si skvelé raňajky, či tradičnú zmrzlinu. Colosseum a forum romanum je cca 10 min peši. Kúpeľňa by potrebovala rekonštrukciu, ale inak sa ubytovaniu neda nič vytknúť. Bolo počuť ruch z ulice, ale to je daň za to že ste naozaj nedaleko centra.

• Barbara (8/5): - Wir haben im Vorfeld mit den Vermietern Kontakt gehabt bezüglich der Schlüsselübergabe. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Taxen konnten wir Bar oder online Bezahlen. Auch als uns der Strom ausgefallen war, konnte uns schnell und unkompliziert über die vorhandene Nummer geholfen werden. Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Kolosseum ist um die Ecke. Die Gegend ist belebt, jedoch nicht laut. Neben der Wohnung hat es viele kleine Restaurants und eine Metro ist in der Nähe.
• margarita (9/5): Tranquilidad y comodidad - Ubicacion es muy buena, insumos y cafetera excelente, lavadora, la vajilla, toallas muy limpias, colchon cómodo. Zona segura con restaurantes y supermercados cercano. Está a tres cuadras del coliseo. La entrada al edificio está deteriorada, podrían mejorarla, al igual que la puerta de ingreso al edificio.
• MARIA SELENE (3/5): - Great location and fairly good noise-proofing thanks to the double glazed windows The place was quite dirty when we arrived, I had to clean the toilet before being able to use it. There is mould everywhere in the shower, the toilet leaks water on the floor, and the floor was pretty dirty too - definitely much below the Italian standard of hygiene! The sofabed is so uncomfortable that it's really not feasible for two people to sleep in it for more than a night (the lack of decent pillows makes it worse). There was a general lack of care in everything from basic items missing (e.g. not enough toilet roll) to communication. I appreciate Rome is full of tourists desperate to get a stay anywhere no matter the state of the place but these hosts can show some more care, especially for a place that definitely not cost effective!

• Cherry-amor (10/5): Everything at your door step - We loved our stay at Lorenzo's place. We had everything we needed at our door step. Close to shopping, restaurants and cafes. Great location! Lorenzo provided us with a brand new coffee Lavazza coffee machine to use. We liked everything.

• Janine (8/5): Excellent location in the heart of Rome - It was right in the heart of Monti in Rome. A really lovely area, not as touristy as other areas - an authentic Roman street with so many lovely places to eat on the corner of a small square. It was pretty noisy but we knew it would be being so close to everything. The check in process was annoying. I got so many repeated messages about checking in but quite a few delays to messages I sent and then there was some confusion with guests for another apartment being sent the same details as us so both of us arrived at the same apartment. It got sorted quickly enough but I found the communication unnecessarily stressful.

• Jelena (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great time! The apartment is ideally located in one of the most charming streets in Rome (Monti quarter). Just a few steps away and the vibrant spirit of the Eternal City is there. The apartment had all we needed for family stay, including a washing machine and a coffee machine. The internet connection was also quite good. Lorenzo was a very helpful host and overall we would come back without hesitation!

Communications with the owner were clear and friendly. Would return in the future. Coffee machine was a bonus and was what I needed to kick off the day. Top marks.

All the main sights are within walking distance, there is a metro station nearby. And yes, the Colosseum is very close)) Nice coffee machine with great coffee! The room is quite old, there is mold in some places! Very small and not comfortable kitchen, no microwave. The quality of cleaning was low (although the owner reacted quickly to all comments, thanks to him)

I will recommend it to other friends and family. All the best. I wish that the street door had a better view from outside. The main entry door and hall before going up need some repair and improvement. Right now, it looks abandoned and doesn't match with the suite.

Everything was perfect , except that I lost my mobile which I kept outside the apartment while opening the apartment with keys as online opening ( from mobile)was not working. No one's fault... I got great responses from Lorenzo who is an excellent host ..
