• Nuno (1/5): - Cuidado pois estas pessoas não são sérias. Nem sei como o Booking.com trabalha com eles. Apesar do apartamento estar bem localizado e ter boas condições gerais, é uma aldrabice pegada pois ficaram-me com 100£ de caução alegando que tinha danificado a fechadura da porta principal, que já estava assim quando eu entrei. Lamentável! Pelo que estive a ler nos comentários esta prática é corrente e eu deveria ter escolhido outro apartamento...

• Claudia (1/5): - Do not rent from this landlord. I booked and paid through booking.com but additionally I had to pay a separate £100 deposit to the landlord (via Airoperate). I left the property in exactly the state it was when I moved in but the landlord/Airoperate alleged that I had damaged a heater and refused to refund my £100 deposit. I requested on several occasions dated, photographic evidence of the alleged damage and so did booking.com. No evidence was provided to me or booking.com, yet they still refused to return my deposit. I will be pursuing this through the County Courts. A perusal of other Trustpilot reviews of Airoperate shows this is not an isolated event. It is clearly part of their business model to allege damage and refuse to return deposits. I would advise anyone contemplating renting from Airoperate to consider that they will keep your deposit for no good reason. In addition, the mattresses are very uncomfortable, the building had a scafolding all around it, there is no lift for suitcases and one of the rooms is very noisy and it's very difficult to sleep.

Il faut aller chercher les clefs dans une épicerie ouvert 23/24 avec un code reçu sur booking, uniquement lorsque l'enregistrement est terminé.

No queda clara la información del.check ing. Hay que completar un formulario para que envíen un mail con las instrucciones y eso no está claro. Estuvimos 2 horas esperando y hablando con un conmutador para que resuelvan el inconveniente

• Rebecca (9/5): - Lovely place to stay . . Close to tube station , shops and restaurants. Easy to check in and out. Great selection of utensils etc in kitchen. Nice toiletries. Please note that a 'deposit' is required to stay here which is payable when you check in.One bedroom was a little noisey at times as it was near the main road so not ideal for light sleepers. Please be warned that the key collection and drop off is a walk from the accomodation. You must take this into consideration when returning keys. Check out is 10AM however keys must be returned by then so you will need to leave 10 -15 mins before 10AM.

• CHANTAL (9/5): Agréable séjour dans un appartement bien situé et bien équipé. - Appartement très bien situé, avec des stations de bus et de métro à proximité, donc on accède facilement aux lieux qu'on souhaite visiter. Très spacieux et bien équipé. Le quartier compte de nombreux restaurants pour se faire plaisir et des commerces de proximité pour faire ses courses et dîner en famille dans l'appartement. Belle expérience. En plus sa situation dans un ancien immeuble typiquement londonien en brique nous a ravis !

It was lovely to have space and a lounge to relax in after exploring London. The inside of the microwave had the internal laminate flaking off, the toilet brush was falling apart, the tone of the emails sent to us were like a school teacher ready to chastise.

• Natalia (10/5): Os lo recomiendo 100% , reservar ya ! - Lo recomiendo al 100%. Es el típico apartamento inglés, lo q buscabamos. Cocina muy equipada para quien lo necesite, nosotras ni la hemos tocado. La decoracion fantástica, limpio y con todas las facilidades a mano. En un barrio muy bonito y delante está Anna delys q es una cafetería q preparan unos desayunos riquísimos. Bien situado. Edificio silencioso y tranquilo, por no no he tranquilidad-silencio total. Volveremos ✌🏼 Por poner un defecto diria q el baño, muy pequeño y estrecho. Pero el agua salia con fuerza. Los colchones blanditos, muy blanditos.
• Benedikt (6/5): Gute Lage mit einigen Mängeln. - Die Lage war sehr gut. Es war außerdem genug platz in der Wohnung. Die Unterkunft war grundsätzlich sauber und sehr gut gelegen. Allerdings gab es einige Punkte, die uns gestört haben: Es gab nur einen Schlüssel, was bei einer Gruppe von vier Personen zu Problemen führte – das war ziemlich ärgerlich. Die Betten sind sehr klein und für Gruppen von Freunden eher ungeeignet. In der Wohnung war es zudem recht stickig und es roch etwas muffig. Außerdem musste man 100 Pfund Kaution überweisen, die erst nach 2,5 Wochen zurückgezahlt wurde, was ebenfalls ärgerlich war. Insgesamt war die Wohnung für das, was geboten wurde, recht teuer. Wenn die Location jedoch wichtig ist, kann man das ruhig machen.
• Anthony (8/5): - I was in London for work; I stayed there for only two nights. My only regret was not staying longer. The check-in process was interesting, easy, and smooth. The apartment was beautiful; every room was very clean and well equipped. The location was central, with both Chancery Lane and Holborn Underground stations nearby. I would highly recommend this apartment.
• Tracie (7/5): Great location, lovely apartment but new mattresses desperately needed. - This property is in a great location, within walking distance of Covent Garden and other attractions. It’s in a quieter part of the city so no issues with noise. The living room is spacious and comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean. First of all the fact that you have to walk to another location to pick up the keys is a bit of a faff, it’s only about a 5/8 minute walk but when you’ve just got off a train and have your luggage with you it’s not ideal. When we arrived we were impressed with the apartment and its character, however when we came to go to bed we discovered the mattresses were less than comfortable, they were either very old or cheap as no support in them at all and you could feel the springs through them. The first nights sleep wasn’t a good one! Investing in some new mattresses needs to be a priority I would say. The only other negative I would say is the size of the bathroom, I know this can’t be helped but the pictures don’t clearly show how tiny it is, there’s barely any room to move when you’re sat on the loo! Also the bracket for the shower had come loose and was hanging by a thread the shower head was at an awkward angle and kept moving, it was a case of get in, quick shower and out. The final gripe is the £100 deposit we had to pay was supposed to be refunded 7 business days after you vacate, I have had to chase this twice now and it was finally refunded today 2 whole weeks after our stay!

• Rubén (8/5): - La propiedad esta bien, los cuartos son cómodos y la zona en la que esta ubicado es tranquila, como para moverse a pie y en bus. Ideal para 4 personas. El retiro y entrega de las llaves, está a unos 400 metros, no es un problema, solo para tenerlo en cuenta.
• Gerd (2/5): Schrecklich schlecht und unbequem, nie wieder in dieser Unterkunft! - Außer der guten Lage gibt es nichts Gutes zu vermerken. Die Betten waren viel zu klein, durchgelegen und unbequem. Die Wohnung liegt im Keller, die Eingangstür hat ein Oberlicht und im Flur brennt die ganze Nacht das Licht und scheint in die Schlafzimmer, die ebenfalls Oberlichter haben. Die Heizung im Flur war kaputt und hat bei 36 Grad draußen noch zusätzlich geheizt. Es war unerträglich heiß und schlafen war unmöglich. Der Vermieter hat sich nicht darum gekümmert auf Nachfrage. Die Kaution wurde erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage zurücküberwiesen. Das Bad und das Waschbecken waren winzig, sodaß man sich nicht ordentlich waschen konnte. Die Hygieneartikel mussten war wegen Platzmangel im Bad in der Küche lagern.

• Yuxuan (8/5): Very good - Nice stay with family. Love the kitchen facility for cooking. Fairly clean and Value for money! The key collection and drop-off are not very convenient, as we have to carry the suitcases to travel to different locations from the apartment. The introduction is very clear but not clear at a glance. You need to read the information carefully to find the apartment number in the building.
• Rob (9/5): Great flat in the heart of London - This is a lovely flat in a great location in Holborn. It's a 20 minute stroll to Leicester Square, Convent Garden etc and even closer to things like the British Museum. There's even a Coop opposite as well as a whole host of great bars and cafes. The flat is really quite spacious, well equipped (especially the kitchen) and quiet with access to the communal courtyard at the back if needed. Highly recommended! There's not much to dislike really - we had a great time and would definitely come back again.
