• Chantal (8/5): Rome est une ville magnifique, il y a trop de choses à voir en seulement 10 jours. - La proximité avec le métro. L'appartement est également proche d'un centre commercial, ce qui permet de faire les courses de base. Il est équipé de deux chambres et de deux salles de bains. Un peu loin du centre, mais la proximité du métro compense. Avenue avec beaucoup de circulation et donc du bruit la nuit mais atténué par la hauteur de l'appartement.
• Anna (7/5): We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location of the apartment. - We travelled as a family of four (two adults and two children) and stayed for four days in the second half of July. The location of the apartment was excellent – there is a shopping centre right across the road with a large supermarket inside. A metro station is also just a few metres away. Overall, the flat is in good condition and has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a kitchen with crockery, a stove, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine (the only thing missing was a microwave). There is also a washing machine on the utility balcony. We really missed having a microwave. It was also difficult to adjust the shower in the bathroom to get warm water – it was either too cold or too hot, and sometimes the temperature changed suddenly during the shower, which made the whole process quite tricky. Another unpleasant point was the late check-in fee. The host initially informed us that we would need to pay €40 for arriving at 10 p.m. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed, and we didn’t arrive until midnight, so we had to pay €50 instead of €40. The tourist tax also had to be paid in cash on arrival. Finally, during our stay, there was renovation work being done on the external façade of the building, so workers were present on the balcony during the daytime.
• Shpakov (8/5): Good position, spacious apartment, perfect for family - The position of the appartament is a big advantage: it's 2 mins walking distance from metro station and in 10-15 mins you can reach main city's landmarks like trevi fountain, colloseum etc. Also it's next to the shopping mal called Aura , where you can by grocery and go for a shopping. Also appartment has a big kitchen with almost all the necessary equipment ( except for the cutting board ) so if you plan to cook at home, this is the right appartment The wardrobe didn't have the handles to open it. Also there are 2 bathrooms and in 1 of them there is a problem with a toilet, the water doesn't stop to flow after you flush. The host fixed it after I notified him but I avoided to use that bathroom again
• Luca (10/5): Spacious apartment in a strategic location to visit Rome - Spacious apartment in a strategic location near the metro station and a shopping mall with restaurants and supermarket. Sparkling clean and comfortable. We were here for a medical issue and the host was very helpful and kind with us, accommodating check-in and check-out time. The car in the nearby main road can be noisy.
• Gabriela (9/5): I would definitely comeback. - It was clean, big, exactly in pictures.Very close to metro and train station, witch helped us a lot. I wasn’t very comfortable because we had to turn the AC’s for hear because the radiators did not work constantly. We went on December, so it should not be a problem in warm weather.
