• Keisha (5/5): the perfect bnb but the tiny roaches were a big no……😀 - super easy to collect property keys. we were provided with a code. quick and easy. good amenities and a good amount of rooms. tv was huge, good for entertainment. good beds the place had a bit of a cockroach problem. when we arrived back at night from our event the kitchen was covered in tiny cockroaches and were climbing all over the walls and counters. when we arrived at the bnb there was a guy from pest control services, so it seems like the owners were already trying to fix this issue. there were some roaches in the rooms too🥹 - the only thing i didn’t like abt this bnb

• Karen (10/5): - Very comfortable and spacious. Everything we needed for a short stay. The location was convenient for catching up with our family and friends. Very quiet neighbourhood which was a bonus.

Nice clean section. Washing machine was very handy to get all my washing done before getting home. Nothing comes to mind.

The price was fantastic and one of the cheapest w - Convenient close to the event we were there for. 5 bedrooms all with air conditioning. Comfortable beds Was able to park the caravan out front of the house as we had been to another event the weekend prior Neighbours were friendly Parking was limited due to the narrow street which isn’t the hosts fault for our small group and the multiple cars we had. Few items were broken/damaged prior to arriving No broom or vacuum battery so we could clean up after ourselves how we like.

The kitchen was well stocked with lots of crockery and cutlery. We ordered in Uber eats, which arrived quickly. My little shitzu fur babies enjoyed the grassed area out back, and I even went unexpectedly to the beautician next door, which was a nice treat .

Heaps of Towels and blankets, shower necessities, big fridge and washing machine was a huge plus and the backyard space was great. Also very affordable A bit far from the city but the price makes up for it.

Would of been a 10 and I would of enjoyed my stay more if the house didn't have those issues. - The bed in the private ensuite bedroom is a perfect comfortable firm mattress for my back I didn't wake up with a sore back! It's that amazing that I want to take the mattress home with me lol. I think this house will be good to stay at when the weather is warm/hot because the tiles and the aircon will help keep the house feeling cool. I like that I had this house all to myself and it felt and smelt clean and can use everything in the house the same as at home. I love the spacious bath! I like big TV's. Quiet outside at night. The aircon in the private ensuite bedroom rattled loud when I turned it on so I had to immediately turn it off. The aircons didn't seem to heat up only blew out cold air so that made the house and my room freezing to sleep through at night when I was trying to warm up the house but couldn't because of that. • I think the aircons heating is broken and needs fixing or replaced for new quick working ones 👍🏻 The blanket in the ensuite bedroom I think is what hospitals use so that type of blanket only made my partner and I constantly wake up sweating not keep us warm during the cold freezing night so because of this me and my partner had a restful night sleep. The blankets seemed to of been better setup for summer not for winter. I do not want to pull off blankets from the other guests beds to keep warm and if their rooms are taken by other guests we wouldn't be able to do that anyway. • I would recommend having spare thick blankets of different types setup for the guests in the sliding door cuboards ready for guests to use for cold nights just like what Hotels have 👍🏻 Street lights at the front of the house shined through the edges of the blinds so it's difficult for a light sleeper to sleep through that and invaded privacy too as people going past the house or the houses in front could see through the edges of those certains, we can see out, they can see in so that made my partner and I feel a bit awkward and embarressed. • Some of the other bedrooms don't have windows so I think for the rooms that do have windows should have blackout certains for privacy and to block out lights from outside I think that would of been perfect 👍🏻 Or blackout certains for all the windows in the house for full privacy for just incase if a couple that had the house to themselves can comfortably walk around naked or other things without feeling like the privacy is being invaded by the see through edges of the blinds you currently have in the house.

Great Thai restaurant just down the road. Most thought their beds were comfy but one could feel the springs in the mattress and had a bad nights sleep.

Being my first time using Booking,com, there were some things I want sure of, this wasn't his responsibility, but he helped me out immediately. He also answered my call immediately, even though it was late at night. The house was setup perfectly for us, it was comfortable, clean and organised. Basic instructions would have been good for the TV and tech setup, so I could cast my own streaming apps. The instructions might have been there and I didn't find them, it was late and I was tired. The parking was tight in the street, but we had three cars, so not really a problem, we still for without impeding on neighbours. The house is setup for more than three at a time so that may be inconvenient.

Rooms were small but suitable. Air cons in each room was a nice feature. Security lock on the door was great Didn’t like how there was no information on it actually being a rent a room situation. A little note in the description would be good, so guests don’t worry about other guests being booked in other rooms like we did. It would’ve been good if maybe some dishwashing tablets and detergent were available for guests to use and also some room in the pantry as to not mix food.

The house was well equipped with plates etc. The aircondioners had been left in for us on a very cold, wet day and provided a cozy welcome. Great communication with Mark. The beds were a little hard but that is only our preference. The house was immaculate. It is a short drive to the local shops and the Austral Club. It has easy access to Penrith. There is nothing to complain about. Happy with everything.

The host was extremely unreasonable, even threatened to kick us out and called us d**ks by text...... After driving with 2 small children 12 hours just to get there. The host doesn't tolerate the noise of children. His attitude and intolerance completely ruined the stay. Because of this I cannot recommend this place at all especially if you have children..........

Owner was easy to get a hold of and helpful. It was very close to freeway. Grass was not mowed so very long out back if you have small kids or animals.

Suited the needs of our two families travelling together. Mark was very good to deal with if anything was lacking, and with the needs of two families, groups coming and going at different times. Close to the train station by car and supermarkets. The smell of cigarette smoke in some of the bedrooms. Once aired, they were fine.
