- Ronalda (5/5): O horário combinado de entrar no chalé não foi mantido - Tranquilidade Poucos funcionários ,guarita sem funcionário,quando chega no portão não tem ninguém para abrir mesmo com o horário combinado com o caseiro .Tem que gritar ou esperar sair um hóspede para poder entrar e ainda andar em todos os chalés para encontrar o reservado ou alguém que lhe informe qual é o seu chalé.
