• Như Quỳnh (10/5): Một đêm nghỉ ngơi thoải mái, vị trí trung tâm rất tiện lợi. - Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí rất thuận tiện ngay khu vực Xã Đàn, Đống Đa, dễ dàng di chuyển và tìm đồ ăn sáng xung quanh. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Cách âm có thể cải thiện thêm một chút để không gian yên tĩnh hơn vào buổi tối.

Cơ sở vật chất được đầu tư hiện đại, phòng ốc đầy đủ tiện nghi, thiết kế ấm cúng và thoải mái như ở nhà. Địa điểm khá thuận tiện, dễ dàng di chuyển đến các điểm tham quan nổi tiếng, rất phù hợp cho cả nghỉ dưỡng lẫn khám phá. Nhân viên ở đây cực kỳ thân thiện, nhiệt tình và luôn hỗ trợ nhanh chóng khi cần. Dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng rất chu đáo, tạo cảm giác thoải mái và hài lòng trong suốt thời gian lưu trú. Bên cạnh đó, vấn đề vệ sinh cũng được đảm bảo tốt, không gian luôn sạch sẽ, gọn gàng và thoáng mát. • Quyên (9/5): Khách sạn trung tâm cực kỳ tiện lợi, dịch vụ tâm lý chu đáo, một trải nghiệm 10 điểm trọn vẹn cho gia đình! - Gia đình mình vừa có một đêm nghỉ cực kỳ ưng ý tại Hoa Hồng Hotel. Vị trí khách sạn nằm ngay phố Xã Đàn, trung tâm quận Đống Đa nên đi lại hay tìm chỗ ăn uống ở Hà Nội đều vô cùng tiện lợi. Phòng Standard Twin hai giường đơn rất sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, wifi thì siêu mạnh. Mình đặc biệt đánh giá cao dịch vụ chu đáo ở đây: khách sạn cực kỳ tâm lý khi hỗ trợ nhận phòng sớm và trả phòng muộn đến tận 13:00, điều này cứu cánh cho nhà có con nhỏ như mình rất nhiều. Chỗ để xe miễn phí, an toàn, các bạn nhân viên lễ tân thì luôn tươi cười, nhiệt tình và hỗ trợ gia đình mình hết mình. Thực sự gia đình mình vô cùng hài lòng và không có bất kỳ điểm nào để phàn nàn cả. Tiện nghi và chất lượng dịch vụ nhận được quá tốt, hoàn toàn vượt xa mong đợi so với mức giá. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại ủng hộ khách sạn nếu có dịp!
• Ánh Nguyệt (10/5): 10 điểm không nhưng - Rất sạch sẽ, nhìn từ ngoài vào trong đều ưng ý hết, lúc mìn đến cửa hotel là mìn cảm thấy sự lựa chọn này thật sự đúng đắn rồi. Nhưng khi vào đến phòng, thật sự mìn đã bùng nổ cảm xúc, trên cả tuyệt vời, mọi ngừi thử trải nghiệm đuy, siêu ung ý. Mìn siêu thíc anh nhân viên, đẹp trai, zễ xương mà còn vô cùn tinh tế nữa nhé.
• Smith (1/5): EXTREME BAIT & SWITCH: Mold, Ants, Construction, and Fake Photos - This is easily the most disappointing stay of my year-long trip. Do not be fooled by the 'modern' photos on this listing—they are a complete fabrication. The Room: Instead of the modern apartment I paid for, I was given a dated, crumbling room that felt like a relic from the 1940s. To make matters worse, the bathroom was infested with ants and had visible black mold in the corners. It is a health hazard, not a 'modern' stay. The Noise: I was woken up at 7:30 AM every single morning by heavy power tools and slamming noises from construction in the room directly adjacent to mine. The hotel did not warn me about this, making it impossible to sleep or relax. Dishonest Practices: To top it all off, the hotel sent me an automated message offering a 'gift' at reception in exchange for a 5-star review. It is clear they are trying to bribe guests to hide the reality of this property. I work hard for my money and intended for this to be a treat; instead, it was a nightmare. Avoid this place at all costs—the photos are fake, the rooms are dirty, and the management is dishonest.

If you don’t want to deal with the crowds in French Old quarter or other local street markets and shops, this hotel is in good location and you could blend in the local community. Got a good view to the lake and park. Couple minutes walking to Lenin lake which now fenced off, enjoy your walk and relax or exercise. - Facility was good. We stayed in the lower building. Room was good size. Washroom was good only our shower head was not in a good shape. Water ran out on the side more than going thru the heads. Buffet was good with variety of Vietnamese traditional and Western foods. - Our queen bed room had kitchenette, pots&pans and hot plate if you want to cook your own foods. Room was cleaned and new sheets new towels + 2 water bottles provided. Basic toiletry + shampoo&shower gel provided - Staffs were good in general. I spoke VNese so I didn’t have any problem in communication - Price was reasonable + buffet breakfast included - I was told it was new renovated but just ok. Nothing really stand out. I was a bit disappointed as they didn’t allow me to take some bao buns and a bit of sticky rice for our breakfast even I have said very clearly that we had to leave early for a tour and not able to eat our breakfast (served from 6:30am) - Washroom was a bit outdated.

Location was fine for our purposes. Nice view from the upper floors. Quiet. Screens on windows (this is really unusual in SE Asia and is nice to have because it means you can have the window open and not have bugs flying in). Accommodating staff. Absurdly tiny room, very uncomfortable for 2 people. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Even with the air conditioner running the room was hot (so much surface area exposed to the sun).

• Grant (4/5): An average day for an average price - The place was average at best close to where I needed to go easily accessible to get to. The ladies at the desk were phenomenal excellent service very accommodating.. very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was below average. It looked like it was cooked overnight, and there were leftovers in the morning.. I think the kitchen staff needs to do a better job preparing the breakfast. The mail workers were doing nothing but smoking in the lobby when it should be done outside I remember checking out a key and the gentleman was just smoking right in front of me which I found absolutely horrible and rude.. the mail workers do not take customer service to heart, but the female workers there into the phenomenal job. I would come downstairs and it would smell like cigarette, which is absolutely disgusting. I did not know this was a smoking hotel.. if I had known that the lobby allowed for chain-smoking to be acceptable, I probably would have chosen another place to stay.
