• Donna (8/5): was good and close to our venue - The view was amazing, the apartment was clean and the security was over the top great only received 1 key for a 3 bedroom apartment (sleeps 6), having to walk up the street to collect and drop off the key. only 1 pillow per person
• Bettianne (7/5): Would stay here again for location not comfort. - Location, view, beds were good not great - Obviously “the mattresses in a box” were not the greatest for a larger person and mine was worn on one side. Most disappointing was that there was sleeping for 6 and only 5 dinning chairs. The lounge held three of us but the middle was not comfy to sit on anyway. We asked for a little earlier check in but the host forgot to send the code etc until I requested it only 3/4 of an hour ealier after thinking i was unable to get an early check in, then i got 3 emails in 2 minutes and the claim the code was send “ hours ago”.

• Daria (10/5): Lovely place! Would recommend - Location was great, clean apartment, got everything we needed. Hosts were very approachable, replied to all my enquiries super promptly.
• Carol (8/5): Have a lovely stay and area was quiet and clean. - Great position for what we travelled to Sydney for. Fantastic views. Clean and airy and quiet. Wonderful cafe attached to property with great staff and menu. Was disappointed with the general lack of quality of the guest facilities. No milk or tea (although coffee). Towels in all bathrooms were absolutely threadbare, no spares and no bath mat in main bathroom. Pillows were lumpy and way past their use by date just like the towels. Mattresses need updating. No batteries for air con in main bedroom. Windows were filthy. For the amount of money spent and having experienced many holiday apartments, I would expect a little bit more respect for your guests, this was very disappointing. Owners, please spend a wee bit of money on the essentials for your guests!
• Katie (3/5): Kept us close to the event we were attending but I wouldn’t recommend it. Unclean bathrooms with bugs and algae/mold - The view and the location Was extremely dirty, sparse on supplies (not enough toilet paper, dirty tea towels, poorly cleaned bath towels, bugs in the fans and the showers, windows didn’t close, microwave sounded crazy, aircons worked but then stopped). Not cleaned properly (chips from previous renters in the bed side table?) and questionable stains on the mattress and headboard (and floor??).

• Andrea (9/5): Overall very happy with our stay - Location was perfect for us. Sheets and towels could be nicer. Storage for suitcases for early arrivals till room is available could possibly be offered nearby.
• Shazdehkhanum (5/5): Easy access to transportation. Unit needs some sprucing up and updated/safe appliances - The ensuite bathroom shower had mold. The trim around the sink was dirty. There were no bath mats and towels were very low quality. The carpet was not clean. The iron malfunctioned and burnt a hole in my pants. It was on low temperature and had a sudden surge.

• Marc-Anthoni (10/5): - Everything rooms location space view 3 things 1- only 1 access key between 3 people, suggestion to maybe have 2 if group. 2- the window in the dining area couldn't close and although I like the cold air the noise was loud 3- the noise of the microwave when used is a loud rattling sound
• Katrina (2/5): Not as advertised, broken bed, poor drainage in showers - The location was good We only had one key/fob for a group of 5 so we all had to be to be together all the time. We only had 3 beds, the 4th was broken and the lounge was a 2piece modular that fell apart when people slept on it. We needed 4beds. The pillows were flat and worn out. The microwave was broken and made a large noise when it was use so we didn't use it. The drains in the shower kept over flowing with dirty water not draining away, god knows what was in the drain. My brother inlaw refused to use it. The apartment smelled like old cooking and the window in the dining area was broken and stuck open so the freezing air kept blowing in. Their solution was to turn the heating up. We tried to raise this but there was no one around that could fix the issues. I've asked for a partial refund but had no response back. Loved the location but the property needs a work. We won't book again.
• Chelsea (8/5): The place was lovely! Hosts need to work on being contactable! - I didn't like how I couldn't contact the hosts at all. I tried calling multiple times, but the phone is apparently disconnected. I tried emailing as well, with no response. This was a bit frustrating, especially when you need to find out information or change things.

• Sara (5/5): Not quite as charming as titled - Nice location, good space. Great directions for key pick-up. not terribly well cleaned remote control was finally located under the sofa and not many instructions. Coffee/sugar etc not individually packaged so God knows how long it had been there. Screen broken on balcony area, only 1 bath mat.

• Davina (8/5): Great value for the location - The location was amazing, and having free car parking was great. Close proximity to cafes and restaurants and walking distance to the main arena and train. The doorbell was highly entertaining, and overall, the room was suitable for our needs. Good communication with the owners before, during and after the stay Sofa bed and roll away bed need replacing. Extra bedding not provided for the roll away bed. The Microwave could also use an upgrade. We fixed the broken bathroom door as the door was off its hinges and not able to be closed. Parking guide needs to show that the allocated spot is on the right, not left but we managed to find it.
• Mcguirk (5/5): Great place to sleep for an event, but no good to hang out in - Great location, two bathrooms ideal for groups, having car park included a bonus and outdoor area lovely. Commutation very efficient and responsive with property manager. The sofa is awful. Concrete would be more comfortable. And impossibly low to get up from if you over about 10 years old. And it is broken ( and from reviews it has been broken for months.) One reason to get an apartment is to have a breakout space and this excuse for furniture nullifies that. And it is only for two, leaving no other option but dining chairs for others to sit in. Not having any instructions ( especially for wifi) was frustrating, but response to email was prompt. Main bathroom door won’t shut which isn’t good enough ( and has been busted for a while as per reviews.) Linen paper thin.

Parking is handy Good size apartment Air con full kitchen There was work being undertaken outside the apartment which was out of the owners control. It was super loud and went on for close to three hours which was really disruptive.

• Joshua (6/5): Location the highlight of the venue - Location was really good and instructions for access were very clear. The furniture was incredibly uncomfortable. There was supposed to be 2 single beds but one was a fold out trundle that was broken. The couch was rock hard. Beds were a bit lumpy. We stayed for an event, so location was incredibly key but couldn't say we'd stay again.
• Tammy (3/5): Avoid this apartment! - Location and views were great! Avoid this apartment! Firstly, we had to walk with our luggage 700metres up the road to collect the key. We only found this out on arrival. Apparently there is $150 cleaning fee included in the price, however the apartment was definitely NOT cleaned. The carpet was filthy with bits of food, fluff and pieces of rubbish/paper etc. Even found someone's large piece of toenail on the bedroom floor. GROSS! It was obviously not vacuumed and the floor was not mopped. We could smell the Glen20 can left on the window sill on the bedding. So beds were made but can't be sure bedding was washed or only sprayed with Glen20. Bathroom were not clean either just dusty with some hair and musty smell. Even the canisters in kitchen had hardened old sugar etc, not washed properly. Minmum bare supply of everything even little exra bedding/ pillows in robes. No booklets or instructions for wifi or any appliances, rubbish disposal etc. We had to message for any such information. So many maitinence/ broken things. Main bathroom door does not even touch to latch, let alone lock. I had to put my suitcase in front of the door to keep it shut for privacy every time I used the bathroom. One light not working in bathroom. Other main bedrooms' privacy pin lock doesn't work either. Same bedroom has wifi setup in the wall with the cover sitting on the floor because it's broken so cannot clip back on. The sofa bed is hard as rocks and BROKEN. It's held up by the window frame! (See other older review about the already broken sofa) Rubbish bin lid is broken so won't stay closed. Lampshade is broken. Wall picture is sitting on floor instead of wall. There are no outdoor chairs or a bath as seen in Booking.com pics. One enclosed balcony window missing flyscreen. Location and views were great but the windows are so filthy inside it spoils the pics and views!

• Holly (8/5): Cozy and warm apartment just as advertised, loved it - Great location in Sydney Olympic Park with access to the stay's on-site parking and visitor parking. Lots of places to eat at and just a stone's throw from the mangrove parklands. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The back of the sofa bed was broken on arrival. A quick message to the host and they reassured us they'll get it repaired in the future. We had a little trouble connecting to the wi-fi, but quick responses from the host helped us get it set up. We also got a little disorientated in the underground parking, it's unclear if we read the final pages of the instructions wrong, but we eventually found our parking spot. It was a wild little adventure for us all. I think a little instruction booklet about the apartment to help with instructions such as wi-fi and departure would've been a nice touch. Still thoroughly happy with our stay.

• Belinda (9/5): The perfect getaway for us close to our function, supermarket and some very delicious food - The location is great and it was truly warm and cozy
• Natalie (9/5): Superb - the location was perfect for where we needed to be, easy to train into the city and had everything within walking distance (dfo, cafe's, IGA, restaurants, stadiums, etc.)
• Sascha (8/5): Great location, good parking, close to shops and restaurants. - Great location, easy access. Free parking, great kitchen facilities. The lounge could do with an upgrade.

• Tiarne (10/5): Worth staying if going to shows at Accor Stadium - Location great for concerts close to Sydney Olympic Park. Hosts were great with communication & instructions for parking & getting the key. The noise from the train line but that can’t be helped.
