• Mohamed (6/5): - - the location is in the heart of the touristic center - very clean There are few things made our stay uncomfortable: - the shutter in the upper window in the room can’t be fully closed which made strong light to enter in the room early morning, that made me not able to sleep well during the vacation even with the sleep mask. So I don’t recommend this place if you don’t sleep well in the light like me. I also addressed the issue to the host but unfortunately they didn’t reply to my message. -there is a door in the room that separates it from the room next to it. We didn’t feel comfortable about that door, especially that there was a very noisy lady on the other side of the door. - there was a misunderstanding that the host should enter in the room to collect the city tax money on a specific day, but they entered in the previous day without a notice in advance.

Δεν είναι θέμα τιμής απλά ήμασταν 7 άτομα και έπρεπε να βρίσκουμε συνέχεια ψιλά ώστε να μπορούμε να ανεβαίνουμε όλοι στον 5ο όροφο.
• Michelle (9/5): Cute and tidy place in a good location - Owner let us in early, it was clean and had good amenities You need to know that to find it you need to go up to the very top floor. This was not made clear so it took us a while to figure it out. Also need 10 cents for the lift.

Da consigliare Mi è dispiaciuto che la camera non fosse quella che mi era stata descritta.ma è andata bene lo stesso. Alla mia osservazione la signora si è scusata. Cosa che ho apprezzato molto.
• Albena (9/5): Bright and spacious apartment easy to find and to travel to by metro:) - Very, bright and spacious apartment , easy walk from Duomo metro station, one stop from the central train station, easy to locate, on a street with many restaurants, bars, shops, busy place, brimming with life and character, when the apartment is really quiet .

• ksenija (10/5): Great location, lovely hosts - The accommodation is in a perfect location, right in the heart of everything. All main attractions are within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the area. There are plenty of great restaurants and cozy cafés nearby, offering a variety of options for food and drinks. The hosts were wonderful—very kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. They even allowed us to leave our luggage longer, which made our stay much easier and more comfortable.

• Przemysław (10/5): Wspaniale! - Polecam miejsce. Jest w samym centrum historycznym . Jest bardzo cicho, bo pokój jest na podwórko. Winda jest. Pokój czysty i duży . Są ręczniki, pani nam wymieniła. Jest tv,suszarka do włosów. Śmieci można wyrzucić jak za dużo się nazbiera , na dole sa kosze. Świetna baza wypadowa. Dworzec centralny 10 min spacerkiem. Z dworca jadą pociągi do Salerno ,Sorento,Pompeje a nawet Rzym.

• Oleg (8/5): - Чисто. Хозяин сразу отвечает если что-то нужно. Расположение идеальное. Лифт старый и платный, надо всегда иметь 10 евро центов в кармане. Кухня без умывальника - это тяжко, мыть посуду в ванной неудобно. Плита есть, сковородки нет. Простынь по размеру не для этого матраса.

• ADAM (10/5): Wyjeżdżałem z Polski 01.luty temp. -10 tam +16, słońce, ludzie uśmiechnięci, wracam tam +17 u nas -3 - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra do zwiedzania miasta i okolic oraz do spędzania czasu po całodniowych wypadach, można poczuć się jak mieszkaniec tego regonu, zjeść i nawodnić organizm jest gdzie a i jak ktoś potrzebuje to pomodlić też jest gdzie. Miasto żyje własnym trybem i nie mnie jest tam cokolwiek poprawiać.

• Cristina (8/5): - Location of the house is really good, in the city center and very close to the main attractions. Also there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The room had no heating, but the AC which was quite uncomfortable because it could not heat the whole room and it was quite cold. Also there is a locked door that most probably is linked to another part of the building- I think it should be concealled somehow.

• Martina (10/5): - Spacious, well-equipped apartment on the fifth floor in a quiet inner courtyard. The elevator requires a 10-cent coin to operate, or you can take the stairs :) The host was great—sent all arrival details in advance via WhatsApp. Selfcheck-in using codes and a key box, which was very convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked, and also a washing machine was available. The location was excellent, with plenty of cafés and shops along the street.

Está bien equipado y el personal que lo gestiona es atento, En la descripción figuraba que había cocina compartida y no era el caso. De todas formas, nos pusieron un microondas para calentar y una placa eléctrica, aunque teníamos que limpiar los platos en el baño y no era lo más cómodo e higiénico.

• Kevin (10/5): Perfect location and property with great hosts! - Perfect location to tour Naples, all the amenities as described, plenty of space, very quiet and the hosts were excellent (accommodated dropping our bags early before check in and always available if needed). Highly recommend! There are stairs which weren’t an issue for us (or an elevator which we never used).

Jedina primedba je sto se peskiri nisu menjali,trebalo bi bar jednom u ova 4 dana.

• Irina (2/5): - One star for cleanliness, and 2nd for meeting expectations. But that's where the positive experience ends. The elevator broke down periodically (but this is a rarity from the 20s and is wonderful in its own way), our neighbors talked loudly and woke us up in the morning, and on the very first night I was bitten by bedbugs (with a characteristic "path" of bites) - but I understand that all this is not the fault of the owners and they have little influence on these factors. The only reason I give a low rating is because the owners of the apartments consider it quite acceptable to enter them in our absence and without any notice. This is unacceptable for us. After a negative incident in the past, we leave a camera in the room that records to the cloud, and during our week of stay, the owner came to our apartment 3(!) times. Why - is unclear. No explanation. I thought they would change the towels or something like that - but everything remained in its place (the pillows were laid differently and I don't like when someone touches it). I do not like when I am not notified about visits, so I will not recommend this appartment. ^^

• Yasmina (10/5): Avant-dernière étape d’un long périple…Napoli - L’appartement est bien situé dans le centre historique proche de tout, à pied, et des rues piétonnes et animées. La chambre est spacieuse et agréable. La SDB a tout le nécessaire. Un petit coin pour le café, du thé et un petit réfrigérateur pour les bouteilles. Massimo est très réactif. Il a préparé pour ses guests un super document pour un accueil en totale autonomie. Impossible de se tromper. Tout est réuni pour profiter d’un excellent séjour à Napoli Rien

In the middle of the historical center, so everything was within walking distance. Ideal for a family trip! Lisa and Alex had even thought about coffee, water bottles and croissants for breakfast. Adorable people, full of love and good intentions. Our stay was more than perfect! Thank you so much! Nothing to say.
• Barbara (9/5): Great location in Naples - Lots of space! Location is amazing. Staff was wonderful. 10€ to use lift. It was a bit confusing finding property. The owners sister lives in the building and was a wonderful help. She gave up change for the lift and helped us get situated.
• Taryn (10/5): Great apartment, great location, great hosts! - The location of the property was excellent! So many shops and restaurants around the home. It was also close to the metro which was nice for getting around. It was also great that there was a washer in the apartment so we could wash a few things we needed for the kids. I should have read the description more thoroughly as I did not realize it was on the 5th floor. It was a lot of stairs to take each time. There was an elevator but it was .10 to use it each time and I never seemed to have that. lol
• Tina (10/5): Great Apparment - We are a family of 5. it's always difficult to get decent accommodation as 5 is an odd number. We were given 1 large queen bed and 1 single bed in one room and a sofabed which was made up in the very large lounge area. The bathroom was nice and spacious with a washing machine which was very handy. The apartment was bright, comfortable and clean. The local area is nice and busy. But you could not hear any outside noise as we were on the 5th floor. You need 10 cents each time The queen bed in the bedroom was not too comfortable, It was okay. 10 cents to use the lift each time

• Roisin (10/5): Exceptional - Great location in centro storico, beside magnificent duomo, good directions and instructions for entry, a lift. The appartment was very spacious and very clean, large shower (Italian showers are often tiny), washing powder/liquid, coffee pods, water and some food provided. Alessandro was very accessible via whatsapp to answer questions, his sister Lisa was in the same building, very helpful with restaurant suggestion, also friendly neighbour, Sabina helped make it feel safe and homely. Hairdresser in the building which could b v useful, I didnt use as only a short stay. Highly recommend for stay in Napoli.

• Nataliia (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious apartment in Naples historical center. All necessary appliances provided, including washer, dish washer, hair dryer, iron and coffee machine. Excellent location, close to everything. Antique elevator is a separate attraction. Very friendly hosts, they provided detailed check-in instructions with photos and videos. I would love to stay here again.
• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - The position is great. Few minutes from San Gregorio armeno and napoli sotterranea. Spacca Napoli Is only few steps away. The guest house is nice and clean. There an elevator and a big door that is closed at night. The check is in easy and the instructions are explained perfectly. I would suggest the owner to maybe put a curtain in the kitchen window so the light can't come in in the morning. Also maybe a key in the bathroom would be beneficial when a group of people book.

• Bruno (10/5): Exceptional - The breakfast was excellent and the dolce gusto coffee is perfect to start the day. The apartment is located in a quieter street in the city center, near the of historical locations. Everything was great, as expected. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is really clean, tidy and big, it looks just like at the photos. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone.
• Sandra (10/5): Very happy to recommend - Location is excellent. In the centre of a busy area during the day but very quiet at night. Just a few minutes walk to the Metro, shopping area & all amenities. Would very much recommend the apartment as it is large and clean. It is on 5th floor but building has a lift so its fine. To use the lift you will need to put a 10c coin into the coin machine in the lift each time you go up or down so its good to have these coins when you arrive. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of towels provided and they were soft & fluffy. Lots of coffee pods provided for the coffee machine which we appreciated. We had a small issue on first day which the host sorted immediately. Great communication from the host at all times. Thank you Alessandro, Lisa and Monica. We really enjoyed our stay ❤️ Nothing. Everything was great 👍

• Damian (9/5): Very pleasant and comfy apartment, quiet and very clean. - The place looks super clean. It is a very well-located apartment. It is big and the ACs are amazing. Full of nice details from the owner. Coffee, tea, and even some food. It is on a 5 floor and you need to pay for the lift, it is 10 cents but you do not always have a coin with you.
• Anton (10/5): Great apartment in heart of Napoli - I was booking it for my family, they were fully satisfied. Great localisation, really close (15 min walk to train station if you want to go to Pompeii, Salerno or other destinations) and 8 min walk to both metro lines 1 and 2. Apartment was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We could leave our luggage after check out for couple of hours. The only thing that in my opinion could be improved is morning check out (at 10 a.m). But I won't put it in dislike section since it was mentioned in booking details. Also there is a lift for 10 cents per ride, but host offered us coins to ride it.
