• Fernando Augusto (5/5): Só a localização de frente do termini que é boa mas não ficaria mais - O hotel é na frente do ROMA TERMINI, oque facilita o deslocamento para ir ao aeroporto chegadas e partidas e aos pontos turísticos. Fui cobrado de uma taxa de 30 euros por fazer check in a noite e avisei e prontifiquei a fazer o checkin e pegar as chaves onde quisessem e não tinha nenhuma descrição ou aviso sobre isso . O prédio do local é bem sujo e assusta um pouco. Não tem pratos e outros utensílios. O checkin poderia ser facilitado como em várias acomodações mas provável que façam isso pra tirar um extra. Não ficaria mais lá quando voltasse pra Roma.

• Anna (10/5): Polecam odwiedzić Rzym i Relax On 2 Guesthouse :) - Podobała mi się bardzo lokalizacja, chociaż okolica wydawała mi się na samym początku niezbyt bezpieczna. Później okazało się, że niesłusznie. Blisko dworca, metra i przystanków autobusowych. Wszędzie można było dotrzeć bez problemu. Właściciel bardzo miły. Dopytywał czy wszystko u nas ok i czy czegoś nie potrzebujemy. Polecam Nie mam uwag.

• Maria (10/5): Noche en Termini para volar temprano - Perfecto si quieres pasar la noche cerca de la estación de Termini para ir al aeropuerto de Fiumicino temprano. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes de hacer el check-in para poder disfrutar de nuestro último día en Roma. El portal podría estar más cuidado pero es algo que no afecta a la estancia.

• Jagoda (5/5): - Pokój czysty i całkiem duży, ręczniki dostępne w obiekcie. Duży telewizor również na plus. Wspólna mała kuchnia oraz wspólna lodówka na korytarzu. Bezproblemowe wymeldowanie nawet wcześnie rano. Budynek tragiczny, wygląd oraz podejrzane towarzystwo pod drzwiami powodowały spory niepokój przez który obawiałam się wracać po zmroku. Woda w kranie przez pierwsze 2 dni była ciepła a kolejne już lodowata, że nie dało się umyć. Okno w pokoju było ale " pejzaż " za nim nie zachęcał do otwierania go, dodatkowo zapachy zza okna również były nieprzyjemne.

• Magdalena (9/5): - Dobra lokalizacja. Autobusy z lotniska zatrzymują się na przeciwko noclegu. Dojazd do centrum jest bardzo dobry. Obok budynku jest przystanek autobusu 70, którym dojedzie się w okolice Panteonu, placu Navona i zamku św. Anioła. Do stacji metra też jest blisko. Wygląd i wyposażenie pokoju są wystarczające - optymalny stosunek jakości do ceny.

• Gonzalez (8/5): Muy recomendable para estar cerca de Terminj - La habitación tiene lo necesario, está muy bien ubicada para el transporte al aeropuerto. La cogimos para nuestra última noche ya que nuestro vuelo salía temprano y fue muy cómodo estar enfrente a la estación Termini. La habitación es cómoda y el personal que nos la entregó muy amable. La zona y el edificio en sí no da sensación de seguridad al ser antigua pero realmente no tuvimos ningún inconveniente.

J'ai aimé la taille de la chambre, la literie confortable, la présence d'un sèche cheveux. J'avais une chambre triple avec salle de bain privative, mais attention il y a des chambres avec salle de bain sur palier. Au niveau du secteur, c'est très pratique, face à la gare. Le Colisée ect sont praticables à pied et sinon vous avez pleins de bus métro tram à proximité. Le quartier n'est pas le plus beau mais rien d'inquiétant. J'ai séjourné avec deux enfants de 9ans pour 4nuits Je n'ai pas apprécié plusieurs choses : Je suis arrivée tard, fatiguée de mon voyage, et la personne qui m'a accueillie (un ami du gérant) m'a directement demandé de payer les taxes de séjour. Normalement ça se paye au départ mais pas grave je paye ma taxe (7e par nuit donc 28e). La personne me demande de payer la taxe pour mes deux enfants. Je refuse gentiment car il n'y a pas de taxe pour enfants de moins de 10ans en Italie. Il est en communication avec le gérant par téléphone qui 'explique que la loi vient de changer et que je dois payer. Je vérifie devant lui sur les sites officiels et ce qu'il dit est faux. Et quand bien même, ça devrait être mentionné sur le site Booking, sur ses murs et sur internet. Il insiste et me menace d'appeler la police. Je reste calme poli et sur mes positions, je ne payerai pas. Une longue discussion. Pour finalement le voir partir me disant ok pas grave, et pas de facture de mes 28e en espèces. Comme il était gentil et pour rien la dedans, je lui ai meme donné un bon pourpoire. Deuxième chose, le jour du départ, à 10h20, le gérant frappe à ma porte et rentre sans attendre que je lui autorise. Heureusement pour lui j' étais habillée et que j'ai du sang froid. Il voulait savoir à quelle heure je partais . J' ai dis 11h à la fin du chek. Il a dit ok et il est parti. Mais d'où on rentre dans les chambres comme ça ? Troisieme chose, j'ai demandé si je pouvais stocker ma valise pour quelques heures le dernier jour, car j'avais le vol le soir.. ça m'a été refusé. J'ai payé pour la première fois de ma vie une consigne à la gare. Dernière chose, la communication est compliqué vu qu'il ne parle ni très bien l'anglais, ni très bien l'italien. Et attention ce n'est pas un hôtel. Plutôt un appartement avec 3 chambres situé au premier étage d' un immeuble avec parties communes sale.

• Anavrin Alejandra (5/5): Zona insegura, hotel 5/10 - Está super bien ubicado, el propietario es muy amable y atento. La zona termini para mi sorpresa no es muy segura, se ve a todas horas personas (en grupos grandes) traficando, fumando y bebiendo. Yo fui con mi pareja ( hombre) por lo que me podía sentir mejor con el; pero si por ejemplo van dos chicas solas no recomiendo para nada el hospedaje. No por temas de fuerza o debilidad, es que no es seguro. El hotel es difícil de encontrar porque no está señalizado, di vueltas en círculos por 1 hora. El edificio está abandonado, tipo en ruinas, pero la habitación está extrañamente limpia y agradable, ( yo dormí bien, mi esposo se queja por los resortes) otro punto negativo es que si el extractor no está encendido el baño suelta un pésimo olor. Está super bien ubicado eso sí, nos dieron agua y zumo. Nos cambiaron las toallas y limpiaron.

• Ledian (2/5): if you value your safety, this accommodation should not even be considered. how is this on booking.com? - as i was walking to the hotel someone attempted to rob, ripping my chain of my neck. it was a terrifying moment and was told by locals it’s super common in this area. the location is incredibly unsafe at any point of the day, but especially at night. the train station located right in front of the hotel is one of the most dangerous in all of rome. the people all throughout the street are sketchy and every night we had an unsafe encounter. people cussing us out for not buying cigarettes from them to strangers wanting us to open the apartment doors for them. i would highly recommend you to not to stay here. even the check in was a disaster, i was told there would be a €35 late check in fee for arriving after 2 am. as we’re check in the guy, wanted €45 and in cash. after arguing with him for 10 minutes we paid €35 on card. the bathroom also has this awful smell that would fill the room.

• Rebecca (9/5): Last minute booking for a night in Rome. - Host was very accommodating and didn't mind to let us check in early ,even though I had missed a message from the host on booking.com requesting a check in time, when I contacted the host he came straight away to check us in. Small accommodation with 3 rooms and a little communal area for tea / coffee and a fridge. The Host also provided us with a cold bottle of juice and water each upon check in which was appreciated. Thank you The halls of the apartment building look a bit rundown when you enter but these are general areas not belonging to the accommodation.

Czyściutka pościel i ręczniki.Klimatyzacja na plus.Ogólnie pokój naprawdę czysty.Naprawdę duży plus za lokalizację.Przystanki autobusowe na wyciągnięcie ręki. Obiekt może budzić grozę,wejście okupowane przez ludzi(rdzennego Włocha tam nie było) pijących alkohol,śmieci i grafitti. Zapach moczu na klatce schodowej. I pluskwy w lodówce i mikrofali,na szczęście nie w pokoju gdzie spaliśmy.Widok z okna....bez komentarza.Pan za oknem harczący co 5min od rana do wieczora,to nas akurat śmieszyło. Brak talerzy czy sztućców w kuchni.
• Zoe (8/5): Super für eine kurze Städtereise - Sehr nah am Bahnhof, was wirklich gut ist. Auch das Zentrum und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar entweder mit Bus/Metro oder sogar zu Fuß. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und sauber für einen kurzen Städte Trip. Der Besitzer Omar Faruq war sehr freundlich und hat immer versucht uns zu helfen und kam auch als wir Probleme hatten. Der check in war nicht so einfach. Obwohl wir unsere Ankunftszeit angegeben haben war erstmal niemand zu erreichen. Als der Mitarbeiter dann kam ging es relativ schnell. Allerdings hatten wir ein Problem mit der Spülung und konnten über den Chat zwei Stunden lang niemanden mehr erreichen. Der Besitzer war dann aber doch noch telefonisch zu erreichen und kam relativ schnell. Die Umgebung in der die Unterkunft liegt ist abends und im Dunkeln nicht sehr sicher (für Frauen).

• Anna (9/5): Great owner and convenient location - The owner was very nice and helpful. He didn't mind us arriving at a late night hour due to flight delay and stayed up to welcome us and show us around. Whenever we needed anything he was quick to respond on WhatsApp. The place was very nice on the inside, especially for the low price, even though the building itself was old. The location is great in terms of close access to the train station and proximity to some of the main attractions of Rome, namely the Colosseum. While the location was convenient, it was not the best in terms of looks and atmosphere. The view out the window is the wall of the train station and the streets are narrow and not all that well kept. But it wasn't much of an issue as just a street away is a nice park and a few minutes later you're already in the "tourist" part of the city with souvenir stores and cafés everywhere.
• Smile (8/5): - The owner, (Feruk, not sure for the spelling)was very kind and willing to help us and make us feel as comfortable as we could. Clean enough and cozy room. Also it is next to the train and very close to Metro. Thank you for everything! The neighborhood is a bit neglected.

• Olivia (4/5): Noisy & didn’t feel safe - The owner was friendly and it was a nice touch to supply croissants, fruit, tea, coffee & the fridge and microwave were handy. Our main issue with it was we didn’t feel very safe. It’s located in a pretty rough area and there were people loitering outside which made us feel uncomfortable. The property is also quite far from all the main attractions, but there is a bus that you can catch. It was ok as a couple but I wouldn’t want to stay here on my own, especially as a young women. Another big issue was the noise - it sounded like the flat upstairs were cooking all night, water running, pots smashing, chair legs dragging across the floor. Because of this, we were woken up in the night quite a few times. Lastly, the bathroom smelt like sewage which was pretty off-putting.
• Tuğçe (9/5): I will stay there for my next visit, too! - Our landlord was super nice, helpfull and generous. He waited for us, shared his WhatsApp and we were able to reach him anytime. He supplied croissants and bananas everyday and first day he gave us water and fruit juice. The room was a bit cold when we got in so we kept the air conditioning open all the time and solved the problem with that.

• Олена (7/5): In terms of price-quality ratio and location, we can safely recommend this hotel. - Friendly staff, in general it was clean, each person was given a croissant with a banana for breakfast every day, juice and water were also given at check-in and check-out. The staff kept the restroom and room clean, which we appreciate. Photos ordered on the website fully correspond to the numbers. There is 24/7 phone support. A big drawback for us was the occasional lack of hot water.
