• Kirby (4/5): - The location was good. Easy walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops, and very close to a train station. There was a noise similar to a slow cycle washing machine that made whooshing sounds through the walls at 1:30AM and 7:30AM that kept us awake. Both times, this noise went on for a while and really interrupted our sleep - especially at 1:30 in the morning. I also requested a slightly later check-out time, from 10am to 11am. I asked before checking in, after we checked in and sent multiple messages asking. I only received a reply after the checkout time that it would have been okay, by which time we'd had to make other plans for luggage storage and had left the property.
• Christine (9/5): Rom hat viel zu bieten, 3 Tage reichen nicht, um dieser tollen Stadt gerecht zu werden. - Modern und funktional eingerichtet, sehr sauber mit täglichem Reinigungsdienst falls gewünscht, kleine Gemeinschaftsküche, gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn, Vatikan in 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Check-in rein digital, kein Personal vor Ort bei Ankunft. Kann daher für ältere Menschen schwierig sein.
• Maria Lourdes (9/5): Very nice. - The location was okay, we walked most of the time. We really chose this because it was near our conference venue. Everything was good but we really would have appreciated if we stayed in the room originally designated for us, which was spacious. The room we got alternatively was small and being 2 occupants, it was a little tight. The host was very accommodating with my request for an iron and ironing board, which they didn't have and bought to service my request.
• Vicente (9/5): Clean, convenient and reasonably priced accommodation near St. Peter’s Basilica - Reasonable price, comfortable bed, looks and feels new. Bathroom is clean. It’s on a hill, so walking back up can be a challenge for some. Needs more hooks and countertop, particularly in bathroom. Wish there was a bit more room for late check out.

• Meetze (10/5): Stayed a couple of days in Rome prior to a nine day cruise - It was nestled in a little neighborhood, convenient to cafés restaurants Vatican City quiet gave you the deal of living in a neighborhood in Rome. Train station was nearby and bus stops as well. We loved it would stay there again. Nothing negative to say

Éloigné du centre ville et sans potentiel transport pour vous y emmener, compter 40min à pied pour la fontaine de Trevi ou 45min de transport pour le Colisée, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangé mais bon à savoir ! Espace partagé avec d’autres personnes dans l’entrée avec une cuisine, un peu de bruit le soir dans les chambres voisines, très mal insonorisé !

• Nancy Carolina (3/5): Really bad experience. Do not recommend. There are better options. - It was clean. This place is an apartment with 4 rooms. You are basically sharing an apartment with other couple strangers. No privacy as you can hear everything that happens in the other rooms.We thought it was very weird to share an apartment with other people we didn’t know, and this wasn’t really specified in the description. To enter the building you need a code, everything is online you have to make sure you have internet access otherwise you are waiting out the door trying to figure it out how to get in. The elevator they had only fits one person, the shower doesn’t have a curtain so every time you shower you are flooding the whole bathroom. Door to the bathroom is a glass door so no privacy while using it. The floor was damaged when we came in, my boyfriend and I kept tripping with the loose wood floor panel. We tried to work with the property manager but the owner of the property refused to reimburse us, as this room wasn’t in good condition to stay in. We couldn’t stay at this place with the given conditions and we left. The apartment is located on a hill, make sure you get there with an Uber otherwise you will be carrying your luggage up the hill. I do not recommend this place at all for staying in Rome.

Located 10 minutes from the Vatican and with st Pietro strain station right down a hill. A carrefour express very close so getting things was really easy. Didn’t realised it was a shared apartment until we arrived. Never left the room too go into the shared spaces. Also is anyone talked near the door you could hear them all the way out in the staircase. Also provided a twin bed when we paid for double bed.

• Robbe (9/5): Great new apartment close to the city! - Very clean, newly renovated apartment with shared kitchen and big fridge! We had a nice balcony which was perfect for breakfast. They cleaned our room everyday. The checkin was online en very easy. Good location (5min walk and 10min’s bus and you were directly in the city centre) No bad things! If i really have to find a bad point then i’d say that our bathroom was not that big but it was good enough for 4 days!

It’s in a quiet, peaceful area just a short stroll from St. Peter’s Station, which made getting around super easy. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully clean, and the rooms were modern and tastefully decorated. It felt like a little home away from home, only with better coffee (and carbonara) just around every corner. But what truly made our stay special was the host. He was unbelievably kind and helpful — the kind of person who makes you feel welcome from the very first message. Highly recommended.

The host looked after us with messages in case we needed their assistance. The smart lock is a fantastic solution (!) however it was very difficult to close the door quietly. We did our best though not to disturb the neighbours.

• Alina (10/5): 7-10 minutes of lazy walk to Vatican - Located next to San Pietro station (Civittavecchia, Santa Marinella, Fiumicino with one stop at Trastevere). Cleaning is every day which was is really useful. Spacious, with lots of light, quiet. Perfect for having a great time in Rome! 3 minutes away from Buona Forchetta that is open all the time. Gabriele, the host, sent me all the information of how to get inside. The communication was fantastic!
• Bendcowsky (10/5): A beautiful room, full of light in an excellent location in Rome - Several spacious rooms, tastefully decorated, with plenty of light, very comfortable beds, an excellent shower (both water temperature and pressure), a lovely balcony, and a coffee corner in the room. The shared kitchenette has a stove, microwave, fridge, and utensils, making it very convenient to cook a light meal. The location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk from the train station, numerous bus lines, and a supermarket. The street is quiet and pleasant. The kitchen is missing basic tools needed for cooking, such as a cutting knife and a cutting board. Additionally, there is no place to eat except for the table on the balcony, which is too cold to sit at in winter. There are also no chairs in the room, except for one small armchair and a low table, and the shared kitchen does not have a table. Furthermore, the entrance to the building and apartment may be complicated for those who are technologically challenged, and in any case, it requires having a smartphone and access to the internet. Still, I highly recommend the place!

• Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional - Even though it’s small, it’s more than enough for 2 people exploring Rome. The staff is very nice, friendly and very responsive. We had a small issue entering the building. Quick WhatsApp message and we were in in no time . The location is a bit off the centar of the city, but there is a train and bus stations in few minutes walk, with very regular lines. If you take into consideration the calm neighborhood, it was totally worth it. The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors, so if you are “sensitive” this might be an issue, but it wasn’t that bad for us.

This allowed us to save some money by preparing food. Good wifi - even better in the common area if you need to do a video call/meeting. Easy walk to the train station and plenty of grocery options. We requested extra towels and they were provided promptly! The self check-in was easy and efficient. Would recommend more kitchen items to prepare meals (pots, pans, knives, etc.) This doesn't change our 10/10 rating!

• Tatsiana (10/5): If you’re going to Rome, then only here, to Mr. Gabriel. - If you’re going to Rome, make sure to stay here. It’s a very cozy and clean place with air conditioning that also works as a heater. This was important for us since we visited in December. The accommodation has everything you need: dishes, a stove, a microwave, tea, and coffee. Daily cleaning is provided. Cleanliness, order, coziness, and a very pleasant fragrance. The location is simply perfect! The Vatican is within walking distance, and all other attractions are just a few stops away. There’s a bus stop nearby, with buses running every 7 minutes. Plus, there’s a train station nearby. We arrived from the airport practically to the doorstep—no more than 500 meters away. And all this on a very quiet street. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, I highly recommend it. And Mr. Gabriel is THE BEST! I didn’t expect such a warm welcome. He took all our wishes into account and was always available. • Christian (10/5): Brand new Guest House in a cozy location with all amenities, walking distance from St.Peter Basilica - Brand new facility with all the comforts. Perfect location, walking distance from St. Peter basilica, next to the train station and bus stop well connected to the city center. Cozy location in a residential street uphill with all business activities (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.)
