• Maria (10/5): Es war alles wunderbar! - Es war sehr sauber, sehr herzig eingerichtet - alles was man braucht. :) Die Lage war ein wenig interessant, also für uns hat es gepasst, aber es ist halt weit weg von der Innenstadt.

• Dimana (2/5): - Very bad place ,do not recommend. Takes forever to check -in and find the place .Raining outside and your search for the keys in completely other corner of the building. About hygiene no comment.Very dirty , dirty sheets with hair left on them as well as bathroom floor extremely dirty. Location is good but i do not recommend at all.

• Seni (6/5): - Es ist ein schöne ausgestattete Wohnung Leider hat vor uns dort niemand Sauber gemacht. Auch wenn die Kunden selber Sauber hinterlassen müssen, gehört es dazu noch einmal gründlich sauber zu machen bevor die nächsten Kunden kommen. Bettwäsche und Tücher haben komisch gerochen und leider nicht nach frisch gewaschen. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert obwohl wir eine Paswort bekommen haben und dort sogar einen Fotorahmen mit Paswort steht. Wasserkocher und Kaffemaschine werden leider nie gereinigt... die Gardinen waren mit irgendwas braunes geschmiert und nicht gewaschen, Staub und Krümmel an das Bett Kopfteil. Leider wegen der fehlende Sauberkeit kann ich nicht empfehlen. Vielleicht wenn sich die Putzfrau mehr Mühe gibt wird sich die Wohnung auf jeden Fall lohnen, ganz Schade für so ein neues un schönes Gebäude... Und ein grosses Nachteil, das die Schlafsofa genau unter der Klimaanlage steht und die ganze Nacht auf einem bläst im Sommee bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur...

• Michał (6/5): Ok but overpriced - AC working pretty good, enough towels, space It was not very clean, also light in the bathroom was glitching so we had to use light from phones, very used kitchen utensils - would be healthy to change it from time to time, also bed clothing, sheets could be changed from time to time - u can see that it is not fresh. Very difficult to find the apartment - instruction is not up to date, door that should be all white is covered in some informations sheets. We wanted to check in earlier one hour so I asked if it’s possible, owner said that we need to pay 15euro - which is ridiculous if the apartment is ready and empty. Also check out information is not consistent, on booking is 10am but in the apartment is 11am.

• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - I like my staying in this apartment very much. The apartment is really cozy and comfortable, quiet and stylish. Location is very good as for me. Transport and shops are nearby. I want to stay there again during next travel to Vienna
• Andrei (7/5): Good value for money. - Very well connected to the transport and close to city center. Bed was comfortable and neighborhood was quite. Very spacious. There was the light from the interior garden of the building that was never closing diring the night and always going through the blinds. Also in the pictures you see “rituals” brand but it is actually just the container and they fill it with cheap shampoo. Furthermore you see a pick-up player and a photo machine but those are actually not in the apartment
• Ivan (9/5): No perfect choice but worth visiting - Quite good location, connected by bus & metro with a city center. Supermarket & a lot of stores & coffee shops are near the building (5-10 min. by walk). Nice new quite building. Apartment is small, with one room only, but well equipped. There are several garages near the building, price is 6,90 eur/day, so acceptable at all, and should be paid by host (as per description). There is washing machine out of apartment in common area. Wi-fi is good. When we entered, apartment was cleaned but it could be done better. It is on second floor but on stylobate (as on ground floor), no balcony (we knew about this), so it is exposed (housekeeper, for some reason, was knocking on window at 1.30 am). Lighting on stylobate porch is too powerful at night, but there are nice curtains within the apartment for partial blackout. We had problem with refunding of money for parking after coming back home (some silly excuses from owner, at the end it was paid after dozen of messages). It was no perfect choice but we didn't make mistake choosing this apartment.
• Shaogi (8/5): Like it! - Location - Near the Train Station (U4) and grocery stores. A quiet and safe neighborhood. Facilities - As listed in the information, and they were more than enough. The air conditioning was perfect since I stayed during the hot weather in Vienna. The TV is not connected to the WiFi. Don't know why.
• Ari (6/5): Pleasant - We liked the room and the amount of space we had inside. Felt very homey. The shower was very big and had great pressure. We did not like how the windows were facing the courtyard and it felt as if people could look into our room at any given moment. Lack of privacy. As well the train system was right under and we constantly heard it and did not sleep so well. The floors were also sticky so that was gross. And check in time was very very annoying considering there was no budge for early check in and the cleaners were not even there when we went to check in.

• Sofiya (8/5): Lovely apartment in a convenient location - The apartment is great and we had all we need for a pleasant stay there. The location is very convenient and close to subway and tram stations. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. The apartment is located in a inner yard which has always the lights on. Unfortunately the curtains in the apartment are not large and dark enough. If you like to sleep in a very dark room, this won't be possible. Other than that, we stayed there for 5 nights and no one came to clean the flat or change the towels or even provide more toilet paper.

• Ahmed (3/5): غير عن المتوقع - لا شي The accommodation was clean, but there were many insects and cobwebs. There were numerous warnings stating that if you forgot your key, you would be fined, and if you broke something, you would be fined. These things affect one's mental state. Additionally, the sound of the train was disturbing, and the parking was far from the residence. However, overall, it is considered good for the price.

• Monika (4/5): Not the best option for families with little children - Quite good location First of all, difficult checking in... Finding the parking and then finding the key felt like some escape room... When you travel with little children you don't need additional adventures. Secondly, from the very entrance you are threatened with some penalty if you lose the key. Generally not very welcoming... The kitchen wasn't well equipped, it was difficult to even wash the dishes, because there was no sponge and generally no cleaning equipment, even the soap was diluted... And to be honest, it was not perfectly clean, there was a lot of dust under the bed. Also mind that the couch is very narrow, even 2 little kids were barely fitting and falling during the sleep. Maybe it is also the problem of the city, but it was the most expensive accommodation during our family trip and the most disappointing (I recommend visiting Budapest, lower prices and better standards).
• Katarzyna (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartament with air condition. Lots of space to store items (sparate small space). Lovely big bathroom, many towels provided. Big comfy bed bed, dishwasher, coffe machine. Good price-value relation, recomended! Could use a more utensils (e.g. there was no sponge to wash the dishes nor paper towels). A bit undersupplied for a booking for 4 persons - small plates and spoons in smaller number than 4. Same with coffee supply: the coffee machine was there but only 3 capsules provided for the whole stay - 3 nights, 4 people.

• Dalibor (9/5): Nice and pleasant stay. Recommended. - Nice studio with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Good location with easy access to public transportation. Keys pick up instruction is unusual and you really have to read instruction ahead when you’re on internet. It’s clear but unusual. Building is over train tunnel and sometimes is shaking. But it’s not annoying at all. It didn’t wake me up.

• Biljana (8/5): Great comfortable and clean apartment and great location - The room was big, very simple but comfortable with nice and new furniture. I really liked the extra storage room for the shoes and the coats next to the entrance and the appliances like the coffee machine and the complimentary coffee capsules and tea. The location is very convenient too, as it is very well connected with the center of the city and many attractions: the metro station U4 is just 3-4 minutes walk and the tram stations are 7 minutes walk from the building. Also, the hosts were super accommodating and responsive: our coffee machine did not work, and we got a new one within the same day. The apartment is on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard garden which connects the different parts of the same building and people need to cross it in order to get to the entrance. So, especially in the morning you may feel like you are in a shop window, so you have to close the curtains. At night, the lights of the courtyard are not switched off, so even dark curtains are provided, the light still gets into the room. Please also change the wi-fi password as it is almost impossible to find the characters needed on a phone or a tablet keyboard. However, for short stays, and if this does not bother you, the place is great.

Free Parking space in front of hotel is only on weekend. Parking space provided free or reimbursed in 8-10 minutes walking distance and not suitable for family with kids.

• Siarhei (8/5): Very good - The apartments were large enough, good equipped and clean. Location was gorgeous, 5 mins to Friedensbrücke subway. The host provided exhaustive information how to get in to the apartments, how to choose a parking garage, and refunded the full price for it in the day we checked out. It was hard to close the curtains not to let the backlight from the site get in the room. The temperature in hallway was like in sauna) , we had to keep the door close and use air conditioner (I believe it was construction drawback, but from the other hand it could be a benefit in the winter ).

We were informed about this previously, but this does't help you too much when you stay in front of the entrance door with your luggages waiting for somebody to enter or to leave the building

Nobody seen during 4 days except a person who told us quite unfriendly not to put our cycles in front of our door. It was not his business, he said, where we could leave them. He would call the police (!) if we wouldn't remove them. A list with useful info like a doctor, a pharmacy, a supermarket, restaurants in the direct surroundings would be fine and absolutely needed.

Although finding the apartment is a bit confusing, the staff gave a very detailed description of how to find it. The location is very close to the metro for accessibility. We would recommend this location -TV didn’t work -Parking is off site -Confusing to find apartment
• Yun (9/5): Excellent experience - Excellent position with convenient metro transportation - U4 No single condiment for cooking, e.g. salt, sugar, oil, etc. Need to buy all condiments if you want to have simple cooking even you just stay one night.
