Ulrich (8/5): Geräumige Wohnung in direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt - Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut in direkter Nähe zur Innensradt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. DasTeam ist sehr freundlich und hat eine defekte Dusche schnell ausgewechselt. Die defekte Dusche hätte dem Reinigungspersonal vor Bezug der Wohnung auffallen müssen.

Eric (8/5): - Lage sehr zentral. Schön eingerichtete, geräumige Wohnung. Check-In und alles sehr gut organisiert. Schneidebretter und eine Teekanne wären noch gut gewesen. Etwas mehr Toilettenpapier wäre gut (2 Rollen waren vorhanden für 4 Personen/2 Nächte). Das Backblech könnte man mal austauschen. Super wäre auch noch eine Auflaufform. Ein Lappen zum z.B. Tisch abwischen wäre gut. Mülltrennung wurde zwar im Infomaterial angeregt, aber es gab nur einen Mülleimer. Die Betten haben recht stark geknarzt und die Kissen waren eher fest (Seitenschläferkissen), was vermutlich nicht für jeden passend ist. Der Aufzug reicht nur bis zum Treppenabsatz unter der Wohnung - man muss dann noch ca. 8 Stufen laufen. Bin mir nicht sicher, ob was irgendwo erwähnt war - es war aber für uns kein Problem.
André (1/5): Ganz miserabel....Schlecht und nicht weiterzuempfehlen. So halt mein ganz persönlicher Eindruck.. - Nichts.... Alles, die Heizung im Wohn- Schlafzimmer war defekt, Nachts hatten wir um die Null Grad Celsius in Erfurt und die Bettdecke war so dünn wie man Sie nur im Sommer nutzen würde. Die Dusche war defekt, Die Teppiche waren mit Flecken überhäuft, die Wohnung und die Böden sehr schmutzig, Wände beschmiert, die Bilder im Netzt passen nicht zur Einrichtung oder dem Zustand. Zu guter Letzt hatte die Wohnung einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch (um nicht das Wort Sti..... zu gebrauchen...) der selbst durch drei Tage lüften nicht weg ging und Alle meine Kleider riechen nun genau so und nachdem ich nach Hause kam musste ich Alle Kleider waschen meinen Koffer in die Garage stellen zum auslüften und mich selber erst einmal duschen , so dass ich mich wieder wohl fühlte. Trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung bekam ich meine Rechnung erst Tage später, mein Geld wurde sofort nach Buchung abgezogen... Ich habe mich bei der Unterkunft schriftlich über den Zustand beschwert und bis dato keine Antwort erhalten...

Attila (1/5): Terrible - Nothing The kitchen was dirty upon our arrival, and it was only cleaned the next day after significant insistence on our part. My wife had to strongly push to have even the refrigerator cleaned, as the cleaner initially refused. The photos speak for themselves. In one of the rooms, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Additionally, the smoke detector kept making loud beeping noises continuously without any apparent reason. The bed linen looked as though it had already been used. We went on holiday to relax, but instead, this situation caused stress and arguments throughout the entire week. We were extremely disappointed with our experience.

Wohnung kann man gut nutzen wenn man mit Mehreren unterwegs ist Die Wohnung war bei der Ankunft sehr kalt, es hat fast einen ganzen Tag gedauert bis es angenehmer wurde, in der ersten Nacht haben wir gefrorenen, trotz einer zweiten Bettdecke. Ich bin bestimmt nicht Empfindlich, schlafe in der Nacht auch bei Offenem Fenster und ohne Heizung, aber hier war die gesamte Wohnung einfach zu begin sehr Kalt.

fra63 (5/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Die Lage war gut Die Ausstattung war nicht wie angegeben, Der Wasserkocher war defekt. Das Geschirr klebte im Schrank und Töpfe waren nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Es gab Löcher im Fußboden. Insgesamt nicht sehr gepflegt. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Es gab nur einen Fernseher im Wohnraum.

Doreen (5/5): Erfurt ist sehr schön, Lage der Unterkunft super, aber verbesserungswürdig! - Die Lage ist perfekt! Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Alles sauber. Nette Weihnachtsdeko in jedem Zimmer! Es wird mit Smart TV geworben, gibt auch zwei, aber kein Fernseher geht bzw. ist angeschlossen. Wohnung für 8 Personen, nur 5 Stühle am Esstisch. Holzstühle auf dem Balkon kaputt. Riesige Baustelle nach hinten hinaus, sehr dunkel dadurch.

Michael (6/5): Für das was geboten wurde ist der Preis leider zu hoch. - Die Lage am Anger ist sehr zentrumsnah. Man findet alles was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Kochgeschirr hat sein besten Zeiten gesehen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es keinerlei Möglichkeit zu verdunkeln (weder Rollo noch Vorhänge). Es fehlt an essentiellen Dingen wie Spülmittel.
Sandro (10/5): Clean and comfortable house with perfect location - Location of the house is absolutely perfect, I dont think there is a better place to stay in Erfurt. There is the biggest shopping mall and the biggest parking slot exactly across the street. Even train station is in a walking distance. As for the house, so clean and so comfortable to stay with kids and big family. I don't think there was anything that bothered us to say - if only that was better... completely meeting and even exceeding expectations in some areas.

Paula (9/5): Central, spacious, bright & comfortable - Very spacious, bright with comfortable beds, nice decor, fully equipped kitchen and great shower. We managed to leave our bags off whilst it was being cleaned. It’s worth knowing that the building has a lift but there are 7 steps to access the apartment. You are given ear plugs as you’re beside a building site but it didn’t really bother us. Communication with owner is slow.
Marie-christin (7/5): Central Apartment with some downstrokes - Very spacious apartment, thoughtful interior design (plastic plants, pictures on the walls, etc.) helped to feel at home The mattress was very hard / one could feel the springs. The kitchen could do with a microwave but otherwise was fully fitted. The worst was the shower - the drain was blocked causing overflow in the whole bathroom!!
