I was a little concerned by the lack of guidance finding the property, but actually found it very easy to locate. Near crossroads - once you’re there you can’t miss it.

• Axel (10/5): The built quality is so luxurious - This apartment is amazing. I’ve travelled quite a bit, I’ve never seen such a luxurious flat. Definitely not in this price range. Everything you see, touch and feel is high quality. I’m jealous of the wooden floor. The kitchen cabinet. The lightning. The doors are the heaviest interior doors I’ve ever seen by far. This blew our expectations. Nothing to complaint about

È situato al terzo piano dell'edificio senza ascensore. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono diverse fermate di bus di varie linee e negozi per qualsiasi necessità. Self check-in e check-out facile e veloce. È molto semplice contattare l' host che ha risposto ai messaggi in breve tempo. Il terzo letto è situato nel soggiorno dove non ci sono tende, quindi al mattino presto arriva già molta luce.

• Liza-ann (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Superb flat with all amenities. Modern and clean. Everything we needed for our stay. Host very informative and responsive to any questions. .
• Thomas (8/5): Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. There was good and prompt communication with the owner. We would definitely rec - The property was spacious and clean, close to shops and it was very close to a good bus service into central London. The property itself was very good. Just a few points that I would like to mention. The apartment is on the top floor and has to be accessed by three flights of stairs. Could be an issue for the less mobile. There was very hot weather during our stay and it would have been good to have had access to a fan. We did open the windows but it didn’t help much. Also let in the street noise. Last thing, a mirror in the bedroom would be most beneficial.

• Sue (7/5): Good but could be better - Modern, light and bright apartment which is spacious for 2 people. Lots of plug and USB sockets. Good location - only 20 minute walk to Clapham Junction and opposite a bus stop. Sainsbury Local very close by so easy for getting milk etc… No information provided for Wi-Fi, which wasn’t working when we arrived, so this meant the TV didn’t work either. Lack of Wi-Fi wasn’t a problem because we had phones but it was annoying not having the TV as we weren’t going out on the first night. It would be good to have Wi-Fi details (and host’s contact details for problems) provided in the apartment or with the Check-in instructions. Once the Wi-Fi was working (following day), it was fine. A few other minor niggly things…. • Lack of crockery/cutlery • Quilt cover isn’t big enough for the quilt so it bunches up inside. • No mirror, except in bathroom. Most of these issues could easily be resolved by the host, which would make for a much better experience.
• Kim (4/5): Disappointing - Modern but facilities did not work very well Fridge was full of old food. No milk for coffee. The advert says to bedroom and there was a sleeper couch in the lounge which had no blinds.
• Evgeniya_kokshina (8/5): Very good - Great freshly renovated flat on a cute local street full of shops and restaurants. There could have been more plates and glasses - we were 3 people and there were exactly 3 plates, 3 forks and 3 glasses, so we had to wash them every time. We also would have loved to have blackout curtains. The third sleeping place is in the living room with no curtains at all and an attic window, so you are woken up by the light very early.

• Susanna (10/5): 5 Stars 🌟 - Such a beautiful apartment, cosy, clean and stylish loved my stay and at such a good price i would definitely recommend. The Host was Great very welcoming, professional and efficient when needed. Local to all amenities which is a win. 5 stars and a chef kiss from me.
