• Coat (10/5): Séjour exceptionnel - Emplacement idéal Proche du Vatican Nous avons tout visité à pieds: Vatican, Piazza Novana, Panthéon, Fontaine de Trévi, Colisé, Trastevere... Tout à proximité, boulangerie, restaurants, bars, commerces ... Quartier calme et agréable Chambre efficace, lit confortable et baignoire agréable après nos longues marches. Silvia est une personne professionnelle, réactive et très accueillante. Elle nous met en confiance et répond rapidement à nos demandes. • Caroline (9/5): Je conseille bel emplacement pour visiter Rome tout en étant au calme - Proximité des bus, calme, propre 2 lits et belle superficie Attendre 30 mn l arrivée des clés alors que j avais tenu la personne informée de notre heure d arrivée
• AngelaStef (8/5): Εξαιρετικη περιοχη το Prati εξαισια τοποθεσια το δωματιο. - Καλο στρωμα σχετικα ησυχο δωματιο... και σχετικα ευρύχωρο για δυο ατομα - pet friendly δωματια ειχα μαζι και το σκυλακι μου Δεν ειχε καποιο shower gel η shampoo για καποιον που ερχεται απο αλλη χωρα για μολις 2-3 μερες αυτο ειναι καπως αναγκαιο στο χωρο. Ειναι basic στοιχειο υποδοχης, Και το νερο στη ντουζιερα δεν ρυθμιζοταν τελεια επιανε αρκετα ακραιες θερμοκρασιες κρυου η ζεστου.

• Antonio (8/5): Esperienza positiva, tornerei. - La posizione é ottima, vicino al Vaticano e alla metro, ho parcheggiato in strada a pagamento a prezzo accettabile, il bar sotto casa è eccellente per fare colazione. L’ingresso alla camera, comunque spaziosa é in comune con altre camere in affitto ad altri, come pure la cucina e l’aria condizionata: se una famiglia non la vuole accesa e l’atra sì, una delle due ha un problema.
• Nuno (8/5): - The apartment is very nice and although it is a shared apartment you can actually have your own privacy and therefore feel safe while staying there. There is a very nice coffee shop when you exit the apartment which was an excellent solution for breakfast. Also nearby there are many nice restaurant options. The Host was fantastic and she always was available to support and assist whenever contacted. The shower bath spills a lot of water whenever a person is using it. Therefore, the bathroom needs some improvement. The TV room is standing on a tv rack in front of the bathroom therefore you cannot look at it from a direct angle. La coppia che soggiornava accanto a noi forse credeva di essere da sola perché non solo ha lasciato la camera aperta ma ha disturbato con musica a tutto volume!

• Mrs (10/5): Great location for sightseeing - The bed was comfortable and it was good to have a bath and access to the kitchen was good. The location was brilliant, very close to the Vatican and an hour walk to the Colloseum. The metro was a few minutes away too so easy to get anywhere. There were great restaurants nearby. Having the bath meant the shower wasn't so great. It just needs a new shower head.
• Doga (9/5): Superb - Very clean, kitchen eas always tidy. Location is literally five minutes walk to Vatican. We walked everywhere. Special thanks to Silvia. She helped us a lot. She shipped our belonging that we forget in warderobe. Nothing at all.
• Laura (9/5): 3 nights in Rome - very comfy bed, big room, excellent shared kitchen facilities, plenty of toilet roll/shower gel, accomodating check in staff, good aircon. Sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable but fine for 3 nights.

On requesting to get it repaired or change room we were told the temperature in Rome is decent and should manage with keeping the windows open. The noise from outside kept us awake all nights Also the main entrance door to the building did open with the keys on the first night and we were outside for half an hour

• Antoinette (10/5): perfect location and superclean apartment - such a clean apartment! we walked everything in rome, only once we took the metro which is nearby and takes you directly to roma termini. a lots of restaurant nearby, vatican reachable by foot within 5 minutes the key at the front entrance did not work very well. sometimes it took us minutes to open the first door (you will get a lot of different keys to enter the apartment)
• Thi (9/5): Clean, safe and comfortable - Very close to the Metro (3-4 min walk) and in a walking distance to Vatican. Our room was clean, spacious enough for 2 with a fully equipped bathroom. The house in general was very comfortable, there was a kitchen with everything you need to cook or eat. The host was super friendly and kind too, she allowed us to check in early without any fee. The lady who welcomed us (which was not the host) was so nice and kind, even though she couldn’t speak English, she managed to introduce the house to us well. On top of that, the coffee shop next to the building was a perk, we had breakfast there twice since the coffee there was so delicious. I like the house very much but not its neighborhood. Some streets around the apartment were quite dirty, which made me nauseous sometimes. However I have to say that the apartment was clean, the building was good too.

• Simiao (10/5): We highly recommend this apartment! - The apartment is very large and comfortable. The windows are directed to the south and you can enjoy the sunshine all day. There are bedroom, living room and bathroom in the private space, just as you can see in the pictures, and outside the private space you share kitchen with other guests, where you can use coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven and refrigerator. Communication with Silvia went smoothly and we got many helpful recommendations from her. Just next to the gate of the yard there is a cafe called Artigiano del Caffe, where delicious coffee, croissants, sandwiches and maritozzi are provided. We had breakfast there every morning. Vatican museum is only 6 minute away on foot. 4 minute to the Metro station Ottaviano. Even nearer to the nearest bus stops. The small fridge in the bedroom is a little bit noisy at night. We have to turn it off during staying. Nevertheless, it is clean enough and therefore it is no problem to turn it off: all you need to do after turning it off is to wipe the drops in it with some paper and to open its door, so that it would keep dry and clean.
• Silvia (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect! The location is a few meters from the Vatican museums, easily reachable by metro A and buses. The apartment has 3 rooms each with private bathroom and a common kitchen area, also equipped with a coffee machine and capsules kindly offered by the property. We felt at home thanks to the warm welcome of the staff. Note of merit to the cleaning ladies, who kindly gave priority to our room so that we could enter slightly earlier than the access time which is after 2.00 pm, they were really kind to us by meeting our requests, it was not at all obvious . we will definitely return!

• Danil (9/5): Superb - The apartment placed at pretty convenient area, metro is close and from there you can reach any place in Rome. Kitchen is equipped with all you need, also have a coffee machine which can make every morning better. Everything was clean, had no complaints. Highly recommend!

• Kerem (9/5): Great! - The location is fantastic. The property is clean and definitely good enough. The staff is also very helpful, especially with their recommendations. The construction next door was incredibly loud. There is nothing the property could have done about that. The shower was very hard to set up. But I am just nitpicking, the accommodation was almost perfect.
