• Maryna (9/5): - Хороший вариант жилья в Вене. Из этого района можно пешком дойти до многих достопримечательностей, рядом остановка общественного транспорта. Внутри есть все необходимое, стиральная машинка на этаже. Цена приемлемая для такого города как Вена. Небольшая путаница при заселении, не поняли как попасть в здание.

• Diana (8/5): Gostámos muito do apartamento - Muito confortável e espaçoso. Tem transportes perto e é fácil ir ao centro de Viena. A cama é grande, confortável, e o apartamento tem as comodidades necessárias para uma deslocação a Viena. O local é silencioso, o que, para nós, é importante. A luz dos candeeiros do pátio exterior, principalmente durante a noite, é incomodativa para quem tem dificuldades em dormir com claridade. A casa tem blackouts, mas mesmo assim deixam passar muita luz.

• Vedrana (9/5): Nice stay in Vienna - It is very nice, clean, good location, as special bonus we get the parking fee returned. The beds are extra comfortable. good for sleep over when you are the whole day signtseeing. The keys were easy to find with the instructuons. The noise from the underground train is bodering and you have no privacy when you would like to have some day light in the appartment, everybody walks by and allmost steps in trough the window-doors. The air is causing headache when the windows are closed trugh the day and you come at the eventing for sleep, The batroom has no window or vantilation so there is also bad air soon. After all it is everthing manageble, but absolutely necessary to get fresh air.

• Srđan (10/5): Spacious and clean apartmant - Completely fair apartmant exactly like on pictures. Everything is well explained for access, and contact with prompt answer for additional questions. Parking in front of building only available for weekend, refund is possible from their side but garages are far away and only available from 0-24h stay. That is additional effort.

The instructions for self check in are completely clear. The apartment corresponds to the attached photos and contains all the necessary facilities. A pleasant, spacious and very warm space. We hope to come back sometime.

• Kristijan (6/5): the check in was very long (was hoping for some neighbor to unlock the door, because the owner said that the keypad wasn - i liked the new stuff and the bed was very comfortable, the sofa wasn’t so good of the comfort aspect under the building is a train station. it was very loud and the building was vibrating.

• Petar (9/5): Superb - the apartment was ok , clean and modern the underground is filling so uncomfortable, has parking place in front of the building, we must park our car our side 5-10 min from the place on the official garage, we paid 18 euro for 3 days, after that we have received compensation.
• Kasparas (8/5): Very good - good location, new and clean facilities, free parking. Additional bed was too small for two adults.
• Jacek (8/5): Very good - The place is excelent for a fast transfer to the city center. We used a tram and it would take us around 10 minute's ride to get to the city hall. Underground train is also nearby but we haven't tried it. The location has two disadvantages: 1. it faces out directly to a large patio, with lights on all night long into the windows 2. it neigbours a street with a tram line. The noise of a tram is one thing, but it's accompanied by vibrations which can be frequently sensed. The tram stops running around midnight and then starts again around 6-7 AM

• Andrea (10/5): would go back! - close to tram station perfect location. Very comfortable. We found parking infront of the building it is free on weekends. Week days its is charged untill 22h buy ticket on kiosk because the tram is so close every time it pases by the apartmant you hear the noise as it is going through the apartmant. They dont drive after midnight so it is ok for sleeping
• Alexander (3/5): Poor - The apartment looks good and matches the pictures A couple of things that you will find out after you pay: 1. the parking is 8 (10 with a baby) minutes' walk from the apartment, 2. entrance code does not work. They say you should wait not more than 8 minutes. Not at freezing Saturday evening. It took us longer to get in. As a result, my toddler caught cold. 3. the apartment is on the first floor, so during the night, there are always people passing around and speaking. This does not help to fall asleep. Streetlights and no blackout curtains don't help either.

• Shiva (7/5): Good - The location was excellent. it was so near to the Subway station, just 20 min to the center and 3 stops. The host was responsive. The first night of our stay was not very good because the Sofa that they provided for 2 people was very small and not suitable for 2 adults. The next day when we complained about it, They offered us another unit for free so 2 of us could go there and stay in another unit for the next 2 nights of our stay. Because the location was so close to Subway Station, there was always a sound of Trains. another thing is when I wanted to reserve this place I ask for free parking. But the place didn't have free parking and there was a Garage nearby. So we parked our car there and we paid 15 EUR for 3 nights.
