• Jean (10/5): Appartement réservé le jour même à 6h du matin à cause de notre réservation annulée. Très satisfait! - La disponibilité de la propriétaire de l’appartement. Très serviable et très aimable. Tous les cadeaux de bienvenu (gâteau chocolats bonbons boissons etc.) Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Appartement spacieux, propriétaire très aimable et au service dès une question posé. Le grand supermarché à 10mn à pieds est un plus. Bus proche de l'appartement et station de métro à 10mn à pieds Nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture. Très satisfait de notre location. CE n'est pas le cas du Service Client Booking ! Notre première location a été annulé 2h avant de partir prendre le bateau ! Nous avons du trouver une nouvelle location en urgence, Booking nous a promis (par écrit) qu'ils prendraient les frais supplémentaires à hauteur de 850 £, aujourd'hui j'ai du déposer plainte et ouvrir un dossier à la Répression des Fraudes car ils ne remboursent pas ! Il n'ont remboursé qu'une toute petite partie, il reste 191 £ on est loin des 850£ promis ! Malgré leur écrit ils font tête basse et nous réclame des preuves de paiement (que j'ai déjà envoyé 3 fois) !!! Juste honteux. Alors prenez garde si vous avez un problème car ce n'est pas des personnes de confiance. Rien ! Juste l'isolation des fenêtres qui sera peut être à prévoir rapidement ;)

Rooms spacious and very clean; comfortable beds. The decos are so beautiful in each room. Love all facilities in the kitchen with provided teas and coffee. The owner is very helpful and made us feel at ease and welcome. Thank you None
• Artit (9/5): Beautiful skyline haven - Easy check in details. Property was lovely and clean & smelt fresh as you walked. Being on a business trip this skyline haven had everything I needed, WiFi and cosy living room to relax in the evening. All amenities included which was perfect for me. Would love to stay here again. Close to a couple parks aswell if you need some great nature walks ❤️😍 Wish I wasn’t staying just for work and had more time here
• Katie (9/5): Cozy home from home - Lovely apartment on the outskirts of London, this place offers everything you could ask for, cozy rooms that feel like a home, the added luxuries it’s such a plus, it’s not a far walk to the station to get to central, and even better it’s located close to a Tesco extra meaning if you need anything extra for your stay you can grab it. The host is very responsive and helpful very easy check in details ❤️❤️ Nothing to dislike wish I had more days here 🙏🏻
• Eunice (4/5): Disappointing - The location was good, but not secure. Very dirty outside - bin areas The staff were good - ☺️ The apartment was very dirty , smelling even as you get in from the main entrance going upstairs , unkept. It needs a lot of work from the door ( Falling lock ) ,to the toilet. Toilet is something else . To flash the toilet, it's as if you are operating a locomotive 🚂. Very hard . Gapping walls . Shower head with nothing to hold . The kitchen is something else, a very dirty oven, freezer / fridge falling apart. The kitchen hasn't got the untesils you would use in day to day kitchen. Shelves falling apart. Cutlery is very dirty and full of eggs - gross . We had to clean ourselves because we didn't have an option. I can go on , the windows in the kitchen don't open. They are locked - the windows are single grazed - cold at night just goes through - to make the matter worse, the beds are facing the windows , so breathing all that cold air coming in at night. Not worth the price we paid of over £700 . I felt I can't keep quiet. Business should provide value to the customers worth their money. Customer rentantion is very important. The owners - you got a lot of work to do.

• Anbarasu (10/5): Quiet surroundings and no distractions. Safe location. - No complaints No elevators No blinds over the widows in living room No facility to hang towels in the bathroom the wall below washbasin in bathroom was broken and not repaired. No mirror in the second bedroom no cabinets with doors ro store our clothing. Only a cloths rack with hangers were provided. the heater in the second bedroom was not working. Like wise in the first bedroom. The host provided a replacement portable heater that was good.
• Lumir (5/5): Passable - They accommodated us with a later checkout There was a problem that we got a different apartment than we ordered and with the handover of the keys.
• Krasimir (2/5): Very poor - Location , modern , clean Our flat was occupied by someone else on our arrival. We were moved to a completely different building. Unable to early check in due to cleaner was still there. However , we’ve paid for it. Hearing not working in none of the bedrooms. The wind was coming through a gap the window in one of the bedrooms.

• Anuradha (10/5): Beautiful place wonderful stay !!! - This property was perfect !!! Super clean lots of amenities great tv !!!! - had sky Netflix and Amazon prime !!!! The host was really kind to us left us sweets and coffees teas and spices if you wanted to cook . There was a desk so that I could do some work too !!! Nothing to complain about, would definitely recommend and book again . Thank you for your help !!! Only thing I didn't like is that I could not stay longer !!!
• Ky (10/5): Perfect home from home stay - Whenever I stay at a property I always have to bring some stuff with me , if it’s not tea or spices it’s something else, however this property had everything I needed ranging from some breakfast stuff, coffee tea biscuits herbs and oils perfect for your stay, to get that home from home experience! The host was exceptional helping out with checking in and asking if I needed anything during my stay. Always when I stay in a property this nice, is wishing I had more time to indulge on the luxuries
