• JENNY (6/5): Poteva andare meglio. - Posizione comoda e centrale per visitare tutta la città, prorpio dietro Piazza Navona. L’appartamento in sé è molto carino, funzionale, ma purtroppo la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Le lenzuola erano sporche, impolverate, in bagno c’erano un sacco di capelli, oltre ad un odore fastidioso di fogna che presumo venisse dalla risalita della doccia, che ci costringeva a dormire con le porte chiuse per minimizzare l’odore. In ultimo, sotto la cucina, aprendo il cestino, abbiamo trovato due scarafaggi. Segnalato alla struttura, siamo stati completamente ignorati, tanto che non c’è più stata alcuna comunicazione, nemmeno per chiuderci del check out.

• Ashok (9/5): Very enjoyable for our short stay. - Location was great. Central, adjacent to lots of restaurants and shops as well walking distance to sites. Some people may struggle with the stairs up. Would need own apps log in if you wanted to watch TV as no terrestrial channels.

• Fran (10/5): Repetiría sin duda 👍🏼 - La ubicación es extraordinaria, la comunicación con el personal (en mi caso Elena) es muy buena, vía WhatsApp, te contesta muy rápido. Seguro que si volvemos a Roma, repetiré en el mismo apartamento. Éramos dos y una bebé. Las escaleras que suben al apartamento son muy amplias. Es un alojamiento bonito, cómodo, funcional y amplio. Top. La limpieza tiene mucho margen de mejora. Le daríais un punto de calidad muy alto al apartamento si le dais mucha más prioridad a la limpieza.

Praf peste tot, perne pătate, ustensilele de bucatarie si vesela murdare, baia mucegaită și îmbâcsită! Ca sa va faceti o idee, acestea au fost sosetele mele dupa putin timp…. Cred ca nu a mai fost facuta o curatenie generala de foarte mult timp, si cand ajungi cu copiii intr-un astfel de loc murdar nu este chiar ok..
• Gizem (9/5): Süper konum süper ilgi - Odamızın konumu çok iyiydi. Her yere 2 çocuğumuzla yürüyerek gidebildik. Hava çok soğuk değildi ama geceleri klimayla ısındık. Elena anında sorularımızı yanıtladı. Check-in saatinden bir saat önce orada olmamıza rağmen yardımları sayesinde içeri girebildik. Mutfak eşyaları yeterliydi. Çarşaflar ve yastıklar temizdi ancak yorganlara kılıf gerekiyor onlar biraz kirliydi.
• Pavel (10/5): Классное расположение и антуражная квартира, полное погружение в Италию. Я бы вернулась сюда. - Супер расположение. Хозяин всегда на связи. В квартире было все, мыло, гели , тряпочки для кухни, таблетки для посудомойки, кофе и кофе машина. Мне не хватило масла для жарки, но это уже расходники, как говорится)) В ванной пахнет с утра канализацией, это я так понимаю проблема старых домов, видели какого тараканчика, надеемся что это был какой-то залетный друг. Не очень удобная кровать, хотя мужу понравилась. Все остальное понравилось всем. Все чистое и аккуратное.

• Korobko (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean and cozy. The location is perfect , right in the center. We could easily walk to the Vatican and the Colosseum, and most of the main attractions are within walking distance. Everything was just perfect!

• Wara (9/5): Amazing. Great Location. Friendly host! - The location is top notch. 10/10 Closed to everything you need to see in Rome. Attractions, Restaurants, Gelateria. The cushion of sofa comes off quite easily and it feels a little dusty. I feel itchy when i sit on it.

• Brighley (9/5): Love, love, love! Location is everything - The location is amazing! It’s also a beautiful place to stay. We have been in hotels for the most part of 3 weeks and came to what felt more like a home here. We also used the sofà bed and it wasn’t as bad as previous comments. We actually requested to extend our stay by 7 nights (hopeful) but it was booked out, unsurprisingly. Communication with Elena was great! Would highly recommend this place and would/will book next time Don’t use the rain shower head as you will use all the hot water within a couple of minutes. It didn’t bother us too much, but there is two flights of stairs + stairs in the apartment entry you will need to use. The cleaner came just a bit before checkout time and it was a little stressful as we were doing final tidy ups. My friend I was with said the street noise was a bit loud, but it honestly didn’t bother me (I guess it’s just what you’re used to).
• Perry (10/5): Look no further, this is the place. - LOCATION! was amazing! Easily walkable to Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trastevere, Vatican, Forum, Colosseum, Campi De Fiori, Trevi fountain and like 100+ restaurants. The sites are all within about 15 minutes walk and too close to take a taxi, but there is a taxi stand 1 block away. In fact, when I compared the taxi time to get to these sites, it was longer than walking, so we only took a taxi to the airport. If you have mobility issues, ALL of Rome will be challenging and this unit specifically doesn't have a lift. If you're going to Rome expect things to be a little crazy and noisy but this apartment is the perfect escape from the noise and craziness. There is a bedroom separate from the living area with a pull-out sofa. Recently updated, everything works and looks nice and clean - small refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, nespresso maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and washing machine We didn't need to use the heat or AC but there is a newer AC "split" unit in the apartment. Super charming building and unit. We went to Rome to see the sites so we didn't need or want the hotel experience, this unit was just a better experience with more space. Rome is a very old city, the buildings are very old, things doesn't always work the way we expect in the US. That being said, we had 2 minor issues when we arrived but the host was literally amazing. She immediately dropped what she was doing to help us resolve them.
• Attila (10/5): Thankful that i booked it! - The best location, in no time everywhere, everything imaginable is near the location. This is just a small thing but we were “lucky” to have colder days. It took me a minute to figure out how to start the heating 🤭
• Jonathan (8/5): Fantastic location in central Rome - This apartment is in a fantastic location in Rome's historic district. It was extremely clean and the managing agent Elena was very helpful and responsive when we had a minor problem with the toilet. The flush handle broke but she managed to get it repaired that morning. On the whole the flat is well maintained and there is plenty of cupboard space. WiFi works well and there were plenty of spare towels and sheets. We appreciated having a proper kitchen with a good oven and gas hob and enjoyed cooking there. Washing machine worked well and there was a drying rack to hang out afterwards. There are lots of well planned things in the flat like an iron and hair dryer and even a sewing kit. - the sofa as mentioned in previous reviews is horribly uncomfortable and difficult to sit on for long periods- this is a real shame and we did tell managing agent during our stay. We had to resort to using pillows from bed to support us on sofa. - the bed and pillows are extremely hard and we found this very uncomfortable although this may be personal choice '- as mentioned in previous reviews there is not enough cutlery - loads of spoons and 4 knives. We ended up buying a sharp knife and chopping board which we left in the flat. - as mentioned in previous reviews there is only one set of keys and this necessitated complicated arrangements at times - this flat is up 2 flights of steep stairs which was not an issue for us but something to be considered for anyone with back issues and really a function of it's location and age of building - front door is made of wood and when it rains the wood swells and sticks - again a function of a historic building. - people need to be aware that there is quite a lot of noise at night from restaurants which didn't bother us.

The size of the property is big. a lot of plates to use in kitchen. the bedding is poor, the sheet could not fully cover the bed and duvet. there are some stain on mattress and pillows. water from shower is small and temperature is not stable. overall the cleanliness need improve a lot. it is a good property but not be take care very well. no cooking oil and laundry detergent. I bough some and left to next guest.

We really appreciate everything! - My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment at the real heart of Rome. The room is super clean with modern facilities. Really quiet at night, yet extremely convenient to get around by walking. Lots of restaurants, literally a few steps downstairs. The air conditioning works great (although sometimes with a little noise) which provides a huge relief for hot summer days. This apartment makes a perfect accommodation for our first Rome holiday! I left three rain pouches that we only used once for future travellers who will stay in this apartment. It is a little inconvenient to have only one set of keys available. An automatic door lock with password would greatly improves the accessibility to the apartment, especially if there are many people living in this apartment at the same time.
• Sara (10/5): Great family holiday - It is a lovely apartment in a beautifully renovated old building right in the historic centre of Rome. Two minutes from Piazza Navona and yet it is very quiet inside. Well equipped with a full kitchen, washing machine and a modern bathroom. The bathroom is between the living room and bedroom with a small hallway that has doors on both sides, so that it is perfectly possible for a family to use both rooms without disturbing each other.

• Jason (10/5): The location and size of the apartment was perfect for a family of 4 visiting Rome! Highly Recommend - The apartment was perfect for a family of 4 (kids 10 & 9). The location was excellent as it was centrally located to everything. The owner, who was extremely nice, met us when we arrived, provided the keys and showed us the apartment. She even provided suggestions of where to eat, which I can say ended up being very good recommendations! There is nothing that we didn't like about the apartment.
