• Robert (10/5): Prima Quartier außerhalb des Zentrums von Rom - Erstmals bei zahlreichen Rom-Reisen ein Quartier außerhalb des Zentrums, passend zu unserer fünftägigen Erkundung von bislang unbekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rom (und es sind noch so viele übrig). Ideale Lage, ein paar Gehminuten von Metro A Colli Albani und Bus 87 (Lateran, Kolosseum - Forum Romanum, Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona!) entfernt. Lift, nette Aussicht auf das Wohnviertel aus den 1960/70er Jahren. Sehr nette und entgegenkommende:r Gastgeber:in. Kleine Küche mit kleinem Frühstück (Kaffee, Kuchen, Toast), separates Bad für jedes der drei Zimmer. Wir kommen wieder! Tipp: der Parco degli acquedotti ist nur wenig Metro-Stationen entfernt (auch Cinecitta), sehr chillig zum Spazierengehen, der Schuldkrötenteich war eine schöne Überraschung, Flugzeuge im Landeanflug auf Roma Ciampino, die Albanerberge sind nahe.

• VALENTINA (9/5): - El hospedaje estuvo increíble de principio a fin. Con un ambiente familiar, pudimos hacer el check-in durante la madrugada (nuestro vuelo llegaba muy tarde), nos recibieron con mucho cariño. El baño y la habitación siempre limpios, tiene fácil acceso a la estación de metro y bus. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí!

• MONIQUE (8/5): - Petit déjeuner correct mais nous aurions apprécié plus de produits frais. Environnement très agréable avec toutes les commodités. Beaucoup de commerces. Très bons restaurants très sympathiques. Propriétaire à l écoute et disponible et de bons conseils. Ce n est pas lié à l hébergement. Le métro à Rome est souvent bondé . Pratique mais fatigant. Ambiance un peu rétro dans le logement mais pas vraiment important. L ensemble était très bien.
• Stéphane (7/5): Adresse recommandable pour un bref séjour (3 nuits dans notre cas) - Accueil convivial d'Angelo. Propreté des lieux. Proximité de la ligne A du métro. La salle de bain en face de la chambre qui ne plaira pas à tout le monde. La caméra qui bien que nous comprenons son objectif interroge tout de même sur notre vie privée. Elle se trouve dans l'entrée de l'appartement (normal) mais elle filme probablement le couloir qui dessert les 3 chambres et leurs salles de bain associées. La cuisine est une pièce aveugle donc, et cela n'engage que moi, est assez oppressante. La cuisine étant commune, il est impossible d'y déjeuner en même temps que d'autres touristes. La rue est bruyante en raisin de la circulation. Il est vrai que nous vivons en zone rurale donc nous sommes sans doutes plus sensibles aux bruits. Ce ne sont que des détails, à prendre en compte au moment de la réservation mais c'est tout de même une bonne adresse.

• Javiera (9/5): Muy linda estadía y el anfitrión fue muy amable. - La pieza es maravillosa. Es amplia, con muchas comodidades e incluso una pequeña terraza muy práctica. Lo único que se podría mejorar es el desayuno, ya que las opciones son limitadas y todos los días era lo mismo.

• Agnieszka (10/5): Great apartment, great owners, a great stay, and close to the Metro. - The apartment was very nice, clean and well cared for. The owners were really nice and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. And the bathroom was spacious and clean.
• Jaime Ángel (8/5): Zona tranquila pero perfectamente ubicada, cerca de una parada de metro. - Lo que más me gusto fue la amabilidad de los dueños, la zona donde se encuentra el hotel es tranquila, la ubicación estupenda (a 5 min andando el metro de la línea A). El baño, aunque es privado, está fuera de la habitación, el desayuno es un poco escaso.

• Alba (9/5): - Good for the value. The location is about 7 min walk from the orange Metro line, which takes you to the Rome City Center. There are also several bus stops nearby and it's about a 25 min ride. Angelo, the host was very hospitalble, the place was clean and comfortable. The B&B is in an apartment building, so it could be that there is some noise from the neighbors, just to have that in mind for light sleepers.

• Indalicia (5/5): Normal - El recibimiento del encargado que nos espero para hacer el check in (23:00) y nos recibió de muy buena manera, siendo muy hospitalario con nosotros. Cercano al metro (5min caminando), habitación amplia y buen baño. La encargada de la limpieza porque: - No tuvo una actitud adecuada ya que se alteró porque dejamos ropa secando dentro de la habitación y en vez de avisarnos lo primero que hizo fue manipular NUESTRAS prendas personales con una actitud desagradable para nosotros, recriminando la acción realizada por nosotros (nadie nos avisó ni había ningún cartel que dijera que no se debía realizar tal acción) Además trasladó todo hacia el baño agregando que estaba nuestra ropa interior allí. - Otra situación ocurrida con esta persona fue que el día de nuestra partida, comenzó desde las 9 am abriendo puertas, haciendo ruido y al rededor de la 10 am abrió la puerta de nuestra habitación sin ningún aviso previo y nosotros recién despertando solo dijo lo siento y cerró. A los minutos después golpeó la puerta y de forma enojada nos dijo a que hora nos iríamos y que el check out era a las 11 am y que nos teníamos que ir. (El día de nuestra llegada, quien nos recibió nos dijo que no había ningún problema en que nos fuéramos un poco más tarde ya que nuestro vuelo era a las 17:00. Terminamos dejando el lugar a las 12 pm) sin embargo le explicamos la situación y ella cedió con que nos teníamos que ir antes de las 13 pm. Aunque sucedieron esas dos situaciones, nos dejaron con un gusto amargo ya que no tuvo la mejor disposición ni para hablarnos o para comunicar aunque no supiera inglés. Sin embargo la habitación muy buena, baño amplio y con las comodidades necesarias para nosotros.

• Joanna (10/5): - Pokój duży, z klimatyzacją, jest to mieszkanie z oddzielonymi pokojami zamykanymi na klucz, łazienka była osobno od wspólnego korytarza ale każdy pokój miał swoją łazienkę zamykana na klucz, łazienka duża, duże lustro. Właściciel bardzo miły i gościnny. Lokalizacja poza centrum ale blisko jest stacja metra, po drodze pyszna Rzymska pizza na kawałki Voglia di Pizza da Baffo Roma, więc szybkie śniadanie w drodze do metra na miasto, w pobliżu też przystanki autobusowe i przy okazji więcej Rzymu się zobaczy Aby uzyskać odpowiednio niską temperaturę trzeba było trochę poczekać, mimo to bardzo polecam ☺️

The room is big, the bed is comfortable, wifi 10/10 , everything was clean and tidy. The bathroom is big (ours was across the room, but it didn't bother us at all, it's yours, only you use it, you have a key) Bus 87 (2 minutes walk from the b&b ) takes you straight to the old city, very comfy. • Dmitrii (5/5): Too pricey for a hostel - The location is very good. The metro and bus station are in 5 minutes walk. They cleaned our room every day. And the owner was very friendly. Absolutely no privacy because of thin walls. You can hear everything your neighbours do and say. We had to use ear plugs to sleep well. The breakfast was very italian style. It means if you are not italian - there will be no actual breakfast. There were some ants in the bathroom and it was difficult to control the temperature of the water - it is either boiling or freezing.

And this cannot be called a s breakfast.. The host did not vaccum the rooms or clean the bathroom everyday.. and towels were not changed for 3days..

We liked everything!

The bathroom opened from the floor and not directly from the bedroom. It was a little bit surprising since it was not in the description.

The hot drinks machine, lots of space for your items, the shower was warm and the apartment is close to the metro. The room was quite big and spacious. Wish there was a place to charge devices near all beds,but that wasn't a really big issue.

• Stefanos (8/5): Very good experience , totally recomended. - The appartment is well situated in Colli Albani area with a variety of shops, everything a family or any traveller needs, super markets ,places to eat and most important near to Colli Albani Metro station and several Bus stations . It is an appartment with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms ,one for each room, in the 5th floor of a condominium with a shared Kitchen for the breakfast , not really for cooking or something else . Clean bathroom ,clean bathtowels . Angelo, the owner ,was really helpfull , good communication by phone,an overall good owner . Breakfast was ok , coffee machine worked well . On the other hand the variety and quantity of breakfast can become better
