• Klaudia (7/5): - Zadbany pokój, polecam na kilkudniowy wypad. Jedynym minusem jest ciśnienie wody, czasami nam woda słabo działała, trzeba włączać bojler przyciskiem.

• César David (7/5): Muy buen sitio aunque nos complicaron los problemas con el agua - Habitación espaciosa, tranquila por la noche, buena ubicación, cocina con cápsulas de café. Baño compartido pero son tres habitaciones nada más. El problema es que la bomba que es necesaria para que el agua suba hasta el piso 5 se averió, y tampoco estaba muy claro al principio cómo usarla. Como consecuencia pasamos dos días sin poder ducharnos. Uno de ellos ya no salió el agua cuando la volví a abrir a media ducha y ya enjabonado, y me tuve que aclarar poco a poco como pude con un hilo de agua). Eso condicionó a peor nuestra opinión, porque una vez se arregló todo estuvo bien.

• Martin (7/5): Overall nice location to stay in a few days trip to Rome - The location is very convenient with buses 71 and 70 nearby. The beds are comfortable and soft, and everything was clean. There is a kitchen where you can make coffee and have a meal. The gas stove doesn’t work, but it’s manageable - there is a kettle and a coffee machine. There is also Wi-Fi, air conditioning, blankets, towels, hangers, mirrors, a hair dryer, and even a tiny balcony. On the downside, the door locks in the rooms and in the bathroom really need to be oiled because they are very noisy. To get hot water with good pressure, you have to complete a little “quest” because there is a pump system. First flush the toilet and turn on the cold water at the same time, then switch to hot water - do not turn it off, otherwise you’ll have to repeat the whole process again from the beginning.
• Hana (7/5): - Dobrá lokalita u nádraží, čisté ubytování. Teplá voda ve sprše tekla velmi malým proudem, muselo se nechat dlouho odtéct. Při sdílené koupelně trochu nestrašně řešený záchod a sprcha v jedné místnosti.

• Sook Ling (9/5): - The location is just next to the Termini station where direct train/ bus are connected to the Rome airport. The apartment is clean,spacious and well equipped to make our stay comfortably. The downside is very close to the street and may have some disturbing nois. There is only one power supply point in our room, which has to be shared use with the TV/kettle/charger. Hope a few more power point can be added. Noise from the street and not enough power supply point.

• Montes (10/5): - Es un lugar muy cómodo, tal cual como se presenta en la aplicación, tiene cerca la estación de Términi que permite moverse con facilidad a cualquier lado de la ciudad. Lo único malo del Hostal es que el servicio del agua es muy regular, en las noches suspenden el agua sin avisar a quienes están alojados, creo que esta información sería importante que la especificaran en la aplicación antes de adquirir el hospedaje para uno saber si lo toma o no. Es incómodo llegar y enterarse que no hay agua.

• Sarankorn (10/5): I recommend Alloggio Hello Roma 2.0 as it will make your trip wonderful. - The host is perfetto. He greets his guests with warm welcome. The bathroom is new, clean, especially the hot shower is so comfortable. Also the coffee is nice and unlimited. My first experience of sharing bathroom is impressive as we share it among only a few guests. The location is only a short walk from Roma Termini. Literally, not only the host but everything is perfetto. There should be a slope, instead of the steps, at the entrance to make our luggage lighter!

• Cevina (1/5): INACCURATE BOOKING. ONLY 1 BED, THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING! - Location is close to main Rome monuments and train station. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and tidy. This listing is inaccurate, there is NOT 2 queen beds it is only one double bed. I never would’ve booked this if I knew I was paying so much for 1 bed and a shared bathroom with 2 other units. Booking.com only gave us a 15% refund as apparently booking a property that is inaccurately listed is only considered to be a minor complaint. Clearly booking.com does not know how to vet hosts and hosts have no accountability to provide a service that reflects their offering within the listing. A complete scam, I will never use booking.com again.
