Felipe (8/5): Boa opção mas com alguns defeitos - Localização e a vista do apartamento são muito boas. O atendimento do anfitrião também excelente. Os móveis do apto estão um pouco desgastados, cama e sofá. O armário além de velho, tem algumas caixas guardadas tirando o espaço que já eh pequeno. O sistema de aquecimento não funciona, tem so o aparelho que parece está quebrado. Tive problemas com a conexão do wi fi

Sebastián Andrés (7/5): Lo mejor que encontrarás en Las Condes (relación precio y calidad) - Excelente la disposición del/a anfitrión/a. Se dio el tiempo de resolver de forma excelente y rápida todas las solicitudes que se le hicieron durante la estadía. Desde un tema estructural con una ventana, para poder cerrarla y evitar el ruido, hasta pedir ampliaciones de plazo de la misma estadía. Siempre con excelente disposición y resolviendo en poco tiempo lo requerido. Buen estacionamiento. Y el lugar es muy tranquilo. La ducha es excelente. También debo agradecer la buena ubicación del depto., cerca de todo. Las ventanas estaban sucias, así como las cortinas roller. La televisión no está configurada y no hay instrucciones para ello. El tapiz del sillón tiene manchas diversas, muy visibles, que no generan la sensación de agradado para sentarse en él.
