J’avais déjà payé une semaine de nuits, mais on m’a demandé des frais supplémentaires qui n’étaient absolument pas prévus, à régler en espèces ou par virement bancaire via WhatsApp. J’ai passé près de six heures dehors, dès 7h du matin, à attendre et à négocier. Au final, j’ai même dû passer la nuit dehors. Cette situation m’a fait perdre du temps, de l’argent et m’a causé énormément de stress. Ce type de pratique est inacceptable et contraire aux règles de Booking. Je vous déconseille vivement de réserver dans cet établissement si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre argent et vous retrouver dans une situation très compliquée. • Valeria (7/5): Great apartment, but stressful check-in due to unexpected and undisclosed cash deposit request - The apartment itself was excellent — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We really enjoyed our stay and the overall experience once we were checked in was very good. 10/10 for the flat. Before arrival we were asked to pay a cash deposit of RM250 which was not mentioned anywhere in the booking or listing. This created unnecessary stress while we were travelling, especially as we had to clarify the situation with Booking.com, who confirmed that no additional payment was required. Once disputed with the host, he insisted on payment, until Booking.com was involved, at which point he dropped the request. Additionally, the kitchen was missing basic utensils (only one spoon and one knife, and no forks), which made it slightly inconvenient.

• Tatum (8/5): Nice appartement with many facilities around. Gym, swimming pool, washing machines etc. And good pricing. Just not a pla - The room was nice. Bathroom nice, spacious enough for 2 pll. The tv was very nice and has youtube, netflix etc. Around the complex there is plenty of stores and restaurants. Also you can jse the gym, swimming pools etc, very nice Location is quite far from KL centre, do be prepared to walk 15 minutes to the station everyday, or pay for grab. Also the complex is huuuge, so it’s not rlly a social place.

• Dempster (8/5): Sleeping in a skyscraper in Kuala Lumpar, could not be more exciting. - Staff were responsive and helpful to all our questions and queries. The facilities in the building are amazing, including a pool, badminton court, laundry services. The room had an amazing view of Kuala Lumpur, and was 15 minutes walk from the nearest train station. The bed was huge, plenty of space for two people. The accomodation lacked utensils to eat any prepped food with from the kitchen. There was also not water filtration serves provided for this room specifically (I believe other rooms do have this amenity). Both things are minor, and could be improved but overall did not impact the quality of our stay.

• petr (4/5): - The building was in a good location, and it was an experience to live in such a tall and well-equipped building. Some of the advertised equipment was missing. There were no cutlery in the kitchen and no microwave. The bed is terrible, it is like sleeping on a ramp, and it also smelled and had hairs on it. I am sure it was not changed after the previous guest. Apartment is not as big as in post.

• Riccardo (1/5): - Das Personal hat äußerst schnell reagiert, wenn man sie über WhatsApp angeschrieben hat. Die Hygiene war eine Katastrophe. Meine Bett-Lehne war voller Haare. Auch der Boden hatte verteilt einige Haare, unter anderem ein Scharmhaar. Die Fenster hatten zahlreiche Fettabdrücke. Das Licht hat geflackert, dass selbst eine Disko da nicht mithalten kann. Der Kühlschrank war nicht nutzbar. Hat man ihn geöffnet, hat es gestunken, als wenn jemand verwest ist. Allgemein war die Luft im Zimmer eher leicht muffig. Ich habe nicht die gebuchte Unterkunft erhalten. Gebucht wurde ein ein Appartement mit 37m², einem extra Wohnbereich und ein Schlafzimmer. Untergebracht wurde ich in 19m² nur einem Schlafzimmerraum. Ich habe nachgemessen, um nichts falsches zu sagen aber ich war richtig der Annahme, dass es zu klein ist. Von mir wurde eine Kaution verlangt. Das scheint in Malaysia häufiger üblich zu sein, allerdings sollte das entsprechend in der Beschreibung genannt werden, insbesondere wenn man so eine Hohe Kaution verlangt. Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen, da man für den Preis überall etwas finden kann, was nicht diese Probleme aufweist. Die Bilder dieser Anzeige sind aus einem sehr guten Winkel gemacht worden. Dadurch entspricht der Eindruck vor Ort keineswegs den Bildern.

• Carvisiglia (8/5): Assolutamente consigliato anche per soggiorni molto lunghi. - Mi è piaciuta tutta la struttura. le piscine, zona reading room, tanti ascensori e molto organizzati. C'è anche una palestra molto attrezzata. All'esterno c'è tutto quello di cui hai bisogno per colazioni, pranzi e cene. Ci sono strutture che danno una grande scelta di cibo, dai Bagel, alla cucina malesiana, che serve il Kopi, alla cucina cinese molto viariegata. Ci sono 3 piccoli Mart e una struttura, esterna, di massaggi che abbiamo apprezzato. Con il Grab in 10 minuti sei a Bukit Bintang. La cosa peggiore è stata che appena siamo entrati nella nostra camera non si poteva respirare dalla puzza di fumo. Ci sono voluti 5/6 giorni per riuscire a liberarsi dalla puzza. Siamo stati supportati con Febreeze e profumatori di ambiente. Resta la cosa negativa che dicono che le stanze sono per non fumatori, ma non c'è controllo. La posizione non è ideale, se come noi ti piace visitare a piedi la zona in cui vivi.
• Amira (6/5): It was OK for a short stay but need improvements - - big windows for natural sunlight - have free van to/from lrt chan sow lin - facilities are good: gym, 3 swimming pools, a walkpath, paid laundry services - queen bed is cozy with comforters, but i doubt they wash it - the room smells like vape/smoke on my first entry!! it took 2 days to air out the room. it was hard to sleep because of the smell. the manager did not even bothered bringing me to my unit, just pass the keys at lobby and left. - whatsapp communications was slow and filled with AI bots. even when i was talking to actual person, the bots kept sending messages that contradict what the person say. so confusing and frustrating! - no free parking provided when i book a studio unit. - the kitchen is as expected, very small. but they don’t even arrange the cutleries nicely. everything is just dump into a closet. the white plates have stains that cannot be removed. it doesn’t feel clean at all. - i requested items for kitchen usage and it took day-3 of stay to get them. - only 1 plug at kitchen which is already used for microwave. so idk how they expect us to cook on the portable stove. i plug my water kettle on the floor near bed socket.

• Aishath (6/5): Suitable for short stay if you do not plan to cook or use microwave. - Strategic location. There is a 7-Eleven, pharmacy & speed mart at ground floor of the building. Laundry services, pool, gym etc located on 8th floor. Host was easy to communicate with & responded fast. Cleanliness was subpar. Dust above the microwave & refrigerator. Sink drain had stains. Sponge provided was used & smelly. Asked for a replacement which they provided soon but it the next sponge was also a used one. Microwave, TV & stove were not connected. It was not possible to connect microwave & stove by myself, staff came 1 day later and "fixed" it (photo attached) but it was inconvenient and a possible electric hazard. Need to make a more permanent wiring fix. No electric kettle.

• Alrica (8/5): Loved the building but the suite needs upgrades - We loved the Trion building! Shuttle made it easy to get to the station or not a bad walk if you miss it. Beautiful views, delightful swimming pool, good internet. As digital nomads, we were there for over a month and really appreciated all of the amazing food choices just downstairs at great prices. Dinner typically cost us less than 20 RM each at Eight Toast and was delicious and the Ai-Cha boba place was a wonderful treat that we took advantage of frequently. Check in and out was super easy and Ethan made sure we had pictures and straightforward directions. Great water pressure and toiletries and appropriate hooks throughout the apartment. For a "premium" suite, the furniture felt cheap. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on as you could feel each of the rails that hold it, the bed was sunken in the middle (though excellent linens). The chairs were falling apart and we had to rescrew them several times. There was no welcome guide to explain how to use the amenities. We never did figure out how to reserve the pool table and assume you have to bring your own rackets to enjoy the badminton courts - which nobody travels with. It took us a couple days to figure out hot water (there is a switch in the bedroom that turns on the hot water and it works almost immediately). Kitchen supplies were minimal but we mostly ate out. Had to buy pool towels as we were only supplied with two towels total.

• Desirèe (1/5): Pessima esperienza - Siamo rimasti molto delusi da questo soggiorno. Come già scritto in alcuni commenti precedenti la procedura di check in non è per niente semplice. Non c’è una reception e bisogna chiamare lo staff per telefono all’arrivo, se arrivi dopo mezzanotte devi pagare un supplemento. Non avevamo una sim card malesiana e nessun Wi-Fi, per fortuna siamo stati aiutati dal nostro tassista. All’arrivo la stanza dava segno di non essere stata pulita. Piano della cucina sporco, asciugamani usati e tanta polvere. La cucina per giunta ha davvero pochissimi utensili, mancavano addirittura delle tazze o bicchieri. L’acqua calda non funzionava. La nostra stanza odorava tantissimo di fumo di sigaretta per via dei vicini che fumavano dentro la stanza, questo non è sembrato un grande problema per lo staff. Per noi è davvero inaccettabile, ci siamo svegliati la mattina dopo con il mal di gola. Essendo che siamo arrivati la sera, abbiamo potuto chiedere di cambiare stanza solo il mattino seguente e dopo diverse ore siamo stati accontentati. Ma nel mentre non abbiamo potuto lasciare l’hotel per aspettare il cambio ed era impossibile rimanere dentro la stanza vista la puzza di fumo. Dopo diversi mesi in Asia questa è stata l’esperienza peggiore, nonostante sia stata la prima volta in un “hotel a 4 stelle” che 4 stelle non le ha. Non torneremo mai più.

The Chinese staff was harsh , rude and talking very aggressively when I contacted the number that they provided.... The cleaning is for 1 time only although they charge for cleaning! .. I asked to the noisy fan and nobody comes to fix..... Absolutely not recommended.....
