• Marta (9/5): - Polecam tą miejscówkę. Blisko do centrum, lokalnych sklepików, barów itp. Pokoje czyste, łóżka wygodne. Właściciel zostawia w każdym pokoju adaptery do gniazdek. Atutem jest też darmowe, zadaszone miejsce parkingowe oraz przynależący do bloku basen i duży balkon. Szkoda, że dla 6 osób dostaliśmy tylko 5 poduszek i 5 ręczników. Chcieliśmy skorzystać z piekarnika ale był strasznie brudny. Nie przeszkodziło nam to w spędzeniu tam miło czasu.
• Dennie (8/5): Nice place in a good location - The room was easy to find and we got good directions to get there and how to get the keys. It had a good size and was clean and comfortable. The good quality big TV is a plus. The beds were ok but the pillows too flat (although the other room where we slept had this too so maybe this is normal in Cyprus?). The location is pretty good, you can walk to the beach or the centre easily within 10-15 minutes. It's also quiet in the neighbourhood. The only improvement would be the shower. The showerhead didn't work well (also water pressure was low (due to the head?)) so it was hard to get a good shower.
• Navida (9/5): Overall! It was perfect for the night ! - It’s a nice cozy apartment. Loved the layout and that the host had the sofa bed open and ready for us to use before we checked in. We didn’t have to do that at the late hour when we came. The towel and the water basket with 2 converters for each room was well thought out and very useful. Liked how the host had instructions put up for the geyser (water heater) and how to dispose the toilet paper. The host gave out all the necessary information well ahead and was also very prompt in responding to our queries. The apartment is located in the old town. We took a stroll down the road in the morning and loved the character of the city. There’s a “Coffee Nero” in 7-8 mins walking distance across an Old Mosque. It felt wonderful to sit there and enjoy the morning coffee! We only stayed for the night but it was a comfortable stay and a nice apartment. Thank you! I wish the refrigerator was turned on so we could use it for my ice pack. Also there was some trash left behind the sofa bed, that could’ve been cleaned up. And Although we only stayed for the night, the master-bed wasn’t the so comfortable to sleep on since it is a spring mattress. People with back issues can have problems sleeping on it for prolonged period. Also it took us a few minutes to locate the apartment building at night. Mainly cause it was dark, and also the Apartment building name is Katsou A7 and it’s right behind Katsou B complex , which is kinda tricky to find at night, but we found it eventually. And the parking spot number is written on the floor with a paint, so it’s kinda hard to see from the car at night.

• Sergei (7/5): It's a good apartment not far from the center - The place has everything the family may need for a weekend. The check-in and check-out process is straightforward and does not require contact with the host. The floor needs more attention during the cleanup. And maybe address those mold issues on the bedrooms walls.

• Raimonda (10/5): - Butas tvarkingas, erdvus, antrame daugiaaukščio pastato aukšte, yra liftas, todėl patogu ir su vežimėliu. Yra skalbimo mašina, indai reikalingi maisto gaminimui ir kt., erdvi terasa balkone pasisėdėjimams. Yra baseinas, jis matosi per balkoną, nors baseinas yra bendras, tačiau viešnagės metu plaukiojome vieni, kiti baseinu nesinaudojo :) iki pagrindinės gatvės, paplūdimio 10-15 min. pėsčiomis. Vaizdas pro langus nėra labai jaukus, matosi apgriuvę pastatai, bet tai netrukdo, nes grįždavome vėlai, o užuolaidos užtrauktos.

• Dlohošková (10/5): - Kladně hodnotím rychlou a milou komunikaci, jasné instrukce, zpracované jak v PDF nebo přímo webový odkaz včetně přímé lokace do Google mapy, zkrátka naprosto úžasně zpracované informace, vše na jednom místě a ihned. K apartmánu možnost využití bazénu - za nás vše vyhovující :-) byt prostorný, klimatizovaný, čistý, pěkný, krásná terasa, nemáme žádné negativní připomínky. Využili jsme to pro brzký ranní odlet, zastávka Bus linky k letišti přímo z druhé strany bytoveho bloku cca 200m

• Zaruhi (10/5): - The apartment is located in a calm area, just a few minutes walk from Finikoudes beach. It was clean and spacious, equipped with all the necessary appliances for our stay. The host was friendly and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

• Angela (10/5): Amazing stay - The apartment is bright, spacious and very clean. Spotless. The first word everyone said as we walked in was "wow!" It's much bigger and nicer than the photos. Eduard is a brilliant host, and very responsive. We didn't need anything, apart from when the kettle didn't work, Eduard made sure it was replaced as quickly as possible. I just used the hob to boil water for our first coffee, it wasn't a big issue for me. The kitchen had everything needed, although we ate out every day. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I was absolutely delighted with the full length mirror! Most places don't have one, and us ladies do need a long mirror! Glad there was Netflix as well, I had three older teenagers with me, and they were grateful for it. Eduard has thought of everything in his decor of the apartment. The balcony space was sufficient and seating was comfortable. The pool area is clean, the pool itself was also clean. I like how the pool area is kept locked and accessible to the residents only. The apartment is located within walking distance to Finikoudes beach and Castella beach. There are tavernas and shops close by, and a very good bakery too. Parking was easy with an allocated parking space. The basket Hamper on the beds is such a lovely touch and so welcoming. Thank you Eduard for your hospitality, we all had a lovely stay and we would all definitely like to come back. What could be better - there were only two sun loungers and one of them was broken. There are no umbrellas so there was no shade by the pool. I wasn't sure who was responsible for providing these so I didn't enquire. We managed to get by without them, but our pool experience would have been more pleasant if there were umbrellas and loungers. Also, I was tempted to give the balcony furniture cushion covers a wash, but reminded myself that I'm on holiday and mustn't be doing housework!
• Katy (8/5): Ok it you stay for more than 1 night - The apartment is nicely organized, quite big. There's a separate room for kids and one for the adults besides the living room and kitchen. There's a nice porch too. It was clean and the owner complimented with two bottles of water. Also good air conditioning in all rooms and living room. No service right when you check in 😒 So if you come for 1 night - NO SERVICE for you. The kettle didn't work, so I revealed a nice person answering me that they would be happy to assist on the next service day (8-16) while they have a late check in (At 16:00). Not nice ....That said, the check in is SELF CHECK IN, with a code, a bit tricky with long nails to open a mini safe for keys. Also, it's not that easy to find the place, google maps showed a place you need to walk to, but needed to turn around the building and then return to the car to come to the parking around. One other thing is that someone burgled into our car, by chance we didn't leave anything valuable there, so be aware.

• Susan (9/5): Pleasant well appointed apartment in Larnaca. - well furnished,clean, comfortable. The location was ok but it was 30 minutes to walk to the intercity bus stop and no local buses we could see, to serve our area. The name Beach Heaven doesn't suit the reality.

• Gemma (7/5): Clean and fairly spacious. Good for a short stay. - We stayed here one night, as we landed late into Larnaca and needed somewhere to stay before driving on. The apartment was value for money and fairly spacious for our family. It had everything we needed for the night and was clean. It had a nice large balcony, although we didn’t use it. The apartment block itself is quite dated now and the view around wasn’t amazing. However it is probably within a good walking distance to amenities and the beach - but as we only stayed briefly, we didn’t try walking anywhere.

It was quite dark outside the building and it was hard to locate the property when we arrived in the dark.

• Robert (10/5): Great stay, no complaints - Very nice apartment, great size and very comfortable. Lots of UK power sockets in the walls, and they kindly also provided several adpators. The pool is right outisde and is private (locked, only available to that block) so not often too busy, but very clean. The comms with the apartment host were fantastic, quick responses, and always there to offer advice or extras - couldn't have been better. Lots of lovely restaurants, bars, and shops within a 10 minute walk, and the beach is a 5-10 min walk down the seafront, so the location is ideal. The marina is 15-20 mins away which offers sevral types of boat trip, including scuba diving experiences. Overall: fantastic apartment, location was ideal, and the host was incredibly friendly/helpful. N/A

• Aphelionwork (9/5): Would happily recommend! - The apartments are really lovely. Very comfortable layout, air conditioning, balcony, swimming pool. The huge kitchen table and chairs deserve special nice words. The ice making system was a nice addition. It was a pity that this apartment was not for the whole duration of our visit to Larnaca. I think everything has been fixed at the time of this review, but at the time we moved in: the faucet in the kitchen was ripped out, the light bulbs were not lit, and the refrigerator door opened the wrong way. These defects were not critical for us and do not affect the review.

• Igor (10/5): Location is great, close to the modern new promenade full of good restaurants, walking distance to the castle&down, - Extremely well settled for a family of 3-4 people, kitchen is ready for any kind of cooking. Living room is big and convenient, as well as balcony. Nothing to report. Well done.
