• Philippe (10/5): Fantastic stay! Thank you. - My stay at Apartment Crocetta 67 was fantastic and exceeded all my expectations! The location is excellent – just two metro stops from Piazza Duomo or about a 10 to 15-minute walk. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate area, so you'll always find something nearby. Communication with the host was smooth, very friendly, and helpful at all times. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and decorated with great attention to detail. Everything you need is there: a fully equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning for warmer days. A big plus: the bedroom is located at the back of the building, away from the main street, making it a quiet and restful place to sleep. The security deposit was also refunded quickly and without any issues. I would definitely love to come back!

Хотелось остановить время и разглядеть каждую деталь интерьера. Также в квартире было очень чисто! Вид из окон чудесный! Станция метро прямо напротив выхода из дома. Удобно, что чекин и чекаут безконтактный. Хозяин квартиры очень приятный человек, быстро отвечал на сообщения. Немного смутило, что нужно было заплатить большой депозит перед въездом, практически сколько же, как полная стоимость проживания. Лестница на пятый этаж и правда узкая и довольно крутая, но нам это совсем не помешало и не испортило впечатление.

• Anna (3/5): Fine Apartment, But Misleading Info and Constant Pressure Over Wi-Fi - The apartment itself was clean, and in a good location — close to everything and easy to access. there were a few serious issues that affected our stay: We were asked to pay a very high deposit — almost half the price of the apartment — via an external link outside of Booking.com, which felt very unsafe and unprofessional. The listing clearly advertised unlimited Wi-Fi, but after arriving, we were told the data was actually limited. We were then repeatedly accused of using excessive data — including a claim that we used over 12 GB, which is simply not possible based on how little time we spent in the apartment and the fact that we mostly used our own mobile data. • The host kept messaging us to say we were using too much internet and needed to turn off Wi-Fi on all devices — even though we weren’t using it anymore. They also claimed they would need to call a technician, suggesting we might be responsible for costs. They sent us a generic screenshot of their data plan showing usage, which provided no proof that we caused any of it. Above situation has unfortunately spoiled the overall impression of the stay.
• Palmira (9/5): It was GREAT! We'll be back with pleasure! - A very cozy, exceptionally clean, and stylish apartment with charming vintage details and all the necessary comforts. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent — in the city center with a beautiful view over the rooftops, yet in a quiet area — only a 15-minute walk to the Milan Cathedral and right next to a metro station. There are also great little restaurants nearby. The hosts were very attentive and kept in touch throughout the stay via messages. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome treats, coffee/tea with snacks, and a thoughtful welcome note in Lithuanian :) Perhaps the only slight inconvenience for us, due to back problems, was the steep climb up the narrow staircase with luggage to the upper floor.
• Shelly (10/5): Cosy, central loft for weekend trip - We loved this place! The homey touches made it feel like we were staying with a friend. Very clean and stocked with all we needed for a short trip. It’s in a nice, bustly neighbourhood with plenty of grocery stores nearby, and a short walk to the Duomo and metro with direct line to the airport. Communication with the owners was quick and easy, they were always willing and available to help. Verification was through Vikey, which we were slightly apprehensive about as we weren’t familiar with it but seems to be common practice for Italian stays and was fairly seamless. Would stay again!
• Kamil (1/5): Not recommend - Generally, localisation is good (next to subway) due to the behavior of the host we will never recommend this apartment to anyone! I warn you, about host in this apartement. They accused us of destroying a kitchen kettle and charged us for a repair service. It's totally not true! The day we left the apartment, the kettle was working well, so it is impossible that we damaged it. What's more, the host charged us 17 euro for the kettle repair service, but he only send us screenshot of order from some website, no bill or invoice. The apartament is located on the 5th floor without an elevator. The check-in process required uploading a photo of your ID to the website and! you must take a photo of yourself with your ID.. I don't think it's safe solution… If you will use this aparetemnt, check everything and make photos. We made tea every day for our 4 day stay and we dont have problems with the kettle and on the end host tell us kettle is not working. Be aware of this place and prepare for additional costs from your 100€ depozit. And after all and he harass me with many messages about my opinion, even though I wrote the truth and he threatened us with lawyers. Everyone can write an opinion that they think is right after staying at the apartement. I have never had any problems with hosts on booking until now...

• Kamil (8/5): Good location, clean and quiet - - good location - clean - well equipped - quiet - very close to the metro station Check-in process is a bit exaggerated because, except for the pictures of your document, you also have to send back of it and a picture of you holding it. Also to open the door to the building and to the apartment you need to open the link, which means you always have to carry your phone with you and be sure to have an internet connection and battery
• Astghik (10/5): Charming Italian Retreat in the Heart of Milan - We stayed at Crocetta 67 - Penthouse for three nights and had an amazing experience. The apartment is cozy, exceptionally clean, and beautifully designed with an authentic Italian feel. From the stylish decor to the thoughtful touches, it’s clear a lot of attention has been paid to every detail, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect—just a 15-minute walk to the Duomo through beautiful Milan streets. The host was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. He left fresh fruit and cookies for us when we arrived, which was such a nice gesture. Anytime we had a question, he responded quickly and was very helpful throughout our stay. In summary, we absolutely recommend Crocetta 67 - Penthouse, especially for couples looking for a romantic and convenient place to stay in Milan. nothing
• Kristina (10/5): Exceptional - These apartments are amazing! Location - right next to the center and Milan Cathedral. If needed, there are metro and other public transport stops nearby. The owner of the apartment is very kind, caring and attentive. Access to the apartment is by stairs, but worth the climb. The apartments are very nice and cozy, like home. Everything you need can be found in it. I highly recommend it.

• Shannon (10/5): Happy & Homely - The apartment is in a great location, good walking distance to many attractions. Also across the road from the metro station which is super convenient. Lovely clean & comfortable apartment with everything you will need. Lovely touches to make you feel at home. Keyless entry via your phone is very easy to use and helps so that you don’t have a physical responsibility of a key. They are so helpful with any queries we have had and luckily we got to check in early which helped us a-lot from carrying around our bags. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! We had a beautiful stay in Milan. The apartment is on the top floor and there is no lift, only stairs. This wasn’t an issue for us, we just got a much needed workout! However it may be a struggle for some
