• lisa (9/5): Thought this apartment/flat was a great find, can’t fault it at all. Would absolutely use again when have break in L - Great location, loads right on doorstep & easy walk to train station or local main attractions. Great clean and tidy property. Great sized beds and bedrooms. Great fully furnished and functional living room/kitchen. Not really an issue or a problem but a hand rail in main bathroom for the bath would be good for future

• roman (7/5): Fab as a quick stay. Good value for money! Very central! - Great location for restaurants and coffee shops. Very close to the central London locations, attractions etc. Felt a bit tired.
• Janet (7/5): Great but cold - Nice flat and great location. Everything you need. Got a reply immediately when asked about WiFi but no answer when asked about how to put heating on so had a very cold stay.
• Ben (8/5): Comfortable simple place, in a good location. - Great location, lots of local food places. Handy for Waterloo, not that close to the London Eye which was mentioned in the name. The shower was blocked so ran really slow, but there are two in the flat so not a massive issue. Host responded quickly when informed.
• LESLEY (7/5): Enjoyable and very central fir the things we wanted to visit - In general acceptable but not as per photos in advert. No tea towels to dry dishes, whilst we didn’t use the dishwasher because the door appeared damaged. Plug socket hanging of wall in bedroom with en-suite. Nail farnish on carpet . In the main bathroom some floor tiles are loose. We found the apartment comfortable. Lastly the windows were very dirty in living room kitchen area. Nothing just pointing out things that we think need looking at.

• Rushna (2/5): Easy to reach London landmarks but sleepless nights due to cold. Very tiring trip - I like the location of the property, easy to reach popular tourist places. But the heating was not working at all, it was colder than outside. Host didn’t help me to work the heating and he just told me that heating system is working, but actually it’s not working at all. Beds were very old and mattresses and pillows poor quality. Heating was not working over all our stay. We can’t sleep due to cold.

• Phil (8/5): Great apartment.Great location. - Apartment was spacious and clean. Excellent location ,Just 15min walk from Big Ben! Lots of places to eat/drink near by. Marsh st. was full of life with great street food available. A bit noisy at night time. Bedrooms very warm.Difficult to sleep at night, Also the beds could have been more comfortable.
• Michelle (9/5): Ticked every box with the exception of the communal hallway - The apartment itself totally met our needs. Close to the tube station, clean, amenities were available, local shops were nearby for anything we needed. Easy to find. Great location for the price. Ticked almost every box The hallway once you opened the front door is in need of attention (not sure who that responsibility lies with). And sensor lighting would be better as we thought the hallway was in total darkness until we found the switch (after switching on the torch on my phone)

• Stefani (9/5): Location was so convenient and was plenty of room for our family of four. - The location was great. Was spacious and very clean. Great neighborhood with restaurants, shops and train station close by. Beds were comfy and had all kitchen amenities. Would have liked fans in each room as there is no a/c and would get warm at night.

• Brigita (1/5): Bad - Entering the apartment was so difficult, had to wait at around hour until we actually entered, with the baby outside. As soon as we entered all apartment was dirty, rubish and bottles all around, beds wasn’t even made and bed sheets was not changed. We have entered i think exactly after someone else left. We came to london for 1 night to explore and waisted 2 hours because of this apartment situation.
• Adam (7/5): Good - Fantastic location. Not too bad being on the 1st floor. Bedding was super comfy. TV was broken, toilet flush was broken, heating was poor. Most radiators didn't come on. Very poorly equipped kitchen. Communication from the owners is very odd with several messages on WhatsApp from foreign numbers. Had the audacity to ask us to let maintenance in during our stay.. this should be done between let's!
