• Sergio Murilo (4/5): Mediana embora boa localização quem administra é uma empresa fora do local e pra voce dalar com a administracao é um cus - Localização muito boa O Sistema de administração, ate um sabonete que faltou é preciso telefonar para um 0800 e somente ser atendido no dia seguinte! Pessimo!!! Eramos 03 pessoas no quarto para 7 dias de estada e apenas 03 sabonetes pequenos, nao tem servico de limpeza nos quartos, vice tem que andar 500 mts para jogar o lixo fora e é sua obrigação! Pedi sabonetes e a recepção ne mandou ligar para um 0800 que ne atendeu e so trouxeram mais 2 sabonetes para 3 pessoas e isso no dia seguinte! NAO ALUGUEM É FURADA!!!

• Albert (7/5): - Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was prima. Ruime kamer en fijn dat er een keukentje bij was. Locatie ook perfect! Lekkage bij douchen en bad de laatste dag. Ramen kunnen niet open en ruikt wat muf.
• Elizabeth (2/5): Will be making air-condition snow angels in the A/C when we get home! - Great location. Central to everywhere we needed and wanted to go. The playdough-old smell. Air condition was broken so it was hot. The gaslighting of ‘it works’’maintenance came and fixed it’ - when I’m sending you pictures of the thermostat. No breakfast - not even coffee. No cleaning service - have to pay if you want them to come and clean. If wanted new towels - no - had to pay to wash them yourself. Had to go to another hotel.
• Ryan (2/5): - The room had no ac just a portable unit in the bedroom, the rest of the suite had no ac, it was hot and had a stuffy odor, the sofa and chair were dirty and had stains. The room was not like the picture that was presented on the website, unacceptable to stay in.
• DEBBI (10/5): - I had to change rooms because the room I was given at first the AC was not working. I mentioned the AC not working because how fast they took care of the issue. Once I was moved I loved staying there. It was quiet and relaxing. I would stay there again.

• Ladislav (7/5): For shorter stay I will have no problem to choose again. For longer stay I would not recommend - Perfect location to visit main Orlando parks. Apartment well equiped. Owner is not providing with standart services needed for longer stay such as towels change or basic cleaning. To get fresh air into the apartment impossible. Windows are fixed

• Katrena (8/5): Great for families - I liked having a kitchenette to keep and make food. I was traveling with 3 teenagers that eat constantly. Having the space of multiple rooms, made it so we weren't sitting on top of each other. There were only 2 bath towels. I requested extra at the front desk and was told I had to contact the owner of the apartment.
• Douglas (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and very affordable we both enjoyed, staff were pleasant and accommodating
• Daniel (6/5): Was ok just crash after long days at the parks, but really lacks some investment. Looks much better in the pictures than - Well located. Pretty quickly we could get to all main attractions in the area. The apartment needs serious refurbishment. Mold and stains in walls, carpet and furniture. Also needs an oven, not only a microwave.
• Ian (7/5): Well located apartment - The apartment is well-located and has a decently sized communal pool and BBQ facilities. The apartment has all the required amenities and a comfortable bed. It wasn't easy communicating with the hosts. After booking, they sent a barrage of messages, at times with confusing information. The hosts did not offer cleaning of the apartment or a towel change during a week-long stay.
