Anette F. (6/5): Geplant waren 2 Tage am Strand - Hätten wir tagsüber am Strand und nachts im kühlen Zimmer liegen können wäre alles bestens gewesen. Keine Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme, der private Strandabschnitt war leer, keine Info auf der Homepage, das der Strand nicht in Betrieb ist oder ab wann. Klimaanlage defekt während unseres 3 tägigen Aufenthaltes, die Suite hat eine große bodentiefe Fensterfläche und ab 12 Uhr knallt die Sonne in das Zimmer , es gibt keine Jalousien oder Markisen, nur die Vorhänge. Wir wurden jeden Tag aufs Neue vertröstet. 2 Kriterien nach dem wir das Hotel ausgewählt haben Klimaanlage und hoteleigener Strand wurden nicht erfüllt. Das Auto wird auf einer öffentlichen Straße geparkt.

Diane (8/5): Good experience and beautiful room views - Private parking facilities with valeting, the room with balcony and sea views 😍 the shower is spacious, tv with netflix convienent for kids, breakfast delicious and varied. Spa facilities and view. The massage therapist has no idea how to do a full body massage, 1 hour for eur50 for just rubbing oil on the body. The music in the spa room was on the local radio which was giving me a headache and i had to tell her to switch it off. She was also sick with a runny nose and me and husband felt uncomfortable of her sniffing her nose whilst getting a massage. Other than that the hotel and other staff are nice.

Breakfast selection also very good As it is hotel and SPA, so we had higher expectations for SPA. Here not everything was properly working (jacuzzi was cold, while in shower it was only hot water). No bathrobes in the rooms, so you have to walk to the room just covered with towel
Alme_Padova (10/5): Weekend a Vlora ad inizio Primavera - L'albergo si trova in un ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal mare. Abbiamo soggiornato in bassa stagione, quindi non posso esprimermi sull'esperienza al mare. L'albergo ci ha offerto un posto auto gratuito, vicino alla struttura. L'accoglienza è stata superlativa, hanno soddisfato anche una nostra richiesta extra, senza costi aggiuntivi. Il Direttore è il tipico Manager che ti fa sentire a tuo agio subito, con calma, serenità ed eleganza. Complimenti a lui ed al suo staff.

Robert (9/5): We will return! Location and comfort! - Room was fantastic! Service was wonderful. View from restaurant to beach, sunsets amazing! The massage was nice $69 euro! The cocktails were fabtastic! We had fluffy beach towels and chairs right at the waters edge. Close to everything you need right in the strip. Was quiet at night and lively during the day. The beach is amazing so fantastic location. The room was perfect we had a great walk in shower and a separate bedroom for the kids. We needed blankets and pillows they brought up immediately. Even gave us an early check in and late check out. We would definitely return! No syrup for the pancakes but that's an American need. You should include the sat room with spa. Part of spa came with the hotel room although we didn't use any of it. The bees at the beach.

O quarto era limpo, amplo e confortável, com sacada, tv e banheiro com ótima ducha. A cozinha do hotel é maravilhosa. O espaço para acesso à praia é confortável, com disponibilização de toalhas. Voltaria a me hospedar no mesmo local. A sinalização para chegar no local para estacionar o carro na entrada do hotel não é bem identificada, mas isso é um problema em todos os hotéis da orla de Vlore.

Minke (9/5): Overall a great stay - It is a fairly new hotel with great staff especially on reception. The food at breakfast is lovely and the lunch and dinner menu is very good. Great location in the quieter end but within walking distance of the busier part of Vlora. Really great experience! Compliments to the guy on reception who was great The spa and management of it unfortunately didn’t work. You could book an exclusive slot at reception for an hour but whilst there anybody and everybody would just walk in. You had to book a slot so it wouldn’t go over capacity but this wasn’t adhered to at all. The staff at the spa said they couldn’t ‘police’ it and reception said it was down to the staff at the spa.

Eve (6/5): - Väga ilus ja suur tuba. Hea hommikusöök, mis valmistati sinu soovitud menüü järgi. Rõdu oli väga väike, n-ö aiavaade oli maja küljel olev asfalt. Kuna check-out oli kell 6.30 hommikul, palusin hommikusööki karbiga kaasa. Lubati. Hommikul seda polnud. Kuna olime sõpradega erinevates hotellides samas piirkonnas, siis käisime õhtuti üksteisel külas. Antud hotelli sõpradega sisenedes ei tahetud meid tuppa lasta. Ütlesime, et läheme ca tunniks. 10 min pärast tuli administraator toa uksele koputama ja taas selgitas, et me ei tohi seal juttu ajada ( olime vaikselt).

It is located directly across their private beach,right on Lingo mare, the walking promenade. Lots of restaurants and shops are within several steps from hotel, yet there is no need to find alternatives, as hotel’s own restaurant is great. Extensive menu, good wine selection and amazing service. Hotel provides sun lounges,umbrellas and beach towels. Ac works very well, which is very much appreciated in 30 C weather. We are just very grateful to all Abi’s team members. Starting with director Gid ,who was very accommodating, we received complimentary room upgrade, even it was my fault , booking simple basic room. The whole restaurant crew, chef, George, the manager, Cleij and of course the reception ladies. Thank you all for our wonderful stay.

Karin (10/5): מלון מעלה ומומלץ מאוד - הגענו משפחה ולקחנו 4 חדרים, זוגיים ומשפחתיים הפונים לים. כולם מאוד נקיים ומרווחים, מיטות גדולות ונוחות. יחס אדיב, מעל ומעבר למצופה מכל אנשי הצוות במלון. חגגנו מסיבת אירוסין של הבן והם סידרו את החדר ואת המרפסת לקראת האירוע לפי בקשתנו. ארוחת בוקר מאוד טובה ומגוונת כולל פירות וירקות, גם האוכל במסעדה במלון ברמה גבוהה. הכל היה מצויין
Katarzyna (9/5): It was super! - We stayed at this hotel for 12 days and were satisfied with everything. Our room, on the sixth floor, was comfortable, with a balcony and a beautiful view of the bay and the boulevard. Breakfast included delicious tomatoes and coffee (ordered from the waiter, but at no extra charge). Beach access with sunbeds and an umbrella (also included) and beach towels. The staff was very efficient, competent, and friendly, both at the reception (thanks to Kiara, Aisha, and Briland) and in the dining room. Despite the lack of private parking, the hotel also offers a Despite the hotel's lack of private parking, accessing and parking the car is very efficient, thanks to the Charming Flori. The boulevard is a bit noisy in the evenings, but the good windows effectively shielded us from it. In the morning, a swim before breakfast was the most enjoyable. Vlora is beautifully situated, with warm sea water, sandy beaches, and child-friendly amenities. We highly recommend the hotel and the city of Vlora.

Albandri (4/5): Overall I do not recommend this hotel. - The hotel location is very good The rooms are spacious. • Every morning the housekeeping staff knocked loudly and even opened my door while I was sleeping, despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign on. When I complained to the receptionist, she reacted rudely and gave unreasonable excuses, saying they only have two cleaners and must clean the rooms, although I never requested room cleaning. I was on vacation and wanted to rest. • Not enough staff at the beach; even a simple order took one hour or more. • Ice is charged. • At the beach, they only provide one towel. If it gets dirty or you need another, they refuse. • The bathroom had a very bad smell at night. • The staff are unprofessional and lack proper hospitality experience. • At checkout, I paid for my extra charges but they did not provide me with a receipt to verify.

Chantal (10/5): - Hotel war sehr schön. Sehr grosses Zimmer. Frühstück war gut aber keine Abwechslung. Es gab sogar eine Milchalternative (Soja). Man durfte aber nur 1 Kaffee bestellen. Der 2. musste man selbst bezahlen. Beim Frühstück wurde man vom Personal ignoriert. Wir mussten aktiv auf sie zu gehen. Wir haben ein Tag vorher eine Massage gebucht. Beim abgemachten Zeitpunkt, kam einfach niemand. Als wir bei der Rezeption nachfragten, hiess es, das wir doch später kommen sollen, da Sie es falsch/nicht aufschrieb. Uns verging die Lust und stornierten es.

It feels perfectly placed, offering both convenience and peace. The room was comfortable, thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The beach nearby is beautiful, clean, and ideal for relaxing. What truly stood out, however, was the staff — always warm, welcoming, and ready to help at any moment. They responded quickly and did their best to resolve every request. A special thanks to Kiwra, Aishu, and Brilund for their kindness and support. From the balcony, the view of the sunsets was absolutely breathtaking — one of those moments you look forward to each evening. Everything was perfect

Bujar (10/5): Il était 9/10. - L’emplacement était super bien, la plage juste à côté donc pare-soleil réservées en plus chaque matin des nouveaux linges, le personnel super sympa et la chambre tout les jours était bien rafraîchi. L’accès à la voiture le garage dû hôtel un peu loin de l’établissement.

Mariam (4/5): Expérience décevante - Tout d’abord je tiens à dire que nous étions une famille avec un bébé de 4 mois, des le premier jour nous avons été accueillis par l’hôtesse une assez jeune hôtesse non chalante qui a mis 25 minutes à nous faire le check in, elle a insisté sur le fait qu’il y avait une personne en plus, mon frère qui effectué le séjour avec nous mais qui était dans un autre hôtel, le fait qui soit la était un problème tout le long du séjour ils nous ont ciblé, ensuite le voiturier à garer notre voiture et à abîmé les jantes preuve à l’appui, il a nié et aucun manageur soit disant présent mais le jour de notre départ nous l’avons aperçu une femme blonde âgés qui ne s’est jamais présenté. Je vous déconseille cette hôtel en famille avec des enfants et je vous déconseille de laisser votre voiture, garer la voiture vous même, si vous êtes typé africain je vous déconseille cet hôtel, je partagerai à travers les réseaux et mon entourage ce qui nous est arrivé, nous étions à l’hôtel uniquement pour dormir le reste du temps nous étions à l’extérieur mais l’expérience que nous avons eu était catastrophique, du voiturier à l’hôtesse de l’accueil, autre chose que nous ne savions pas l’hôtel est départage avec des habitants locaux qui y réside, nous avons pas pu participer au spa, le petit déjeuner est léger mais correct. Service et accueil déplorable aucun sourire et se dédouane de toute responsabilité si il y’a un problème. Notre couleur vous déranger ? Je n’ai jamais vu des personnes aussi mauvaise
Bojana Mumovic (10/5): Great leisure hotel in Vlore for your summer getaway - Great leisure hotel with a private beach just across the road with free towels, umbrellas and sunbeds. Super clean & comfy rooms and very attentive staff. Breakfast with a great selection of food on a terrace with a sea view. The hotel also has a small SPA center. Free valet parking is a bonus! The best Pina Colada cocktail I ever had! Our room was only missing a balcony.

Ifat (4/5): - This hotel has the potential to be great but currently it’s not. Pros - good location, specious rooms, parking service, beach close by and beach beds included. Cons - we booked a sea view family unit which included two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We don’t have the sea view unless we stood on the side leaning over the fence or overlooking about the high plants of the unit next to us who actually had the sea view. You need to book a slot in the spa and you only get one hour, we didn’t even had that because when we got there for our slot it turned out that the hotel double booked and a group of eight men had a booking as well for the same time although after seeing the place and how dirty and uninviting it was I didn’t want to stay there anyway. We don’t have hot water in the showers on the first day and they only fixed it the day afteroo

Antal (8/5): Een TOP hotel inclusief een alleraardigst team wat er werkt, in het hotel en restaurant. - Perfect hotel met een alleraardigst team van medewerkers. Afstand tot het strand was zo comfortabel dichtbij, ernaast een supermarktje om een kleine boodschap te doen. Albanië is een land waarbij je heel goedkoop kan eten, ik ben erachter gekomen dat als je iets meer betaald, dit het zeker waard is. Voor 4 personen €90,- was onze max. wat we hebben uitgegeven bij Kripe dhe Piper. Restaurant van Abi’s beviel zeer goed. Zeker 5 keer wezen eten. Helaas geen 10, omdat er nog 2 puntjes waren die niet goed waren gegaan. Direct na het boeken hebben wij de kamer omgeboekt en een bevestiging. van de receptionist ontvangen maar helaas was dit niet verwerkt. Bij aankomst dus een verkeerde kamer. De derde dag werd dit heel goed opgelost, een kamer voor onze pubers alleen. Tevens hadden wij bij aankomst geïnformeerd voor de taxi terug naar het vliegveld. Dit zou geregeld zijn, werd er bevestigd gemaild. Jammer genoeg stond deze niet klaar. Wèl deed de uiterst vriendelijke receptionist er alles aan om de taxi te regelen. Al met al kwam dit ook uiteindelijk goed.

Pren (10/5): Gerne wieder - Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft mit sehr tollen und gut eingerichteten Zimmern. Das Restaurant und Personal war Top und das Frühstück unschlagbar bis auf den Kaffee. Das einchecken hat uns leider nicht so ganz gefallen, es wurde uns gesagt das unser kleiner Hund von 3Kg nicht erlaubt ist was mir natürlich zu schaffen machte den wir fahren ja nicht 2000km ohne es vorher abzuklären. Am Schluss konnte trotzdem eine Einigung erzielt werden.
JTH (9/5): Mooi, net hotel - Mooie nette kamer. Goede bedden. Goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Ligging prima, mooi aan het begin van de boulevard. Parkeren goed geregeld Van alles te doen in de omgeving. Had hier onze was afgegeven omdat we 3 weken rond reisden was dat een keer nodig. Netjes gewassen en gestreken daar zeg ik niks van maar wel ontzettend duur. Moest 89 euro betalen voor 1 machine donkere was een halve machine gekleurde en halve lichte was daar schrok ik wel van.

Vriendelijk personeel. Restaurant in de avond was ook uitstekend. Aan het begin van de boulevard, dus genoeg te zien en te beleven. 20 minuten lopen als je naar het echte drukke en toeristische gedeelte wilt Valet service is erg fijn aangezien het wel heel druk is en parkeren best een uitdaging is

Rickard (10/5): Great place, location and staff - Location Abis hotel is perfectly located a bit north on Lungomare. It is where the beach gets nicer (beach and water) and the atmosphere more calm. It is only a 20 minutes walk from city center and along the way there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. There is also a bus stop just outside. Hotel It is newly built (2024 July) and the rooms are really great. We stayed in a family room on the 7th floor with a large terrace with a view of the mountains. They also have rooms with sea view depending on when you want to have the hot sun at your terrace. Everything is modern and of high quality. Our room had two large bathrooms with showers. The beds were very comfortable. Across the street the hotel has a private section of the beach where they have sunbeds that is included in the price which is really good. Just to walk down to the beach when you have had your breakfast. Food & Beverage The breakfast had many choices. Scrambled egg, sausages, grilled vegetables. Different types of fruits, yoghurt, smoothies, juices and several desserts. We had lunch there a couple of times and I can recommend the fish dishes, the risottos and the exotic sallad. The coffee was also good. They know how to make a double macchiato :) The staff were friendly and attentive at all times. The spa We didn’t try the spa since it was very hot weather during our stay. We did try the massage and it was a nice experience. All in all we had a great time in Vlora and Abis. I would definitely recommend you to stay at this place if you’re planning to go to Vlora. Peter Bernasovsky (9/5): Krásny pohľad na západ slnka. - Vynikajúci wellness a poloha pri pláži s výhľadom na more. Dobré raňajky. Problém parkovania auta ďaleko od hotela, čo obmedzovalo možnosti jeho denného využívania. Malá ochota recepcie pri nájdení plaviek, ktoré sme odovzdali spolu s plážovými uterákmi.
