• THI NGUYÊT (7/5): séjour satisfaisant ; changement de draps inexistant et pas d'ouverture de fenêtre - La situation géographique fenêtre (pas d'ouverture) ; petites coupures wifi ; pas de changement de draps pour un séjour de 2 semaines (pas très hygiénique)
• TRONG (1/5): - The photos need to be updated as the hotel looked nothing like what was advertised. Most of the lights were off, we had to turn on the lights on our floor hallway ourselves, and no staff assisted us to our rooms. The lifts were not working properly — after waiting a long time, we ended up taking the stairs. Overall, the place felt neglected, uncomfortable, and almost like a haunted house.

• John (5/5): I would not stay there again - Location The property needs a lot of maintenance. Light fixture missing and exposed wires, shower door leaks, some elevator buttons don’t work, no one available at the front desk until about 8-8:30.
• Bich Lan (8/5): Emplacement idéal pour faire beaucoup de choses à pied - Emplacement central, près du marché Bên Thành où l’on peut trouver toutes sortes de choses, des souvenirs au food court bon marché avec un choix immense. Et on peut aller à pied à beaucoup de points d’intérêt. Staff serviable et agréable Le frigo un peu vétuste et qui présente une couche de givre de 5 cm à mon arrivée. Il aurait fallu le dégivrer avant mon arrivée.

Room was big and had a balcony too There were some minor defects in the room, which withe the minimal of maintenance would have made the room better. There were also two plants on the balcony which had both died and just been left there. They appeared to have become homes for mosquitoes

• Rebecca (9/5): Very accomodating - The location of Hai Nam is amazing, we were walking everywhere (except to the Cu Chi tunnels). The owner and staff are super lovely and accomodating, with many available facilities such as phone sim purchase and airport shuttle. The building is a little old and therefore not absolutely sparkling and new, but it was still very comfortable and nice to stay in!

• Nicole (9/5): The perfect location - You couldn’t get a better location than this hotel, right on the door step of everything! The staff are so friendly and so welcoming. I enjoyed my stay here The only thing that bothered me was the window looking in from the stairs and also the window looking in from the hallway that didn’t have a curtain to over. as I like to sleep in complete darkness. If it didn’t have that I would give 10 stars!

• Michelle (5/5): We only stayed temporarily for 2 nights, we mainly used the stay to hold our luggage. Night showers only have cold water - Location is very good, and the aircon works very well. There are ants, door is hard to unlock, staff take a long time to set up room, shower only has cold water after 10pm, showers are very small and shower doors are generally broken.
• Neil (8/5): Very good - The room was comfortable and spacious. The beds were comfortable with clean linen. .AC worked well. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. We had a small balcony at the front of the hotel and we were given a table and chairs so we could sit out. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was great. We could walk to all the tourist attractions. It was handy to have a small mini mart next door. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, need a bit updating. The balcony needed cleaned. I imagine most guests only use it to smoke on. The soundproofing wasn't great so you could hear the traffic.

The beds were very hard to sleep on. Unfortunately the rooms need a bit of an overhaul, some of the furniture is not in very good condition (drawers not opening and chairs broken). We looked past the small problems due to the location being so good.

• Nicholas (9/5): Great value hotel in the middle of D1. - If you want to be right downtown in D1 Saigon, this is a great choice. It has a 24 hour lobby and nice people working there. Nothing really out of the ordinary, everything works well, and the place was safe and clean. Good value as well. Keep in mind this is the middle of D1. Nothing wrong with the hotel, but it is a bustling area.
