- Proctor (10/5): A tasteful and homey place to relax and come back to after an eventful day. - From the location, to the sweet courtyard, everything about this unit is perfect! The decor, linens, kitchen facilities, shower pressure, space to move, the sweet solar powered fairy lights in the courtyard, the quiet neighbours and stillness, the closeness to the city, hospitals, hwys/fwys, Kings Park, a 24 hr IGA, nature trails, park, just everything. There was nothing we didn’t like.

- Kenney (8/5): Extremely comfortable, great location, facilities beyond expectation - Obviously, the location is amazing, close to everything and Shenton Park is a beautiful suburb. The apartment itself was fantastically fitted out with everything you could possibly want so very happy. Sadly, I stayed during a heat wave and couldn’t make the most of the sweet courtyard, little too warm to sit out there

In the bathroom when the light is turned on the exhaust fan continually runs, could do with separate switches as this is quite noisy and annoying. Also there is only one power point in the bathroom, a double would be much more logical these days, electric tooth brushes etc

Close to the free bus service Purple Cat which goes to Elizabeth Quay and the Kings Park/Botanical Garden. Very quiet town area.

And to make sure the stove is working and that the gas lighter gun is usable. In the welcome book it didn’t have the maps that were referred to in the sections

- Ron (8/5): Overall it was pleasant, but the smaller details let it down a little - It was in a pleasant neighbourhood. It is a short walk (10 mins) to local shops, including an excellent 24 hour grocery store. The free bus service to and from Perth city centre has a stop only 300 metres away. The property is one of a number of apartments housed within one large building, and it has a small private courtyard. The was fresh milk, cereals and tea/coffee in the apartment on arrival. The entrance door is situated in a darkened corridor and it is difficult to clearly see the lockbox combination at times.
I stayed for 8 nights and was only provided with half a toilet roll and there is no shampoo or shower gel. Soap however is provided. I tried to call the management company on the number provided in their introductory email, but it always went to voicemail and no one ever returned my calls.

- Adam (8/5): A Cozy Comfortable stay! - The location is close to IGA & other shops plus a huge green Park few meters away from the unit. It is very close to Kings Park.
It is a practical unit with a nice new bathroom & an exceptionally cleaned glass-door which shuts on the shower cabin.
The bed has an awesome mattress to be honest. This is the most fascinating feature with cleaned white almost new sheets & not overused ones.
Spacious closets. Unit also has a nice out courtyard. We used the washing machine & that saved us some money.
Free parking was there without complications. Netflix is available. The property has the basic supplies. Our stay was comfortable & Cozy.

- Heidi (10/5): Has all the comforts of home! - Modernized, has all the comforts of home (fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, washing machine) & is in a quaint neighbourhood. Grocery store nearby. Bed is very comfortable! In a quiet location. Walking path & nice park across the street.

- Patricia (9/5): Comfortable, secure accomodation close to the city and local amenities. - The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. It is ideally located, close to Kings Park, the hospital and university campus and the (free) bus route into the city. It was an excellent base for a longer stay in Perth with fast wifi and all the necessary laundry and cleaning materials provided. It is close to a 24-hour supermarket and the shops and restaurants of Subiaco are within easy walking distance. Communication from the management was first class throughout the process from booking to check-out.

Tea, coffee, milk and cereal available for breakfast without having to find a shop. Really appreciated hand wash and toiletries that were supplied. Perfect location - so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.
