• Yuval (7/5): מקום מקסים, מיקום מעולה! המזגן העלה ריח של עובש והיה קשה לישון כך בלילות (אז ישנו בלי), ולהיכנס בפעם - מיקום מעולה, נמצא ממש ליד מסעדה מצוינת והרבה ברים ופאבים עם דירוג גבוה. במרחק הליכה מהרחוב הראשי! הדירה עצמה מבודדת רעשים (כך שלא שמענו את רוב הרעשים מהרחוב בלילה), בדירה יש מקרר ומכונת כביסה ללא תשלום נוסף. המזגן העלה ריח של עובש ולא עבד טוב בלילות, התאורה והקירות לא כמו שהיו בתמונות אבל עדיין באופן יחסי היו נהדרות. המיטה גבוהה יחסית אז שווה ליחס לזה תשומת לב. להשיג את המפתחות היה סיוט! צריך מספר אירופאי על מנת לפתוח את הדלת בפעם הראשונה, שווה להוציא סים קארד עם מספר אירופאי אחרת אי אפשר להיכנס.
• Emily (6/5): Average - Location is good Property looks bright and spotless online. When we arrived it was dark and dingy with old worn bedding on and the bed was on a wonk. Got a shock from touching the microwave. Door was broken and couldn’t slide it across

• Ariene (6/5): - Localização O apartamento eh ajeitado, reformado, tem todos os utensílios, mas o predio onde fica localizado eh pessimo. Mesmo com o aviso de nao ser permitido fumar, o apartamento estava fedendo cigarro, inclusive as roupas de cama e banho. O aquecedor nao funcionou e nao tinha uma coberta reserva.

• Cristina (7/5): - Aproape de terase. A fost foarte cald în apartament, nu s-a putut sta fără aerul condiționat, însă acesta făcea un zgomot îngrozitor, deci nu prea am avut parte de odihna. Salteaua nu este cea mai grozava.
• Glen (7/5): Excellent location above all. - Fantastic location, quite spacious. Basic but has everything you need. Entry was a hassle, the link to enter didn’t work. Apartment is quite dated. Description says includes toiletries but that meant a quarter bottle of watery shampoo only.

Do not stay here - Location was close to attractions We stayed in the apartment the past week for 4 nights and there were many issues with our stay . The check - in time was moved as cleaning had not been completed , we had been told we could still get into the apartment to drop off our luggage , which wasn’t actually possible so we ended up standing in 30 degree heat trying to call the office which was hard to get through too. Later that evening we discovered that bedding had not been provided even though we had paid for this service which meant an unsatisfactory first night as we did not have sheets for the 2 rooms. I emailed, sent a message on air b n b and had to call 8 times before someone answered and then it still wasn’t dealt with quickly . The advert also states the apartment had air conditioning which is false advertising as only the bedroom has this , had we known this we would not have booked the accommodation as it was way too hot to sleep without aircon , this should be clear in the advert We then also had issues with the plugs in the apartment , many of them had 3 prongs that were different than standard EU adapters which meant we could not use plugs to charge phones , fans and anything else we needed. Again this should be identified to guests so that people who don’t have the right adapters can choose elsewhere to stay. Also the apartment was full of mosquitos , although I know they can’t help mosquitos being in the country , we felt the apartment was not equipped for this. There was no bug spray , bug shades at the windows or anything else to protect us meaning we spent a lot of money to try not to be bitten , which did not work . Overall the quality of the stay was unsatisfactory, although when I did speak to staff they were polite they were not helpful and it took too long for them to answer phones . there was way too many issues , lots of things that should have been stated in the listing , because had we known all this we would not have stayed .

• Anna-mai (6/5): Pleasant - Tv in living room was good. Kitchen facilities good. The air conditioning was very loud. So couldn’t use it during the night making sleeping hard. The shower is very small.
• Melissa (9/5): Good! - Perfect location, close to bars, restaurants and touristic places. Easy access to public transport. It’s perfect for three people. It is comfortable and has all the necessary facilities. In genersl it was a good experience The entrance can be a little difficult, especially if you come with a lot of heavy suitcases, there are stairs that you’ll have to climb. The self check in process was very well explained.

• Urmila (6/5): Great location , interior needs refurbishment for the price paid - Location , 10 mins walk from Duomo and near lovely restaurants Very basic inside , basic toilet and shower , quite strange and creepy staircase with jail like gates
• Stefania (10/5): Comfortable and enjoyable. - The property is very well located, close to the main touristic attractions. Whilst the entrance door looks untrusting, the flat itself was lovely and cosy. It is spacious enough for 3 visitors, had all the necessary amenities including iron and washing machine. The flat was very clean. I honestly can’t think of anything negative.
