We absolutely loved the harbour and neighbourhood views, with brilliant sunrises, and a great deck to enjoy it from. Secure parking was much appreciated and the apartment was quiet and secure. It was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, and the linen and pillows were good quality. Great showers. Excellent array of kitchen equipment. Everything we could have wanted. A bit of maintenance missing - but it's possible these things haven't been pointed out to the owners previously. Ceiling fan controls need to be replaced in the twin bedroom as they do not work to the three speeds specified. TV in the master bedroom needs replacing - the screen has lines through it. It would have been helpful to have instruction books for use of hob and oven, and I couldn't find any controls for the extractor fan which I don't think was working.
