Pereira (10/5): - Foi ótimo acomodação mas que pena fiquei um dia por motivos de doença mas foi muito bom . O ap muito bonito muito organizado tudo de bom voltarei em breve por gostar muito da península de marau .
Haroldo (7/5): A localização é um ponto forte, mas necessita de melhoras em outros aspectos - Localização Alguns dos itens descritos no anúncio não tinha, a exemplo de ferro de passar roupas, secador de cabelos, e ainda questionei ao anfitrião antes, pra confirmar se tinha esses itens, ele respondeu q sim, mas não foi o q verifiquei no local. A falta de banheiro na área da piscina é algo a ser corrigido, pois algumas pessoas usam o chuveiro… Alguns dos utensílios de cozinha e colchão precisam de troca ou manutenção
Felipe (8/5): - A localização é excelente! O apartamento é espaçoso, bem equipado e a estrutura do condomínio é nova. A cama é um pouco desconfortável. O banheiro não tem ventilação, poderia ter um exaustor.

Carolina (6/5): O local é lindo, mas o apto com excelente localização requer manutenção de infiltrações urgente! - Localização muito, boa. O Apto tinha mofo em quase todos os cômodos. Meus filhos ficaram com crise alérgica. Reclamei do chuveiro dando choque e não foi resolvido. O controle remoto da TV não funcionava e o anfitrião não resolveu durante os 04 dias de estadia, mesmo sondo solicitado.

Matheus (9/5): Apartamento chique e bem localizado - A acomodação é super nova e muito bem localizada num lugar tranquilo além de ser bem equipada. E o atendimento impecável da Seazone conta muito! O condomínio tem piscina e churrasqueira. Não possui elevador, algo que poderia ser mencionado pois foi difícil subir com as malas. A iluminação poderia ser toda amarelada ao invés de vários tipos. A limpeza poderia ser bem melhor.
