- Olga (7/5): - Chambre propre, confortable et agréable. Bonne localisation pour visiter, mais un peu excentré de la ville (difficile d'y aller à pied avec les enfants). Une piscine pour nager et profiter avec les enfants. Le petit-déjeuner est moyen. Les produits proposés semblent en grande partie industriels et manquent un peu de fraîcheur. Même mes enfants, pourtant grands amateurs de pancakes, ne les ont pas appréciés. La vaisselle en carton n'est pas du tout écologique. Que du jetable! Quelques produits frais et de meilleure qualité serait fortement appréciés. La climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit. Impossible de dormir avec. Un peu cher vu la qualité du petit-déjeuner et le fait que l’hôtel est un peu excentré de la ville.

My wife has the autoimmune disease Lupas and prefers temperature nearer to 60, ESPECIALLY to sleep. We were offered another room but it would not go lower than 68 either.

- Dorine (5/5): Disappointed - Bed comfortable This hotel needs love. The room had a very high ceiling and the window had some plywood around it. It gave a weird feeling. Not sure if they are in the process of remodeling. But the carpet definitely needs to be changed. Breakfast was the worst, and we left with bacon smell on our clothes. And definitely not the nicest part of town.

- MARIAROSARIA (8/5): - L'hotel è molto comodo, pulito e la stanza da noi scelta era dotata dei due letti Queen molto comodi. I bagni in Canada hanno quasi tutti la doccia inserita nella vasca da bagno, trovo che non sia la soluzione più comoda ma rispetto agli altri hotel nei quali abbiamo soggiornato il bagno era comunque pratico e pulito. Abbiamo utilizzato il servizio di lavanderia self ed è stato molto utile. Vi abbiamo soggiornato una notte di passaggio e ci siamo trovato bene. La colazione va rivista, troppo basic e con prodotti di qualità scadente. Non è possibile richiedere un espresso, l'unico caffè disponibile è quello lungo americano. Basterebbe poco per migliorare questo servizio e renderlo di un standard superiore a quello attuale
