• Melissa (1/5): This apartment was dirty, poorly maintained, lacking basic necessities, and made worse by an unsettling incident involvi - The location This apartment was a very disappointing experience and not suitable for a long term stay. It lacked basic necessities you would reasonably expect. The towels were mismatched and felt like secondhand or donated items, and the bedding was equally subpar, just a mismatched sheet set with no proper blankets provided. The cleanliness was also a major issue. The floors were filthy and sticky, which made the space feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. Several maintenance issues made the stay even more uncomfortable. The blinds were broken, and the non stick pots and pans were heavily scratched and unusable. On top of that, whenever the AC was running, the vent in the hall and bedroom made a startling noise every few minutes, which made it difficult to relax or sleep. The most concerning part of the stay happened the night we arrived. After checking in late around 8:30 pm, a man approached us claiming to be friends with the owner and demanded payment for the parking space even though the listing clearly states that parking is included. This felt inappropriate and unsettling. Overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding this property. It does not meet basic standards, and the experience was not worth the cost. You truly get what you pay for here.
• Rolland (5/5): Los Angeles est une belle ville, mais je ne recommande pas l’hébergement, car dès que vous souhaitez quelque chose, il f - Son emplacement En arrivant à l’aéroport, il nous a été demandé expressément une caution non remboursable de 100 $ qui soi-disant était inscrite sur le contrat que nous n’avons jamais eu ni par BOOKING ni par l’établissement. Ils nous ont pris devant le fait accompli, mais nous avons refusé de payer, et nous avons a priori bien fait. C’est établissement pratique des prélèvements à la limite de l’égalité. Qui est en demande de rendre un appartement impeccable, alors même que nous avons retrouvé de la vaisselle non faite dans l’évier en arrivant et des imperfections dans différentes pièces
• Boglárka Lúcia (10/5): Loved it. - The location of the building is perfect. We loved the neighbourhood. The apartment and the building was nice and extremely confortable. It was not perfectly clean.
• Martina (10/5): Ich würde definitiv das Apartment nochmals buchen! Vielen Dank auch für die schnelle Hilfe! - Sehr schönes Apartment in ruhiger und sicherer Lage, moderne und bequeme Möbel. Die Badewanne müsste mal erneuert werden, umständliches Duschen, da der fest installierte Duschkopf zu tief hängt.
• Florian (8/5): Très bon logement et rapport qualité / prix rien à redire! - Le logement est idéalement situé dans le quartier de Beverly Hills. Logement grand et parfait pour 2 à 3 personnes, le canapé peut servir de lit car il se déplie. La place de parking dans le garage est un vrai plus. La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement mais elle reste fonctionnelle. Pour la cuisine, les poêles sont un peu vieilles aussi et il manque des bols.

• Nadine (8/5): Great value for money, easy check in and would stay again - The modern furnishings, WiFi and kitchen were great had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy. Having Roku with access to Netflix etc was a great addition. Also the garage below the apartment was fab! Made us feel secure leaving our convertible in a secure gated plot. The mouldy silicone around the bath it just made it feel a little dirty. The noisy neighbours upstairs banging through the night and stopping about
• Ross (6/5): Need to improve communication between hosts and customers. - Great location and a great apartment. Dirty linen bag left in unit from cleaners. No linen for fold out mattress. No assistance from hosts when trying to rectify.
• Hara (9/5): FIve Star experience. We would book this again. - Location was perfect..quiet gem of neighborhood not too busy but also not too tucked away in the more secluded Beverly Hills area but super conveniently close to shops and restaurants. Great breakfast & dinner spots within walking distance. Large sunny modern apartment with balcony in a beautful Beverly Hills compex w all amenities to make one feel like home including a walk-in closet. Coffee pods were an extra plus. Close to both Santa Monica and West Hollywood and anywhere one needs to be around LA. With Robertson Blvd a block away theres easy accress to city's main arteries and highways. Bathroom perhaps needs a refurbish and bathub is plastic and super slippery but overall nothign else was a bad experience.
