• Kate (7/5): A good apartment that I would stay at again if I returned to Milan - This property is well located and in a safe area of Milan. It was clean and secure. A few suggestions for improvement: Provide a shower mat to stop the bathroom flooding after use Provide a cloth to wipe dishes after they have been washed Pillows are worn out and could use being replaced A kettle to boil water would be helpful
• Kate (5/5): Passable - Location ok, host immediately answered questions, smart digital key system. Beds were comfy. We were charged 5€ per backpack before check in, as it was too early and wanted to leave bags. In the bedroom & bathroom was no curtains, outside lights too bright, noise from bar below, cocker struggling to switch on, No kettle or coffee maker at all.
• Mariño (10/5): I Highly Recommend it - Excellent location. The apartment is in very good condition, has everything you need, and is quite cozy. The bathroom is spotless. It's very close to Milan Centrale station and has several restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it.
• Marta (5/5): Perfect for the location! - The location! One of the bedroom was without a tent, which was not very nice in the evening when we were turning on the lights. We paid an extra for a late check-in, which was electronic. Why did we have to pay an extra if there was not any host to wait for us? What was the extra cost for? We asked for more toilet papers, we did not received any answer back. For four nights, for three pp there was only one toilet paper.
• Paweł (1/5): I do not recommend they enter the premises themselves without warning. - The location was ok On the first day, someone opened the door themselves to change the battery in the lock. We were not informed of this. Nobody even rang or knocked on the door. They just opened the door remotely and started changing the battery. Quite noisy below the premises is the pizzeria. Strange door opening methods. If you don't have internet you won't get in. Plus it was a bit dirty and a lot of dust.

• Andrej (2/5): Would not recommend, owned by money-squeezing company. - Location and cleanliness are good. Host is a company that after you book sends you messages with "extra" things to buy, 5 EUR here, 15 EUR there, which is a miserable business practise. They would be better off just including that in the apartment price instead of squeezing cents from people. The apartment has the most ridiculous lock system, which is solely reliable on internet and is very buggy. If you don't have internet or battery on the phone, there is no way to get into the apartment. When asking for support the host, they send you copy-pasted message that all has been described. They don't care about people. One bedcover was missing, but it wasn't cold in the year yet so we were ok. Only cups available in the kitchen, not a single teabag or similar. Upon booking they also squeeze out of you a huge amount of data, document scan for all guests, selfies, phone numbers, addresses, sex etc. Never had to fill out this many forms for each guest. I was staying in Rome earlier this year through Booking where I wasn't requested any of this personal info online, so it's definitely not an authorities requirement. I have an impression they collect that data to trade it later, as they seem to try to squeeze every cent from you. Place not recommended, it might be cheaper than competitors but not worth it.

• Anis (10/5): Happy to stay here again when visiting Italy - I’m happy about location is convenient to walk straight from the Central Station, it took only 15 minutes, feels safe as well walking around the neighbourhood. The key collection is also straight forward. The apartment is also good enough for me, the bed is comfy, hot shower is provided. Overall I’m satisfied The bedroom doesn’t have the curtains so during night time, the street light went straight into the bedroom, the shower drain slowly drained the water on the first day. About the stove, could have put some instructions to use it. So far these are just the main concerns.

• Vasil (7/5): Itis a great value for money. Top location. System used for entry to the building and the apartment is the only problem. - The location is terrific. It is close to the subway, Milano Centrale is just 10 minutes away. The system used to enter the building and the apartment is too complicated and creates confusion.
