• Philippe (9/5): Il suffirait de changer les fenêtres... - L'emplacement (quartier de la Candelaria) Le cachet historique de l'immeuble Le toit terrasse avec vue panoramique Le bruit de la route Les fenêtres dans un piteux état qui laissent passer le bruit de la rue, l'air et même la pluie quand elle tombe en biais ! Elles sont à changer en urgence, ça gâche les nuits et le plaisir de loger dans cet appartement. Les couverts en nombre insuffisant, le frigo qui fonctionne cahin caha, la propreté perfectible de la cuisine et de ses éléments (tous vieux, surtout les poêles...)

• flavia (9/5): - La casa è molto bella e accogliente ubicata in un palazzo altrettanto bello. Comodissimi i due bagni. Poiché faceva freddo abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di accendere il fuoco perché abbiamo trovato legna e accessori pronti per l’uso del caminetto. Come pure abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di snack e cibo a nostra disposizione. La posizione ottima con in più la presenza di un portiere presente h24 per qualsiasi evenienza Unica pecca il rumore piuttosto fastidioso delle numerose macchine che passano nella strada sottostante.
• Viveros (9/5): Idéal pour visiter la Candelaria.... Tout est à côté ! - Très bien situé et bon accueil et disponibilité de la part de Marcelino et son collègue (gardien de l'immeuble). Bons conseils et aide pour le séjour (restaurant, taxis, consigne des valises...). Le lieu est un peu bruyant, surtout en semaine à cause du passage des voitures.et des discussions des passants qui partent tôt au travail... Mais, normal car pas de double vitrage...
• Saskia (9/5): Aanrader - Fijn om een appartementje te hebben op een ideale lokatie in Bogota. Het is schoon, gezellig ingericht en de bedden slapen heerlijk. We voelden ons welkom en het uitzicht vanaf het dakterras is fantastisch
• Ingo (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, friendly staff, beautiful old building. would stay there again. Has a fire place Not really anything. It is a little noisy at night as it is a corner house in a busy area. Spanish knowledge is required as the host doesn't speak English but that is more a problem of my lack of Spanish. Could use a heat source in the central area besides the fire place.
• Bhavini (10/5): Exceptional - The house and the hosts are very considerate and communicated.with us well. The building was secure. It was a lovely stay. There is a road next to the bedrooms which has cars going by which can be loud at night time.

• Andreas (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was really great, fully equipped with everything you might think of needing. You can notice that the hosts thought of any potential need and equipped the apartment accordingly. The apartment is also nicely decorated and furnished and a place to feel comfortable. The communication through digital channels with the hosts worked very well. The apartment is in the middle of the historic center. After we were robbed the day before we left, we could stay longer in the apartment for re-arranging and getting organized again. The only thing missing is a direct contact to people on site who could provide more explanations. The only person you meet is the security guard, who is very nice, but does not speak any English. Maybe having had someone to ask where to go and where not might have saved us from the odds of being robbed. But in the end it is surely not the fault of the host.
• Ioanna (9/5): Superb - Great location, helpful hosts, all amenities included, good wifi, parking included. The apartment is in a great location but it is in a corner of two busy roads with a lot of traffic that doesn't stop. If you are a light sleeper, that would be an issue.
• Yvette (10/5): A wonderful home away from home in Candelaria. - The apartment is wonderfully decorated and really well equipped. Having two bathrooms made it easy for two couples to shared the space. The beds were very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was good and the interior temperature of the apartment was pleasant. We loved the small attentions to detail, like the little welcoming gift basket of snacks and a kitchen stocked with basics for our use. The location of the apartment is in easy walking distance to restaurants and museums, and a short taxi ride to Montserrate. The neighbourhood felt peaceful and the roof top terrace gave great views of the city. On top of that, communication with the owners was easy and they were attentive to our needs. Nothing. It is literally perfect.
• David (9/5): Welcoming nice apartment - The welcome provided was amazing. we arrived so late at night after a flight and there was a personal hand written welcome note, a basket of local goodies and a nice apartment. there was plenty of room - and even though we did not need - a second bedroom AND bathroom. the rooftop area is spectacular. the kitchen was very good and stocked with staples and some fresh things which is unusual but wonderful. and this included some eggs and vegetables. the French cafe downstairs was also so close and nice to get coffee and food at. it was not well marked - and so arriving late at night in Bogotá for first time - and not understanding the streer layout - I was not sure we were at correct location. there was no bell and the 24 hour security is how you get in. (even when staying there as the gate is always locked). once I understood the system - it was fine.
• Lina (10/5): comfortable downtown heaven - the location was amazing right inside the tourist area but still quiet zone. The property was well furnished with all necessary items and some extra perks. Really comfortable for a small group. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Very good WIFI Very good location in the pleasant Candelaria area with nice bars. Very good bed: we slept like princesses.
• Matt (10/5): Don't stay anywhere else. Super host, amazing apartment, great price!!!! - This is by far the best accommodation our family of 4 had in Colombia. Literally everything was perfect. 10/10, 100/100. A+++. Our only regret was booking for only 2 nights. This place is amazing.

The building has some security and safety issues that need resolving. It’s a shame because Candelaria, despite having some reputational issues, is generally a safe and great place to stay.
