• Christin (6/5): - Tolle Lage, man ist schnell überall, tolle Aussicht, helle Wohnung, Betten bequem, Ausstattung modern funktional, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die vielen Ameisen hätte ich nicht zwingend gebraucht, Küchenausstattung insgesamt etwas sparsam, Utensilien waren leider nicht so sauber, wie ich mir das gewünscht hätte. Eine Garderobe im Flur wäre wünschenswert.
• Anke (7/5): alles gut mit Luft nach oben - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Fußläufig sind zwei Supermärkte und die Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Großzügige Zimmer. In Bad und Küche wurden die Heizkörper nicht warm, was im Bad sehr unangenehm war. Es war zu kalt. In einem Schlafzimmer tropft der Heizkörper. Der Vermieter wurde informiert; das Problem war aber nach 5 Tagen noch nicht behoben. Auf dem Flur wäre eine Garderobe oder Kleiderhaken wünschenswert und ggf. eine Ablage für Schlüssel, Handschuhe u.a. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend
• Simone (9/5): - Mooie ruime kamer. Handige ligging ten opzichte van het centrum. Net uit de drukte maar wel op loopafstand. Geen koffiezetapparaat aanwezig
