- Heather (7/5): A good - The basics were all there and any issues were met with a quick response. The top bunk beds felt very unsafe given how narrow they were and there was no backing. I also wish there was a clear separation from the front basement bedroom to the first floor. The ceiling was wide open along the street facing wall, which meant the kids could hear everything at the street level, and any kitchen noise was heard by them because there was no wall or door hiding it. There were also multiple places where the baseboards were pulling away from the wall, soft flooring, and an electrical unit pulled completely out of the wall. I pointed that electric unit out and immediately was met with a response, so I appreciated that.

Ansonsten alles voller Staub und Küche schmutzig. Alle Geräte verkalkt. Mikrowelle völlig dreckig! In einem Badezimmer fehlt der Spiegel
- Michael (6/5): - Nice place great location easy access to major routes. Good layout and kids loved the games room and sauna was a funky addition. When we arrived it was very musty inside. The cold water plunge had mushrooms growing on the rope and bucket, the bucket was also full of brown water where it hadn't been used, clean these things up will make a huge difference.
- Yvonne (9/5): The staff communication is excellent, always respond notes immediately. We had a great staying during our London trip. - Very convenient location no matter to go underground or local bus. We try once the hot sauna, it’s a great experience. The bedroom decorating is beautiful. The front door seems not very secured, no AC inside the property. There are no windows can be opened, the air circulation not well. We always open the first floor bedroom back door to get some fresh air. The sound insulation on the ceiling is not very good, you can hear people walking upstair.
- Derek (1/5): Bad - This accommodation is accessed through a keypad on the front door. We were given the incorrect password on the day we arrived and no one answered the telephone number we were given should help be required. As a consequence, we had to find somewhere else to stay that night (at additional expense obviously) and the (invisible) owners have been "investigating" for over a month whether we deserve a refund when it is common cause they gave us the incorrect password. What nonsense. There is plenty of choice in London, why stay with people like this?
