- Belinda (8/5): Overall we really enjoyed our stay.Great location and we felt safe. - The location was excellent.Very close to a lot of attractions in LA.We felt safe,there were lovely restaurants close to walk to in the area.
Beds upstairs were comfortable and the property was very clean.Having three bathrooms was excellent. The couch downstairs was very uncomfortable to sleep on.There were rips in the dining chairs and couches.
When we arrived the washing machine was filled with wet linen and towels.
There was a lot of rubbish outside the property as it is located down a Laneway.
It would have been nice to have some information on the area,recommendations for restaurants,cafes ect at the property on our arrival.

- Arshdeep (6/5): Property location is good. AC was not working initially, but it was fixed after four days. Property owner might be unres - Location is good if you are looking to travel around north LA. Private 1 car parking. 3 full washrooms. Full kitchen. Internet(but slow). In house laundry. Had problem with AC. It was not working properly. It was very uncomfortable for few days. There was few other things that was broken. Noise kitchen hood. Dirty patio furniture. Garbage on side of the property. They mention that 6 can sleep but you have to use sofa beds for 2 people. Tried reaching out both owner and booking.com. Had hard time getting hold for both of them. Booking.com will not help you for anything. They will just tell you to contact property if there is any problem. After so many calls and texts finally got AC FIXED on 4th day. Also there is no garbage disposal bins so you have to take care of garbage and through it in neighbours bin. Definitely property needs some hooks in washrooms.

- Swati (8/5): Great value for money and independent good size place in a great location! Would recommend it! - V easy access to the property and lots of space. More than adequate sitting area in the living room and spacious two bedrooms. Bathrooms were clean. Would recommend bringing your own toiletries. The place is a bit dated (slightly torn sofa and partly broken window blinds and panes though functional) but that didn’t bother us and doesn’t take away from the experience overall. A dining table with extra chairs was nice! Large kitchen. Lots of natural light into the place. The beds were clean and comfortable too. Nice outdoors area though it wasn’t cleaned for a while it looked like so we couldn’t use it. Space for your car to be parked inside the property which was v nice for unloading and loading etc. A nice size washer and dryer in the property!
Overall, a great location, close to pretty much all imp places to visit, v good value for money! Thank you for having us there David. We had a lovely stay in LA at your property. Would definitely recommend to families!

- Reina (7/5): Good - The house had a good space. Got a good kitchen. The washing machine and dryer is amazing too. It’s great for family. Secured parking which is good. The beddings were stained. I have to rewash it to be use. The upstairs bathroom shower is blocked if you want to use the bedroom bathroom upstairs you have to use the plunger to drain the water but with 3 bathrooms you got options to use the other two. If you’re planning to use the sofa bed don’t bother because it’s very uncomfortable.
Location: In front of the school can be noisy during the morning and afternoon. Bookings address is different from the address of the house.
