• Thilak (5/5): Worst experience on a Booking.com stay. - It was right opposite the GPO, and close to all services. It was not a clean place right from the entry into the lobby. The lift is not ventilated and very uncomfortable. As we entered the premises an awful cooking oil smell came through. Air conditioners took a while to cool the place and we got used to the smell. Pillows were smelly and visibly dirty inside the pillow cases. Stains were clear proof that the pillows had not been washed or cleaned at all. Linen did not look like professionally cleaned. If we had a choice we would have cancelled and gone elsewhere. Switches are worn out and hard to see settings.

• Shirley (8/5): - Communication with manager excellent. Clean apartment well equipped for short stay. The indoor pool was not inductive for swimming or relaxing

• Pauline (7/5): Nice and roomy, had all the required items and the balcony was very good for small gatherings. - Roomy The amount of items that didn’t work properly such as the fans and the loose towel rail in the ensuite, loose door handle to the bathroom, only 1 garage opener that worked and lack of water pressure in the showers.

• Mark (7/5): Would I stay there again? Yes I would. - Location was good. I like the fact that there were condiments probably from prior guests left in the fridge. So we did not have to run out for these items. The Soap/Shampoo caddy in the main bathroom fell off

• Megan (8/5): Great home base with all the creature comforts of home to rest & recharge after days of exploring Darwin & surro - Great location, quiet & everything we needed Limited seating in the lounge area (x1 couch) for watching tv with the family. It didn’t really impact us but would have been an added comfort

• Carol (7/5): All in all it was a great area, even though it was across the road from the red light district. - We went and bought our own in woolworths as we needed more food. The mould in the back bathroom would be a challange as not much air gets in there.

• Melissa (9/5): We - The apartment was great value for money and the location was great. Thanks for all the bits and pieces you had for us like extra teabags, coffee, sugar and dishwashing powder. The best bit was opened the freezer and she had ice cream for us! The lifts and foyer was not air conditioned but that’s not Shelley’s fault.
