• Stacey (3/5): Didn’t stay - bad smell and cockroaches - Location is good. We were advised on checkin day that we could not checkin at the advertised 3pm but instead had to wait until after 5pm because they were doing a spray. We waited until 5pm to arrive and the place smelt horrible. We couldn’t stay there. The staff advised us to wait outside a few hours which was not acceptable. There was heaps of cockroaches in the place which are my phobia so we left and didn’t stay. The furniture had a lot of stains on it. The king bed is upstairs which we didn’t realise. The fireplace is display only

Ítens básicos de higiene e para cozinha estão disponíveis é isso ajuda muito. Ruim é apenas que na conseguimos receber encomendas na propriedade.

• Rafael (6/5): - El complejo y la ubicación No era lo mismo que las fotos, se veía descuidado un poco viejo y no tan limpio. Además habían apagdo el aire acondicionado y al entrar había olor a humedady encierro.
• Valerie (9/5): Loved staying here and would highly recommend it. - Location was amazing for universal, beds were very comfortable. Apartment was a great size. Having laundry facilities was amazing. Pool was lovely and so warm in August. Decor a little dated but it didn’t bother us in the slightest. Couch not all that comfortable.
• Emmanuelle (3/5): Décevant... - La literie et la proximité des parcs Le manque d informations sur le check in et notamment le plus important, nous n avions pas le code pour accéder à la boite a clés. Nous avons du prendre une nuit d hôtel la 1ere nuit car pas de nouvelles du propriétaire et la réception injoignable. La réservation etait pour 5 personnes, mais les équipements pas prévus pour 5. (3 chaises, 4 assiettes...) la climatisation extrêmement bruyante. Aucune consigne pour le Check-out non plus.

• Gilmore (9/5): Wonderful but has a few cons. I recommend - Everything was wonderful! It was way more comfortable than a hotel. Everyone slept comfortably. I had 3 adults and 2 children in my group and everyone was happy.. We cooked our meals for the most of our stay. Everything worked. The host kept in touch with me and very helpful. Great customer service through booking.com. I definitely recommend. Unfortunately, it did have some cons. You have access to the gated area with the pool and hot tub but they lock it overnight. Having unlimited access to those would've been great. The shower didn't have a happy medium for water temperature. It was either too cold or too hot. The policy for dogs is ridiculous. A $300-$400 non-refundable application approval for 2 dogs that are not aggressive in any way and well-behaved. The kitchen could use sharper knives, a bigger garbage can, baking sheets, non-stick pans, and bowl variety. I couldn't find hand towels or washcloths anywhere.

• Nichole (10/5): Comfortable accommodations at a very reasonable price point. - We loved that the property was close to so many restaurants and things to do. We walked to Icon Park in under 15 minutes. We also really loved the pool and hot tub. My boys would say the only thing they didn’t like was the artificial flowers in the house. They said it made it feel “old.” Otherwise, we really did enjoy our stay.

We were not able to check on until nearly an hour later. While there was ample linens etc and cooking utensils etc it was stored very unorganized and messy.

• Oleksandra (10/5): Great place for a reasonable price - Cozy and clean apartment with all amenities needed for comfort staying. Great location! The host was very attentive and nice. I’d definitely recommend this place to stay if you’re visiting Orlando. The AC is a bit loud, but it’s just for me as I am a light sleeper. But in general it’s a really nice place to stay.

I’ve stayed at hotels and condos in the area several times and this was one of the best experiences as it was comfortable and there were NO hidden fees. I would absolutely use again and again.
