- Andrea (10/5): Appartamento accogliente e pulito. - Appartamento spazioso a pochi passi dalla metropolitana e da una fermata dell’autobus, personale estremamente disponibile e attento ad ogni esigenza. Come molti appartamenti a Londra, affacciando su una via trafficata, risulta un po’ rumoroso.

- Usman (1/5): STOLE OUR COMPLETE £500 SECURITY DEPOSIT - THEY TOOK 500£ SECURITY DEPOSIT AND NEVER REFUNDED: I WAS COMING FROM DUBAI AND PAYING SECURITY DEPOSIT WAS NOT AN ISSUE FOR US AND THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A STRAIGHT FORWARD PROCESS, AS SOON AS WE WILL CHECK OUT THEY WILL REFUND IN OUR CARD, BUT AFTER WAITING ALMOST 2 weeks I contacted them regarding refund they said we cannot refund you as there was potential damage to the property, i asked them to send me the proof as well but they never shared anything, and what potential damage we could cause that they stole all 500£ from us.! Honestly highly disappointed when somebody steal your money like this..! AND WE WERE NEVER INFORMED AND WE CAME TO KNOW WHEN WE ENQUIRED ABOUT SECURITY REFUND.! Would not recommend anyone to risk your security deposit.!
