• Gabyy (10/5): Muy buena estadía y la anfitriona increíble - Fue un departamento muy cómodo, con todos los electrodomésticos de última generación para usar, todo muy limpio. la anfitriona nos atendió muy bien, siempre bien predispuesta para responder todas nuestras consultas. La zona es muy buena muy cerca de la parada trenes para moverte dentro de la ciudad. La única crítica que haría es que es algo pequeño para 4 adultos, pero es excelente para lo que lo necesitábamos, ya que casi todo el día nos lo pasábamos recorriendo la ciudad y solo a la noche nos acercamos a la zona para cenar y dormir
• Julia (5/5): Passable - air condition the facility is definitely not suitable for 5 people, even though 5 beds fit. we waited longer for the apartment because of cleaning, and after an hour in the Apartment we all had black socks, so it must be poor cleaning…. The owner was very unpleasant, I would say rude, she tried to blame the one-hour delay to check in on me, because I did not complete the online check in process early enough for her and she thought we would arrive later- but there was a reason: the check in/ city tax process via the website was of questionable security where I had to provide card numbers for payment- extremely unpleasant - hence I thought that it would be possible to make this payment on the spot, without providing card details. the payment was made to "zara Home" so I still have doubts about this payment. I think- if someone would like to check in before check in hours- I could understand you have to wait, but if you pay for a hotel day from 15:00, this excuse, that I didn't write what time we would arrive and she assumed that we would be later- so there would be time to clean up - is simply embarrassing.
